This is not the place to go if you need your car by particular hour of the day. Theyre first come first served, so your best bet is to come early in the morning and plan to pick up the car whenever its ready.That said, theyre friendly, professional, and fair. Would highly recommend. They wont try to oversell you and they wont charge you more than is reasonable. Ill definitely be back.

The 4 is for there always busy. You usually have a long wait. They didnt charge me for a diagnostic test. They couldnt fix it. I had to take it to the dealer. So they said no charge. They were honest and fair.
Shop manager Dean great guy, brought my wifes car in on short notice for full exhaust replacement... not only was the job done fast and very affordable he also fixed the intake hose that was missing free of charge.. thanks bro... but also did last minute emergency water pump and belt replacement for my moms car the very next day... two thumbs way up guys...

I used them for repairs on several of my vehicles and didn’t have any issues in the past. But had very bad experiences with them recently. I feel extremely taken advantage of. They did repairs on my car when they suspected it had a cracked engine block and didn’t tell me before I did the repairs. I would have never waisted the money I did if they were honest and upfront. They also have deceptive advertising. The website says free towing and fee diagnostic. NOT TRUE. I’m disappointed by the dishonesty.

Went in on Tuesday for a diagnostics didn’t realize they needed my car keys and to leave it for the day, but I wasn’t ready(needed my car later that day for work) the guy being the counter says we aren’t gunna look at the car if you’re that protective(he mis interpreted what I was saying) I tell him that’s not an issue that I just needed my car for the day, he tells me to come back today (Wednesday at 9) so Today wasted my time going down there because anytime I get tiers, oil change etc I take pictures of my car, and for that reason when I walked in he asked that the red car was mine and that they refuse to look at it cause i covered my end by taking picture of my car with no damage... wouldn’t want to give my car to anyone if they don’t want documentation, shady as all can be.
Dean the manager is not only knowledgeable, but friendly and caring (something not associated with auto service shops). I trust him completely.

Update: They reduced the cost to the original quote. They did a great job taking care of us and making things right. Appreciate it!Took in my truck from my cousin. Never contacted me the owner, started work on the brakes for the front stating all of it needed to be replaced. Next thing you know the spindle, bearing and rear brakes need to be done. $790 quote goes to $2000. Still no one calls me to authorize the work, they just do it, no signature nothing. I just had the brakes fully replaced less than 2 years ago, and had recently inspected my front and rear in preparation for suspension work I was going to do. I would not have authorized $2000 worth of work when I am very inclined to do my own work, especially on a $700 truck. Called and talked to Ed, he lied to me about trying to contact me, lied to me about the drum shoes, lied to me about the paperwork, lied to me about the spindle (said it cant be found new, found it on Google in like 30s), and told me he couldnt help me.Terrible shop that doesnt follow the law or even respectful procedures like contacting the owner. They just wanted to jack up the costs and earn some more before the year ends. I priced everything it would have cost $756+tax and 8 hours of work. The trucks been in the shop for almost 4 days. Incredible incompetence.
My radiator cracked and every shop I called quoted me $500-$600 just to change it out. Buckys did it for $149 and I was in and out in a little over an hour or so. Great work. Honest and reliable.

One of the few remaining auto repair shops that puts customer satisfaction before everything else. From the meeting you walk in, there’s a difference in ambience, treatment, attitude, and mechanical handling. The team doesn’t value money like other places. I have taken all my vehicles here for over 10 years. I used to work with Tony who was the best mechanic I have ever met and even more amazing with people. Tony has left but now Dean handles all my jobs. He is just as knowledgeable and courteous and he always give me the truth. I dont want to have my mechanic cut corners with my vehicles. I want exactly what needs to be fixed at a fare price. These guys have always treated me right! PS, those who wrote bad reviews because the shop is busy.... theres a reason for that, when your the best everyone wants your service.
As a woman you frequently get taken for a ride with mechanics, most women dont know much about the cars so people take advantage. Dean is patient and kind and explains everything to you. He really takes the time to make you understand whats what with your car. the prices are very fair and when he doesnt have access to your part he does what he can to make you happy. I wont take my car anywhere elseThe road crew near my home did such a pisspoor job on the road that it really tore up my car, they were super helpful and super descriptive explaining what happened to the car and kept calling and explaining every step and what itd cost. They were happy to write an explanation of what happened with my car so I can be reimbursed for the damages to my car.Oh and expect to come in when they open and expect to wait. They are simply the best and everyone knows it! Seriously worth the wait!
Always treated me right, and made my vehicle run terrific!Theyre especially decent about online specials - they never require me to print out the coupons.I had an issue with my headlight that kept being a problem after multiple visits at the dealership service center over more than a year. One visit to Buckys and its fixed - the guy just shrugged like it was nothing!I take my cars here for all their regular maintenance and repairs now :-)They are also consistently the cheapest oil change in town!

Great place. Was driving around just seeing if any place was open or had to to quickly throw on a couple mufflers I got and I stopped in and within 5min someone took my car in and started working on it. Took about total time of 45 to get it done. Thats fast for no appointment and doing a little custom work.
New to the area. My hybrid undercarriage has a protective mat used to make it more streamline and protect the car. Tuesday mine was dragging. I saw the Complete Auto Repair. I pulled in and Dean the manger asked me to leave it. I had deadlines and phone call to make. They worked my car in and called when they were done. Great service!! Good company. :-). Called and just wanted a round about figure for replacing a brake caliber. The guy offered no explanation of if it’s this or that and could be about this much etc...nothing but you have to come in. You work on enough cars that they know a round about figure for every situation. Just like an oil change for particular cars we all know a round about figure, or alternators etc.. called Pep boys and they were like $130, even if it’s more $$ I’m going in still. Buckys for sure won’t get my business now.

I would definitely recommend this place! While passing through town, my engine started to overheat and I called Bucky’s to see if they had any availability to check out my car and they took me right in. They were honest with me about what was going on, didn’t try to sell me anything and didn’t accept any of my money for the diagnostic tests. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!
I honestly am not sure why Im giving this to Stars other than the fact that they were polite and courteous. I brought in my Audi which I called ahead of time and told me that they could inspect I dropped it off at 9 in the morning or 8:30 at noon I still havent heard back so I called them and they told me oh we tried to call you the car has been sitting here we didnt expect it because it has an aftermarket radio which could fryer systems I have never heard of this and this is the third time Ive had issues with this place. Find another mechanic shop

Went in because I failed emissions. Dean is great at making you feel valued even though he is obviously consistantly slammed. It will usually be a couple hours but worth knowing you arent getting screwed

I brought my SUV in for right rear bearing replace, but they replaced the front right. Charged me almost $800.00. They messed my dashboard sensor lights, totally blacked out. Had to have Dealership reset. The bearing loud noises still occurred. Costed me $400.00 for dealership reset dashboard lights. It was terrible experience at this Bucky’s auto shop. Watch out! 😡😡😡😡😡👎👎👎👎👎

If I could give 0 stars I would. They gave me unclear explanations of what was wrong with my vehical. Then made a rash diagnosis to the warranty company before being completely sure of cause of the problem. Which gave the warranty company reason to question covering the cost of my repairs. I would not have given a bad review If I had not went directly to another repair shop that quickly identified the cause without any cost to me. So I paid buckys 69.99 for nothing. I ended up going to a local respected shop with a 5 star review.

Not sure what to say about this one... when my van started having intake problems two years ago, Tony and company took very good care of me. I had a vacation coming up, and I was assured that my 1100 mile round trip would be no problem... and it wasnt.However, when other problems occurred almost a year later, I received very different treatment. Not only did the work (Problems with the intake which they had replaced a year previously) cost a ridiculous amount, but I had to go back twice to get the problem fixed... and the second time, my 11 year old son told the mechanic what the problem was. No intake codes trip on the diagnostic, the mechanic replied. Doesnt matter, my son assured him, The diagnostic tool doesnt take the place of getting under the hood and checking it out. My son was right - the mechanic was flustered - and the boss tried to charge me for the second repair. Well eat the labor, but youre going to have to pay for the second repair, he said. And then I was told that even when the repair was done, he wouldnt use the van for much besides driving around the city. Needless to say, I was aggressively unimpressed.Theres been a big sign on the front of the store for a couple of months now, announcing that Tony is Back. I know a lot of people who swear by him personally - maybe he makes all the difference. I hope so.

Go here if you want to get scammed. My muffler was making noise so they put my vehicle on a lift and 30 minutes later informed me It was difficult to pinpoint the problem, but the inside of my muffler was corroded and if I kept driving it could shake loose and clog the exhaust. Repair would require new muffler, pipe, and welding (which they would do no charge!). I looked underneath at home, and problem was an aluminum heat shield that had come loose and was very obviously resting on top of the muffler and rattling. 3 fender washers ($3) and 20 minutes later problem is solved.They do have clean and classy bathrooms.

Went in on Tuesday for an oil change. Said they were way behind. was told to return on Saturday morning at 8am. showed up at 750am and was told there was no way I was going to get an oil change. Woman actually said I dont know why we even do oil changes, we dont make any money. I would not recommend going there.

I just called these guys, they wouldn’t even give me a price for the labor, I already have my own parts but he kept giving me the runaround about how this might happen that might happen all I wanted to know was the per hour charge and he wouldn’t even tell me that’s a bad sign crooked people, no wonder there’s so many auto shops if there is just one truly honest auto shop they would take all the business but everyone’s going to be a thief these days so it’s business as usual let’s all steal from each other and make this world a crappy place
I do not recommend this business and I am giving it zero stars. One word: predators, both - at this location and in their corporate office. Besides nefarious business practices they take advantage of female customers by conning them into purchasing unnecessary services. Their low standing with BBB is well deserved, but obviously it doesnt faze them. Thankfully there are other routes to take for abused consumers, such as WA State AG/Consumer Protection and the court of law.

Needed an alternator replaced on a 97 Camry, thought Buckys was the place to go! But...100% markup on a part is absolutely uncalled for, exact part number from Carquest was $150 cheaper. Will never return. Expect robbery if you decide to venture these waters.

From past experience they lent my friend a tool for no cost we got to fix his car bring the tool back and said our thanks to the shop. These guys are probably the nicest shop I’ve ever been to when I was younger witch is why I am giving them a 5 Star. I’ve had no services done from them though and haven’t visited recently but I would trust these guys over discount tire at the super Wal-Mart. They won’t even measure to check if there doing the right thing.
