Very good service and was willing to come to me first to get my key then to tow my vehicle to where I needed it to go for a small price but not near as much as what other tow company’s charge and that’s if they even do. Anyways I recommend this tow company the best I’ve used

I own a auto shop and we used his services for about a year. Once we got better pricing with another tow provider the Owner, Mr. Rodriguez acted very entitled and acted as if we should only use him as a provider. Very unprofessional service.

This is a terrible company. He told a customer of mine that he doesn’t do business with us. Refuses to answer my calls. Don’t use

NEVER I REPEAT NEVER use this company. Owner speaks no English (which is fine nothing wrong with speaking spanish) BUT there are so many things wrong with this place I cant even begin to start. I called them at 4:45pm because my car broke down. They arrive at 8:15pm. The driver told me to leave the keys in the ignition and he got in my car and set the emergency break and didnt give me my keys back and locked them in the car. He apologized and said he would pay to get my car unlocked. Instead he takes me to my apartment has his boss show up. This man had no shirt on, never wore a mask and tried to use a crowbar to open my door. The driver lied to the dispatcher and the owner, and said I was the one who locked the keys in and that its my fault. I still had to pay for everything. In the end my neighbor helped me 10x more than this company did bc he had a tool to unlock his car and he used it for my car and it took him and I 5 minutes. This place should not be in business. Traumatizing and terrible.

Wow!!! Horrible but horrible service the owner is very rude!! We called to get one of companies vehicle towed the owner not only was bother by our phone call and gave us a unfair price at the end he then asked “take or leave” Seriously isn’t this your job your company he was so bother like he didn’t even want to get his business running!!

Scammers. Wont accept credit card or checks even from a business. I have reported to Towing and Storage Advisory Board. Stay away from them. Might be going out of business.
