Driving in the fast lane on I-35,while eating. Called and the person on the other line could care less. No wonder their only 2 stars.I will never use their services or recommend them.

The guy I spoke with was extremely rude.

From calling them to the tow truck driver getting here everything was as expected excellent customer service. The time of arrival was on point and very professional as well.

Told me they could do the work, they couldnt they spent 13 hours working on my truck to fix it and told me for 10 hours straight that it was going to cost a ton of money to fix it. Told me initially that I could pay with a cc over the phone and now they say I have to drive 1000 miles to swipe my card. Stay away, they will tell you whatever you want to hear and then back out in the end and hammer your wallet. BTW, google the numbers and see how many different names they have to run off of to make it seem legit.
