I was pleasantly surprised to discover this is one of the few salons I’ve found in the are that does the metallic chrome gel manicures! Every salon in NYC does them but it’s been hard to find here - I am so excited!Staff were super friendly & it’s way more affordable than my fancy NYC salons, so that’s a bonus. It’s a packed little room & it’s not a “high end luxury salon/spa” type ambience, but the friendly, efficient staff & the awesome range of nail polish colors & techniques & the nice little shoulder massage at the end has made me a return customer.

I was only coming in for a lifted nail and I was totally ignored. I stood on the door for 5 mins before they decided to noticed me. Once I was finally acknowledged, I told they lady that I just needed a nail glued back down I would even purchase the glue so that no one is away too long from their client and she told me they dont do acrylic so we dont have any glue..I knew she was lying because I had gone in once before to inquire and I was told a completely different stories. Customer service is the worst if you dont look like them

They were super nice. I got the soft gel extensions and my sister got regular gel. They look great.

Love this salon! Kim is always so kind and accommodating, is fully vaccinated and books private appointments so you feel safe. She’s also installed plastic dividers to ensure even more protection. The shoulder massages here are life changing. I always tip well because the prices are so reasonable for the pristine job they do. 10/10 recommend.

My favorite nail shop in the area. They really listen to what you want and try their best to get it right -nailColor, shape,etc. And if they can’t help they’ll be honest not like other shops that just mess up /make it worse.The best part is the massage ! It’s amazing every time I go and truly relaxing :)

Absolutely amazing!!!! She gave me a massage too and on a sunburn and it didn’t hurt. That’s true talent! She didn’t talk and I loved that. They take walk ins. Only 50 for these!! Best place ever!

Ive gone to this place a million times. Definitely my go to spot for manicures and pedicures. I love the folks who work here too...always so kind.

I LOVE getting my nails done here. The massage is the best I have ever had - they massage you for ages and its just wonderful. Ive been coming for years! Such a great value.

I have the most bizarre story for this place. Over the phone, I called this place and asked if they were taking walk-ins. She said yes, for what I told her Full set acrylic. I repeated this twice. She said okay okay come now. So I get there 10 minutes later. I walk in, no one moves. A lady in the back say, Can I help yo. I told her I called for the full set acrylic. She goes to tell me that they arent doing those right now. I was like but I just called and you said to come in. She was like oh thought you said pedicure. I told her a pedicure doesnt even sound like full set acrylic. So as Im walking out I see the price sign and it says full set acrylic. I ask her, How are you not doing full acrylic sets when your price sign says otherwise? She goes to tell me that the nail tech who does those is ON VACATION. I was like wow okay. If you havent guessed it already, its because I am black and must have sounded white on the phone. Because I cant fathom how only ONE of your nail techs does full set acrylics. Im irritated because I drove all the way over there for you to lie to my face and waste my time.

Ive been coming here for over 7 years, the place is clean and the ladies are friendly and open to requests and input. Only place in Oakland where I will get a mani/pedi!

My favorite nail salon in the east bay. They have strong attention to detail and do a great job. The manicures last 10-14 days too!

Have been going here for years! Sweet staff that are so kind to me and my mother of 98 year old. I never do any cleaning or cutting of my nails and they clean and polish it well. Highly recommend!!

Treated my mom (and me) to a spa pedi and mani on her birthday. I keep up regularly, so have pretty good standards. We had so much fun! The ladies really bent over backwards to accommodate us, great to get a last minute appointment. Excellent arm massage (I thought I was getting the bday special). Tip these ladies well, they work hard and do excellent work!

Amazing manicure and pedicure. I recently had surgery on my leg and the woman who did my pedicure was so gentle and patient with my limited mobility.

Terrible experience. The massage portion of my pedi consisted of the woman lightly rubbing cream on my legs. my mani was completely rushed and I was left with nail polish still on my fingers. And then when I wanted to pay with a credit card I was told that would be $4 extra! Which is illegal unless they post 2 different price lists- and they didnt. And my daughters shellac mani was chipping after ONE DAY. I will never go here again.

Nail tec Amy did a full set of acrylic..I am a manicurist and overly judgmental of non natural looking nail extentions. Amy did a stellar job. She took her time even tho I was in a hurry (bad time managment on my part) my nails looked natural, not like corn nuts coming out of my finger!!! Thanks Amy and keep up the great work!!!

Bad servive took way to long to do my toes and keep trying to say I was messing it up when I’m reailty she didn’t do them right in the first place there shop is way to small and tiny no room to even move around and they keep switching off so the same person wasn’t doing my toes
