This was my first time coming to this salon and I absolutely enjoyed my experience. I was a little nervous at first that I was not going to be able to be taken as a walk-in. However, I was greeted nicely and although they were busy they gave great service! I especially enjoyed how detailed June was on my nails and made me feel comfortable. Overall, excellent service given by passionate people. Can’t wait to go back!

My first experience at Amor nails was awesome! Justin was my nail and pedi tech. He did an outstanding job and gives the most amazing pedicures!!! Because of Justin and how nice and professional he was, I chose to come back. My second visit Sonny did my nails. He painted dog paws on one nail of each hand. They were so cute! I now have Anna do my nails and she is the best!!! She does nail designs for me. I let her choose what design and she never disappoints! All the people that work at Amor Nails are just awesome! Everyone is so nice, always smiling and welcoming you into the salon. Always making sure that your experience is a good one and that they’ve met your needs! Amor Nails is my nail place now. I had a great experience with Selena! I gave her a challenging design that I found on Pinterest and she acted like it was no big deal! She took her time yet it didn’t feel like I was in the chair forever like most places I’ve been to. I highly recommend checking out this place!

Worse experience ever. I had a 4;00 appointment and didn’t get seen until 4:30. They cram you in like sardines so you aren’t even comfortable in the chairs. Midway through my set the tech made me wait 20 minutes while she did someone else’s eyebrows! Never again!In response to the owners response, I apologize I was there at 6 o’clock. My name was Amy I had an appointment and I wasn’t seen until 630. My nail tech was gone that long in the middle of my service doing someone’s wax. Even if it was five minutes, that’s too long and disrespectful of my time given the fact you were already late for my appointment. I had an appointment at 6 o’clock for a fill and didn’t walk out of the salon until 730. I was sitting in the very far back on the left-hand side and I got blue powdered fill and was touching seats with another technician behind me doing someone else’s nails and she kept asking me to scoot forward and cramping me. I paid 37.00 and left a 5.00 tip all in cash. I’m certain I’m reviewing the correct place it’s in the Lowe’s shopping center, next to the Pizza Hut. So you might want to review your footage because everything I am saying happened is exactly what happened. I would appreciate you accepting responsibility for poor service rather than saying I reviewed the wrong place.

This is the best place I have ever been to for my nails! Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. The designs and different things they can do is crazy! They have so many colors to choose from, highly recommended.

This was my first time getting acrylics and a gel pedicure at this nail salon. My nails were done way too thick so I didn’t like the appearance. The first week my nails started lifting. I went in to have them repaired and the next week two other nails lifted. I will not be returning to this place again to waste my money.

I called them to make an appointment at 10:15 but the lady said to just come walk in, so I came at 10:16 I put my name down on the waitlist then waiting to be called. I waited almost for 45 minutes in total, most of the staff speak Vietnamese which I don’t understand, it looks like they match the guest with whoever is free and can handle the difficulty of the nail designs. Some staffs came to me to look at the my nail design, until a lady came by said to wait for another 10-15mins. However I saw many people came after me but they already got their turn. So I start to complain, eventually a staff name Ana said to me that she’ll be finishing soon. So I showed her my design and she did an amazing awesome to my nails, she was genuinely apologizing and was so friendly throughout the process. The price was very affordable for the design I requested so I’ll definitely coming back for another service with Ana. One thing is to be mindful that I’d recommend set up an appointment if only you knew the person who’s going to help you. If this is your first time like me, I recommend walk in early like 9.30-10.00 to skip the wait list, because I came in at 10:15 and it’s already full of ladies.

This was my first visit to Amor Nails and Spa so naturally, I was very skeptical especially after having such a terrible experience with a previos trendy nail salon. I walked in and immediately was greeted, I had no idea what to expect.I received my service from Ana for “a removal+ Full set. I had in mind what I wanted and told her what I had in mind. Well, Ms. Ana verbalized that what I had in mind would reflect on my nails to the “Cat Eye’s” full potential, therefore verbalized that she understood what I would like but if she could change it up a bit. I was a bit let down but told her to go ahead with what she thought would look best keeping in mind my idea. Well long story short, this young lady is brilliant! Ana seemed to have read my mind! I got sparkle, “cat eye”, and BEAUTIFUL!!! This young lady took my idea and personality and reflected the art on my nails. Ana completely went above what I expected to walk out with. I have been receiving many compliments on my nails and very happy with my nails!Ladies, if you’re looking for a great salon, with a good ambiance, and top quality nails...I recommend this place 110%!!! First time going here and I had a bad experience. The person was rushing and was really rough on my fingers, I have cuts all over my cuticles I was bleeding, my finger nails hurt so much that I had to cut them down at the end of the day. I felt very unsafe because I could tell they didnt clean their station after each client. Too pricy for a painful service.

Nails looked amazing & then started falling off quicker than leaves in the Fall. It was only 2 days before the first nail fell off & 10 days later I only had 3 nails on each finger. They did not give me the option to choose between gel and acrylic. They just insisted gel and ruined my birthday set that only lasted a week. $85 down the drain. I’ve never experienced this before in my life. I will only be returning to collect a refund.

I recently found out that the techs here are the techs from Family Nails, which have been my nail techs for 10 years now, they have seen my children grow up. They treat everyone so nice, like family. I also love how professional and how beautiful my nails come out every time. They will continue to be my nail techs as long as I live in Austin and wherever they decide to move. I highly recommend this place!

I went to have extensions applied to my eyelashes and they left them horrible, I did not like it at all, since they glued my eyelashes with the extension and applied a glue that was not for eyelashes, it looked like the glue that box nails have, very bad experience the truth😒

Been coming with them back when they were family nails. Best service from all the employees they make sure to leave you satisfied with their work. Especially Anna with her sweet carisma and phuong with her kindness they both are dedicated nail techs that are worth the wait.
