I started my three day of driving with a truck and trailer off on a terrible start at 3:30AM. ATX was quick and TITO was amazing! He was so friendly, nice, and went above and beyond. He even called me a few hours after to follow up and make sure that I was taken care of. Can not recommend them enough.

Our truck broke down in the middle of the highway. I was in a crush for time to get to my flight. Thankfully, ATX Towing helped us and showed up in less than 10 minutes. They even offered to drop me off at the airport. Incredible service, quick and reliable, and super affordable. Can not recommend this place enough!

This guy here . I worked for him have pictures of all the vehicles we pick up n Decided not to pay me for my work. Not professional at all. Do not do business with this guy. He is no good!!!! Will b reporting him to BBB and work force commission! I will get payed! Its the principal u dont treat people like that if they work for u!!!!

So my car got Towed in my aprt (My Fault🙋🤦)Daniel the Owner was such a sweet person to work with, made it pretty easy for me to get my truck out. Also, I didnt have change for a $20. bill and he let me keep it!! Now Yall know The Tow people dont play about their money, but he was nice enough to hook ya girl up and not make me go get change! Def helped me out! If you need your car towed, I would so recommend them, They definitely have NO Problem towing, I know this for a fact! 😜😁

I had my car towed, and since it was a Mexican car with Mexican license plates, the man that attended me was rude and loud, he said “you’re not gonna tell me how this works, I’ve been doing this for 10 years” when I tried to explain the situation and the international insurance. He later proceeded in telling me that I wouldn’t get my car back and I had to get someone else to come get it. All this with a rude tone and yelling at me with no patience.

They scam people. We had our car parked in the parking lot of Menchaca Rd and Slaughter Lane (where Planet Fitness is). While I went to Physical Therapy, my partner waited for me but decided to step out of the car and go to the bank across the street. After my PT, we checked out another place and by the time we came back, the car was towed.They hired a woman that sits in her grey Chevrolet Equinox (plates ending in 3980) who stalks people and if you are not around, she calls ATX Towing. They go around and mark other cars, too, so they know who to come back for.When picking up the car, there were other people from the same parking lot that got their car towed.What a scammy way of making money in the late afternoon/early evening.

Daniel and his staff were awesome!! He kept me up to date with where he was at and when he would arrive at my location, even at 1 in the morning. He was polite, on time, and very professional. He even got me in contact with his locksmith connection to get me a key made for my car!! I would DEFINITELY recommend ATX towing for your towing needs!

Scammers. Parked in front of planet fitness (which I’m a member of) come back and my car is gone. People who work here should be ashamed of themselves. What a joke of a company.

Somebody got insurance in my name from the old address I used to live at 1710 rutland drive apt 111 and they still dropped the vehicle off to the person without checking or identifying that the issure is really right person who ever it was commited fruad by using my idenity

Had my van towed 25 miles back home after a breakdown. They picked up right away and were able to tow home me immediately. Daniel took care to make sure my vehicle was delivered in good shape with no damage. Professional and friendly!

Car was registered and parked in visitors at ethos apartments and it was still towed regardless. Staff claimed they couldn’t do anything about it and refused to give an explanation. Overall it was unprofessional and bad service.

As much as I hated getting towed. ATX was way more professional than any other company that has towed me in Austin. Quality and courteous staff and got me in and out.

Extremely shady and unprofessional. Charged 30 dollars more because I wouldn’t pay cash. Also not an official tow yard, it’s in the back of Big Boys Collision Center where they had a guy in his personal vehicle blocking the exit. Didn’t seem legit but who knows..

Horrible Service... very rude..and unprofessional.. outrageously priced...towing crooks..not even one star worthy
