First time there and really glad I did. Staff was very friendly, polite and greeted you as you came in. Finally got my haircut the way I wanted. Sarah did a awesome job. She made sure that her station was clean and so was all her brushes, scissors, caps and towels. Place is clean, spacious and following all the Covid-19 rules. Very happy and plan to return. Best place in Thurston County for family cuts hands down. Checking in online is definitely nice to avoid the wait. They have great mannerisms and talent here.

Overall not bad. Get a haircut here about once every two weeks. MVP is the way to go, pay a little bit more, however double wash and hot towels are great. Most workers have been there a while (Ive been going here past 3 to 4 years), some new faces so not how good they are yet. Not a bad place at all. Gave 4 stars only because Im very particular about my haircut and they arent always to my standard.

I have very short hair and decided to give this place a try because I figured they would be very experienced. Sara was my stylist. She did a great job. She was very friendly and professional. I was very happy with my cut. She listened to exactly what I wanted and asked questions along through the process so that she could give me exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend her.

Wait times are always too long. Stylists used to be better and give more attention but the last three times Ive been they are in a rush. The MVP treatment isnt as nice since COVID, so why spend the extra money when you can get better hair cuts else where

I give all the praise to Sara, I had bad Covid hair that had been made even worse by another cut earlier in the day from another place, and needed to be fixed for an interview. Even though they were closing soon, she asked lots of questions to make sure she knew exactly what I needed done, and took great care to explain what she could do for me, letting me check often to see if there were any issues. I doubt she would have let me left if I wasnt happy with the haircut! The Shampoo was incredible too.She was very professional, friendly, made sure i had exactly the style I wanted for the occasion and I highly highly recommend her!

This isn’t good. I have a orchestra concert and to be given a terrible, uneven, botched up haircut is terrible the workers name I think is Sarah and she went as quickly as she can and saying to the other worker who I had seen do a great job said “This is going to be my last one I think” and she went with speed, didn’t even bother asking for pomade, or even brush my hair or blow dry it off. I hope Sarah, that you feel great about jacking up a child’s day. Even when I went to the register she completely got the thing wrong she set me as a triple take instead of a varsity.

We did the online check in and our time was pushed back 30 minutes. When we were finally next up went to the salon and was not seen after another 40 minutes!!! I even called to make sure I would not have to wait, and was told a 5 minute wait at the most! I guess i dont see the point of the checkin process if they dont even honor it! We left without a cut and will not be going back.

Cassie was todays stylist and what a real pleasant experience. She understood what I was looking for in my cut, even though I did not explain it very well. Cassie made suggestions on how slight variations would make the cut look better. When it came to product I told Cassie what I was currently using and what I did not like about it and she made a suggestion and it was perfect. Overall experience was tremendous and I would highly recommend making an appointment with Cassie today.

Time estimate is way off and there is absolutely no reason the check in online. It means nothing. It doesnt hold your spot in line, or determine any order. Cuts are standard fare, but the staff really like to take their time. A buzz cut can take 30 minutes. Plus staff apparently like to invite family in to make a racket and prevent timely work.

Turned me away before they had even closed. We close in thirty minutes and we are full they would have had time to cut my hair that is already short. I just wanted a clean up. Real businesses that care about client would stay open for a client, just saying. Your business wasnt closed yet. Who closes at 3PM on a Monday anyways.

Friendly staff, very good at their jobs.. got charged twice for services recently, but they were quick and courteous to correct the issue, definitely a great place to kick back watch a game and get your hair cut, thank you Sport Clips!

I have had multiple hairdressers at this location and every single one of them have been bubbly, interesting, and they love what they do!! This is THE place to get your haircut if you are at all social.

Stylists seem to be transient, and Ive never been able to retain a particular person when I finally do get a decent cut. Be ready for a decent wait time. 45min seems to be the average time Ive had to wait. If you get a haircut here - use the app and schedule an appointment.

Expect to wait at least an hour. Staff is very slow paced with no sense of urgency or care for peoples time. There has been a hand full of times where I have been waiting for an hour and when finally a spot opens up, the stylists shift ends and they take off leaving only one or two styles with a full room of people still waiting for a haircut. Seems like pretty poor management. Ive been here about 10 times and have experienced this each time. The only reason I come back and didnt give a 1 star, is because they do decent work, but I will be in search of another barbershop.

Great haircut. ....but be careful what you agree to....we thought we were getting the standard cut and the woman kept offering things that seemed were included. ...until we got the bill..what was a $20 cut turned into $54!!!

Ive had my haircut here many times. I will never be back. Not sure if they were understaffed or what but after waiting for forty five minutes when the wait list board had me listed as on deck from the start the stylist who finished their cut went into the back and shut the door leaving one stylist with five people waiting. She made no comment to any of the waiting customers before disappearing for half an hour. The stylist that cut my hair, Julie, did do an excellent job but the wait time with no explanation is unacceptable

Told them I just wanted a cut, no shampoo or hot towel she acknowledged what I said. After the cut she said lets wash it, didnt want to be rude so I listened, next thing I know she throws hot towel on my face. Of course I get charged for it all when I specifically said no to all of it. Went in for a haircut ended up leaving annoyed. It was fast and good cut which was nice but thought it was rude they didnt listen to me. She Just wanted to get the MVP sale which I didnt want. I still tipped $2 cuz aside from pushing unwanted stuff on me she was nice and did a good job.

Checked in online. Waited for my appointment, actually scheduled my day around it. Got there and was told they where full. I explained I had an appointment. She said well that shouldnt of happened They lost a good customer.

Dont use this location if you have the app. Their in-store system is broken. Employees are also not trained on the app or how it works. Check-in online at 12:30. They gave me an appointment for 2:00 PM. Showed up and the store and they told me I had an hour wait still.

Asked for a long haircut that would help two cowlicks on my sons head and got an extremely short number 2 haircut that looks like an old guys haircut😭 They didnt do what the picture was. I would give them a negative score if that was possible!

Erin did an awesome job on our 15 month olds first hair cut & even made sure to give us his locks. Another girl cut my husbands & 9 year olds hair & both looked great too! Highly recommend!

The conversations and dialog here is the worse case of unprofessionalism I have ever heard. In a pandemic there is also no reason to be attempting to be physically friendly with a customer.

Worst hair cut that I have ever seen... I came in with hair down to the bottom of my back...asked for a cute fohawk and left with a flat top one inch hair cut... I actually look utterly horrible! Im so very embarrassed..if you are a girl who cares about her hair dont go here! If I could give zero or negative stars I would!

This place is a joke. I waited 45 minutes to get sons hair cut. Several hair dressers standing around chatting and not working. I walked out after 45 minutes and another walked out. Nobody greets you when you walk in I will never go here again.

TLDR: 15 minutes before close, place was empty and they told me I was to late. I had been going here for 3 years, and for 3 years if you got here before closing, they cut your hair. I had a busy weekend and rushed to get here with my son 15 minutes before closing ... and when I got here 15 minutes before closing I opened the door to an empty waiting area, with no one in the chairs getting a haircut... and instead of hearing a nice friendly ‘welcome to sport clips’ I heard a guy shout at me ‘your too late’. I confirmed with him that they are open until 5, he said yes, but they take their last cuts well before that. No one else was in there. Never going back again.

Im irate, so rude!!! They refused to even talk to me because Im a women, I wanted to see if theyd trim my daughters hair, they literally didnt even acknowledge me, but helped the man who walked in after me.

Been going there for months, the haircuts have always been great. However, only having 2 barbers at peak times resulting in 2 hour waits is pathetic.

Id rate 0 stars if possible, waited for about 45 minutes to get a haircut with only 3 people in front of me and 3 people working. And the guy on the far left corner, completely messed up my hair, after I explained how I wanted it and he confirmed what I had requested, he still messed it up, and they still charged me 23 dollars for screwing up my hair and taking about 1 and a half hours if my time. Never coming back here again.
