I have visited this place to fix my Ford Focus rear tire issue. They work 7 days week. Service is very fast based on first come & serve basis.For fixing the tire they charge 15$. If tire have 2 nails they charge additional 5$.They said, they have removed all nails then grafted the tire with patch on fire which will permanently fix the issue. They have applied patch for 2 locations inside of the tire.They seems to be hard working.They have done wonderful and fantastic job with in less time.

We were traveling out of town in a big truck with big tires pulling an RV. Had a blow out on the Highway. After calling 5 different places this place had our size and got us in ASAP. Very fast and very kind people.

2 nails in my rear passenger tire. $20.00 to fix. It took 10 minutes. Tire removed from rim and a proper inside patch done old-school proper style. Not a garbage plug like others do. Its nice to see people still do things the correct way.

Had a screw in my tire and drove to the nearest tire shop that was open. They were super nice, quick service and very affordable. $20 to fix the tire. They take off the tire to ensure the screw is completely removed and patched. 10/10 recommend!

I was on my way from California to Louisiana, passing Asheville, TX. On my way I had a flat tire. I stopped by JJs tire service . I was offered to used wheel, but the condition of a new one, At the same time, promising that the wheel is really good. For this, I paid $80 and gave a $10 tip to the tire fitter. While I was driving to Lafayette, Louisiana, the sensors in the car showed that this wheel was low pressure. I went to the tire shop in Lafayette and it turned out that the wheel that I bought at JJs has a small side puncture from the inside of the wheel, and this place has already been marked earlier. It turns out that the guy selling me this wheel knew in advance that it had a cut.Thank you for the excellent service, I hope people who buy tires from you will read how you cheat your customers.

Got my tire replaced and within 3 weeks tire blew up on the side middle of the road and got in an accident. so i went back and asked for a exchange w warranty and the worker there told me they cant do anything and lie that they dont have my tire size. Just needed a tire swapped over to a different rim, they gave me a great price and took care of it right away despite how busy they were. I was in and out within ten minutes or so, these guys mean business. Ive got more tire work to do for my current project, definitely coming back.

This tire shop is terrible I send my daughter there and she came back with loose lug nuts I so regret sending her there you are better off going to the shop down the street from them terrible place and they sold her a used tire for $75 that is ridiculous and the tire went flat when she got home thats how we found out the lug nuts were loose I definitely do not recommend.

Less than 15 minutes. Put a patch on the spot my tire had taken a 2 1/2 inch screw. $15.- loved it.If necessary Ill be going there again.

This company is awesome! I walked in expecting to pay a lot for a used tire plus labor to mount/balance and install. It only cost me about $50 for a used tire, it matched the rest of my tires perfectly and included everything except tax, and I was in and out super quick on a busy Saturday. Everyone was honest and straightforward, no hassles, hidden costs or upselling. Just good ole business.

Called to confirm they had the tire I needed. Said it would cost $50-60 for a used one. Went by after work only to be told it was $100. Avoid them as they quote you something else on the phone than when you get there.

I stopped in with my tires that needed mounted and balanced on my rims and also needed to purchase a matching spare. The guys at J&Js were fast and found me a matching spare for my spare tire which was very old. After all the work was completed they even loaded up my old tires for me. The price was good and everyone was very friendly. They even gave my daughters a dollar bill each which was very sweet! Would definitely return!

Slid thru J&J Tire Service on Thurs 07/2024 with about 15 minutes till their closing time... It didnt even matter because the service tech. waiting for me to pull up had me patched and pumped back up with time to spare. Literally it was like going thru a NASCAR Pit Stop on how fast this tech. had me up and back on Hwy 35!!! Super great service and considering the fact that just right up the street, to have my rear tire with a nail stuck in on the side for my 2018 Lincoln MKZ. Dis**unt Tires Price: $148 (advised tire was ruined, and needed replacing). J&J Tire Service: $15 ( I have been to Dallas and back since) enough said!!!

Great price, quick and friendly service. Straight up and no funny business. Came here bc they were open late and near my home and I was riding around on my donut. I was like I need a tire. A guy was super quick to help and saw what size I needed ran and grabbed me one that was in great shape for being a used tire. Looked practically new. $52 dollars and less than 30 minutes later I was back on the road. I liked that I was told my out the door price and not just the price of the actual tire alone but the total price with mount, balance, disposal, ect. Just very straightforward business. I respect that and it was nice not to be jacked around being a female walking into a tire shop. Definitely will be my go to spot for future purchase of replacement tires.I figured if they had a 4.6 star rating then they must be doing something right and Im glad I took a chance.

Jose Sr. installed a used tire for me after I had a recent flat. I explained that I needed a 2-4 week fix until I can get 4 new tires. He brings out a tire thats condition would rival like-new with great tread. The total cost with balance and installment was $52 out the door and I literally was in/out in 10 minutes! I will be using J&J moving forward and highly recommend their services to others!

You may have to wait if your getting all 4 replaced but the service is amazing, theyre super helpful and didnt get at all annoyed with me calling multiple times a day to check in on my tires. They got them changed fast and were all in all amazing. And bonus, they have like new used tires for supper cheap (I got 4 265 70R16s for 228 after tax) Im never going anywhere else for tires. LOVE these guys.

I replaced 4 tires for my RAV4 2016 they broke 1 pressure sensor and never give me an excuse. I told them i will order and bring it back for putting it in when its available. 1 week later i brought the pressure sensor here they refused to put it in and show me to other place to put it in. What the hell they are cheating me???

These guys suck. I called., They said they had the tire and I get there 15 min later. This random guy tells me that they actually dont. No customer service at all. I will never recommend to anyone

These people are awesome! Family owned and amazing prices. My tire blew out on I-35 and I needed it towed. I called to let J and J Tires know I would be having my car towed to their lot, and that I would just come back in the morning since they were closing in minutes. When the tow truck and I finally arrived Junior was still there waiting for me and even changed my tire right there. Best Service Ever!

Tried J&J out for the first time and had a HORRIBLE experience. I went in to get a new tire and on the way home my tire was shaking so bad. I almost couldn’t make it home without the tire falling off. Had to stop to tighten the bolts on my own. NEVER will be back and I’ll let all my family/friends know about this experience.

I was willing to pay for a new or used tire when I think it was the owner who removed the object from the side of my tire(wood chip). Told me it was nothing to concern with and my tire was fine. Didnt charge me for that. Pretty cool. Take your business here. Very upfront and honest.

As soon as I pulled up the guys were standing around talking then got into gear, guided me into a spot and asked what I needed. I went for a used tire because mine was bald. Gave me one for $50 and it looked pretty good for being used. Fast service with no added BS

How STUPID do you have to be pull your tire truck out on the access road in the fog in the rain in 5 o’clock traffic without any warning??? I just had to slam on my brakes and truly believed I was going to 360 right into the front of your truck because I had no idea that you were going to pull out in front of me in the FOG & RAIN in 5 o’clock traffic with NO warning. Who decides to back up a tire truck in the middle of traffic are you kidding me?? There’s NO chance I will ever use these services based on the stupidity that I just experienced trying to get home from work. After what you just pulled I’m lucky that I’m even making it home alive.

I went to J&J after being told by others that my tires were bald and needing to be replaced. J&J took a look at my tires and told me they were perfectly fine. I know absolutely nothing about tires or vehicles, so it was refreshing to get someone honest and not just looking to make a buck. They even took my tires off anyway, just to show me the tread and give me a piece of mind. Awesome guys and will be reffering them to anyone who needs tire services!

Easily the best used tire place Ive been to in Austin. Reasonable prices, great selection. Good for those moments when you just dont have the money to pay the big tire stores. Yes, we are talking about used tires (they do have some new ones, but they are priced like the big stores) so caveat emptor. But if you know what youre getting, its a good cheap way to get by. They will also do some of the repairs that the big tire places frown on, but again, if youre willing to take on the minor risks, it can get you by for cheap.

Let me start off by saying that this place is a great big JOKE..! I came in for a simple patch on my tire which they charge $15 which means s normal for a patch.... then 2 to 3 days later I have a flat tire it cost me $40 for the air pump and another $45 in taxi (total of $85 plus the patch $15 =total $100 so far) just to take it back to them and the same guy checked the tire and I could see it in his eyes like if he messed up somehow and I knew he did..... he tells me that my wheel was cracked and I told him that when I bought it, it wasn’t and since I left their tire shop my truck has been parked in my driveway in front of my house.... I new he cracked my rim and he didn’t want to tell me I could see it all over his face that he did.... they don’t want to take responsibility and admit they did..... to fix my rim was $180 so a total of $280 dollars just because they messed up on my wheel/rim

Had a selection of 5 different used tires. Guy sold me the one he wanted to sell me. Paid average price which was fine but washed my car the next day and guy took a huge chunk of paint of my rims. Didnt apologize or anything. Kept quite and hoped I didnt see it in guess
