Absolutely lovely interior. Covid protocol on point. They have you wash hands as you enter and spacing is great. There is also a waiver to sign and they take temperatures after you’ve washed your hands. Very clean and luxurious environment. The free app from next door was a bonus! I’ll be back.

Tiffany was very nice and talented. She happily did my acrylic gel matte halloween nails and it was only $45! Very pleased.

I just love this place!! During covid they’ve implemented changes that make it feel very safe and they have a great selection of colors. Their customer service is excellent.

I visited this salon today with my mother and daughter. The customer service was impeccable. The salon was clean and so comfortable. I am very picky when it comes to my nails and have a hard time finding a place that I love and they completely exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be returning for fills and pedicures. Also, my 4 year old was treated so kind and was so excited about their ability to draw flowers on her nails- no other salon that Ive been to has given her that option. So happy to have found a great place to get my nails done so close to home.

Today was my 1st time getting my nails done here and I am in love 🥰. I went with my czn who comes all the time and I can say that this will now be the only place I come to get my nails done. They are very clean especially with this virus going around. You get complementary water, soda or champagne. Also a complementary appetizer from next door, I got the egg rolls that had a sweet chilli dipping sauce. 🤯 (Delicious). Im a really indecisive person so I was telling (Lynn) she is amazing what I liked showed her a picture of what I thought I wanted and she did exactly what I wanted 😊 not the exact pic I showed her but its like she was in my head and did exactly what I was thinking. All I can say is Im in love

I stumbled upon this place on complete accident. I was trying to go to what used to be my usual salon but there was an hour wait and I didnt have time to wait. So I found this place right nearby. I wasnt expecting much but it was amazing. I only had time for a quick pedicure but I wish I had time for more. Customer service was great. They had a good selection of polishes, everything was super clean and it was quite large and nicely decorated. Best of all no wait! Ill definitely be back. Thank you!

Best service, best acrylics ever, best prices and no wait in a first class salon~what more could you ask for?! But you do get more; smiling faces serving you fruit and the beverage of your choice, brand new EVERYTHING, hundreds if not thousands of color choices, the list goes on and on. I’ve lived in Austin my whole life and been to COUNTLESS nail salons and never had anywhere close to the amazing experience Vertex provides! Kevin did a fantastic job on my nails and they were in rough shape. He was patient and friendly, the end result was fantastic and has lasted so long with no issues. Really pleased with their beautiful salon and great discounts.

Extremely well run, everything was new and very clean. The owner checked on all the customers while I was there. I got the most expensive pedicure since they had a 50% off sale. I feel like there were too many steps (for my preference, how many times should my legs be exfoliated?). All in all, I will definitely return and get a different pedicure.

Its supposed to be clean because its a very new shop. Of course, I satisfied their cleanliness of the shop. However, the towels in the shop are very dusty and the most important nail quality is very poor. Their skills are really bad. If you find a clean nail salon, of course its the best place in the town, but cleanliness was not what I was looking for nail polish done today.

Brand new nail salon. Got my nails done (so many color choices) and eyebrows waxed. Quality service, beautiful place with marble accents and chandeliers. Plenty of space so I plan to come back with a friend for pedicure soon. 20% off opening sale.

It’s nice and all but I’ve never paid more than $100 for set and pedi ... maybe I’m cheap like that but I could’ve gotten this quality (not high) set and pedi for like $60 somewhere else

The host, Ty (sp?) always welcomes you with a smile and makes sure youre taken care of. All the nail techs amazing!

They charged me >$80 (before the 50% off deal) to change my sns dip color. This is without any manicure whatsoever. They literally just changed the color. Even with the 50% off it cost me $50! They did not even do basic manicure services like cuticle care!! I am so confused. I emailed them and told them I think I was overcharged but I have heard nothing back. I have no idea how a color change could be so insanely expensive. They could have at least put lotion or oil on my hands to make it feel like I had a manicure but I guess this is what I get for trying a new place. Don’t make the same mistake I made!! Diamond Nails is 100x better and they charge less. I’ll never cheat on diamond nails again lol.

This Place is absolutely Ahhhhhhmaaaazzinnnng! The ambiance, the customer service, and the quality of service is EVERYTHING💖. I got a jelly pedicure and SNS nails They look beautiful. The Staff was so polite and they took their time to make sure my nails came out perfect. It was so clean and neat with a very beautiful set up. I mean there were so many things I loved, I got a free appetizer from the pho restaurant next door and a drink,it was soooo good. Overall this was a great experience. I have finally found a nail salon I will continue to go to.

Peeled my gel nail polish off with no acetone or filing it down. Really sloppy skills. Nails are sore because the nail tech filed my natural nails down so thin. Made my cuticle bleed and continued to scratch and dig into it repeatedly. Also I thought I asked for a manicure but I didn’t even get cuticle care. Never coming back.

Had a pedicure and a full set of sns nails. Everything was amazing! I didn’t feel like I was being rushed through my pedicure and she was very gentle and thorough. I got ombré on my nails and they came out PERFECT! Everyone was very friendly and professional, the woman who works at the front was very helpful and checked on me several times during my services to make sure I was doing ok and didn’t need anything. Everything was clean, implements used came straight out of an autoclave pouch and they have great prices! This is definitely my new nail place.
