They were very nice on the phone and letting me know all information and speaking plainly and I was able to get my truck in less than 2 hrs.

Although it wasnt inconvenient experience to pick up my car after being towed. However person that helped me out was actually very nice due to the fact that they didnt charge me another $40 fee to remove my vehicle from the lot and were very helpful would this entire situation. Vehicle had no outside damage.

Not only a towing fee of around $270 along with damages to my vehicle. I have yet to get information back from the email given to me by Triton Towing. The damages quoted exciting the cost of towing due to negligence by the tow truck driver.

I hated to pay over $300.00 to get my car back. They made the process simple. Great service! Notary service provided by a 3rd party, was quick and easy for $30.00. All this is done at the towing place to get you car or truck back from being towed in a apt complex that requires you have a sticker or on the street after it breaks down. GOOD Luck and dont get towed!!!

I called around 7:00 in the evening to have a vehicle towed that was illegally parked in the wheelchair ramp of my apartment complex. I explained that for the past week they’d been parking there overnight, let them know I had a disabled child and I asked if this was something they could address or if I should call APD. She informed me that they were sending their next available driver out, but they never showed up. The car was still parked there this morning making it extremely difficult for my child to get to our car. I wish she would have just told me that they wouldn’t do anything about it and instead I could have called APD which would have ticketed them.

I went to visit my niece at Elan Apartment complex which I have done a number of times and she always registers my truck .I parked in a visitor spot.I got there at 8 pm.However, this time I was bringing her birthday gifts and visiting with her and we got upstairs and got sidetracked. I went down to my truck at 9:30 pm and it was gone. I thought it had been stolen. Then Heather remembered she did not do the registration yet. So this morning we found a sign with the phone number to this questionable company, to find my truck. Sure enough they towed it 1 hour after I parked it.They told me it would be 230$ if I get it before 9:10am, then it goes up 20$ a day.This looks very much like a scam to me. There are plenty of visitor parking spots and why would anyone park in you lot if they were not there to visit someone?This cost me 250$, 1 hour of lost time form work to go get it for me and my niece Heather

My car broke down on me while in Hutto visiting family. Triton towing was there to assist me with getting me my car to the dealership to be serviced. Ruben was my driver and he was very professional, reasonably priced and all over GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Even texted him late to make sure my car arrived since the dealership didn’t call to confirm. Thank you again Triton Towing for all your help.

Avoid any complex that uses this towing company. The most unprofessional women they hire to answer the phones. I couldn’t even ask the woman a question without her getting nasty with me. No wonder she works for a towing company. Regardless, they towed my mother’s vehicle even though we registered at 7:00pm, way before they’re even supposed to come and tow! Their excuse was that she was not parked in a visitor parking. This apartment complex stopped using the visitor parking spots when they realized they did not have enough parking for the actual residents so they were being filled up by people that leave here already! This towing company are a bunch of ladrones that don’t know how to do their job, just take your money.

These guys literally just tow anyone’s car at anytime just to make money, I was charged two whole days of storage and they only had my car for 12 hours.. these people are money goblins and crooks

When I called to see how much it was to get the car back they told me $250 and I gave them a notice that I was on the way to get my car. When I arrived they changed me $325 and didn’t explain the up charge even when I asked about it and we had to wait for over an hour for them to bring me the car. Overall a terrible unprofessional experience for a “professional towing company”.

Horrible place, and they are criminals. My brother and I went to get his truck, and they wouldn’t allow us to get his important documents out the car. We saw things had been taken out the glove compartment, and ignored it thinking it was the children. Only to find later my brother was missing keys to his home, business, boat, and other vehicles. We assume they stole them to try to take his other vehicles and either sell or chop them up because the yard where they keep the cars look like a chop shop. Horrible people.

Triton towing totally unsat. The receptionist was unprofessional, rude and lacking all required skill sets required to interact on the telephone. I was hung up on twice. I am not sure what dialect of the Kings English was used. Do yourself a favor find out who has the contract for towing if it is Triton. Do what you can to never get your vehicle towed.

This towing company towed my friends car, which.. fine, understood that that is the literal job that towing companies do. The issue is they towed her car from a perfectly legal visitor parking spot at an apartment complex and was there for less than 12 hours. No proof, and kept changing their story. They also proceeded to assume the car wasnt hers and gave her a hard time by making her run her card twice for authentication. I have had my car towed before and have never had an experience like this. Is profiling a part of your authentication process too? Shame on you. $250 dollars for simply visiting her family in a legal visitor parking spot.

What a terrible, predatory company. They sit around at apartment complexes like vultures. Where usually apartments have covered parking that are tow-enforced, Triton has managed to worm their way in to the entirety of apartment lots, and now even regular guest spots are towable. How do you prevent this? Well they want you go to to a website to register yourself for 24 hours. Only problem is, the only place where you are informed of this is on the tiniest little sign at the entrance to an Complex that you will never notice until you’ve already been towed and need to find their phone number.

This business needs to be shut down and no longer in service. My vehicle was towed I went there with my drivers license and the money to receive my vehicle back and I was told by the employees there I would not be allowed to get my vehicle back without showing them the registration the insurance and the title. All of this information was in the vehicle and I told the employees if you let me in my car I could get this information for you they refused to let me anywhere near my vehicle so I was forced to called the authorities to settle this dispute. THIS BUSINESS NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY

Just wanted to give a big thank you to Michelle by making the process of getting my vehicle out of the yard as smooth as possible . It is frustrating enough to wake up in the a.m to go to work and your vehicle is not in the parking space you left it, I started by calling this morning and Michelle answer the phone she was able to locate my vehicle in no time. She told me where it was, what the charges where, and what documents i needed to get the vehicle out, not only that but she set an appointment for me so i do not waste me valuable time. I have to tell you this is most professional towing office manager i dealt with, people running this place do not know customer service but Michelle went above and beyond her to make sure my process went smooth

My daughter had her vehicle parked in a clearly marked visitor spot at my apartment complex. Her vehicle was towed and the early morning hours. When we went to the tow company to get her car back the tow lot worker would not take her documents because they were expired even though it was clearly her vehicle as she had the keys and the documents. She was given a very difficult time about retrieving her vehicle. The total worker was rude and challenging. In addition my daughter is unemployed due to the covet pandemic and cannot afford the exorbitant toll fees. This was a very unprofessional service.

So here is my story I called this ver unprofessional business to tow a vehicle blocking my driveway, the receptionist asked for pictures, drivers license and copy of my contract after sending all paperwork I get a message saying we cant tow the vehicle 😑 even tho is blocking your driveway we cant do it. You have to talk to the apartment complex 🤔oh well if thats what I have to do than what is your job 🤔 few day later my nephew comes to visit and hes not blocking any driveway nor anything like that he is actually parked on a spot where my other vehicle was parked but guess what that easy target for them cuz oh boy by 7 oclock mu nephews car was gone even tho I was told before that towing was not enforce till 10:30 for vehicles without stickers so they refuse to tow a vehicle blocking my driveway but they immediately towed my nephews car before 10:30 like I was told that was parked in a open parking spot not blocking anyones driveway 🤔🤔🤔🤔you gotta be kidding me what a joke of business.

Almost hit a child in my apartment complex recklessly driving after pulling out a car halfway, then had to drive away to turn around, again drove recklessly to pick car back up and sped out of the neighborhood (wasnt my car....this time)

Poorly displayed signs and it took forever to figure out what number I was even supposed to call to get my car back. It’s kind of like theft, but it’s worse because they take your time as well as your money.

I parked my car while I walked across street to store. It was closed. I thought maybe my husband took it. Nope. It was towed. Why kind of leech tows someones car park on their property, during a time when people are financially struggling? Shameful. Disgraceful.

Even though my car got towed and my dad and I were there bailing it out late at night while it was freezing cold... the guy was very pleasant and made me feel like the world wasn’t ending. I forgot your name but thank you for being nice. :)

If this company is operating legally it would be an insane surprise! Their employees are incompetent, drivers can barely stay on the road. They specialize in predatory practices.

Always charge way more than what they’re supposed to. I’ve gotten my vehicle towed 3 times, FROM MY RESIDENCE. Im a single mom, it’s hard enough to pay bills each month, ESPECIALLY with COVID going on.They also made me come get my car, even though I just had to go get tested. As with the other reviews, this place deserves a 0 star rating. I wasnt even mad about getting my car towed. They told me call 20 mins before I needed to pick up my vehicle, then I called when I was ready to pick it up and they told me two hours. Then I showed up and had to wait another hour because the person I talked to didnt schedule the appointment. I guess you just have to know how to drive a tow truck and not much else. Awesome!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. After my friends car was towed the woman on the phone was completely rude and incompetent, clearly she was very easily confused. They said they couldn’t have someone at their location for an hour at which point they would be tacking on an additional charge because it would be after midnight, even though this was their own fault.

Overcharged by $90 (should have been $150 but charged $240). Surprised they haven’t been sued for consumer fraud yet.

Just got towed from them for the 3rd time at the place I live at. Scam artist and thieves that take your car and make you pay 300$ the next day. Don’t ever use this place there crooks. Got towed right outside the visitor parking which only 8 spots exists in the very front.

These people are thieves, this whole company received my car, they gave it back to me, with blows, a tire with cut nails and they liked me and bear, and they get angry that I took out my car, but they will charge me more.
