As I walked in I was immediately greeted by two lovely ladies Selina and Stephanie. They were very welcome and professional they offered great assistance, were very informative and I had an overall great experience at this store.

Went in there the other day with a few questions Selina welcomed me with a smile and was super helpful very informative. The other girl Stephanie had a smile on her face the whole time and was very welcoming.

So not often when you think Payday Loans sometimes called predatory loans do you think of a GOOD EXPERIENCE (RIGHT?) WELL HOW ABOUT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!? Well that is SPECIFICALLY the kind of experience I ACTUALLY JUST HAD AT A ADVANCE AMERICA LOCATION IN LOMPOC ON H STREET!? I TOO WAS SURPRISED...I SHALL explain...so as I said I had a WONDERFUL experience at Lompoc Srore 995...so heres what went down... Due to some bank errors I found myself in a somewhat confusing situation...I wont get into it to much... but the wonderful work of the manager Marissa as well as the CSR Nora made not just an embarrassing situation and a confusing situation into a positive outcome but we all sort of rable to laugh and smile about it at the end So in closing if you need a little bit of extra cash and you find yourself a little stuck before pay day the advance America located on H street and long poke is not a badd place to not just find the assistance you need but also find smiles and good customer support and service hopefully youll take my words under consideration the next time you find yourself a little light on cash ....
