I went in with a Groupon for a manicure and pedicure. The lady who helped me was either in a really bad mood or just rude. She told me I couldn’t get both, I pointed to the Groupon that clearly said it was both, she persisted that it was manicure OR pedicure. I didn’t feel like arguing so I just went with a simple manicure. She did a fine job on the manicure and gave me a hand massage too. If you go you will like the results but just make sure you are clear with your needs. I spoke with Groupon customer service and they took care of half the Groupon.Manicure- 4 starsCustomer service- 1 star
They are okay. I have used Groupon only here and its worth the price for a shellac Mani n Pedi.
I actually purchased the groupons for gel manicure and pedicure. The lady (I don’t know if that’s the owner or someone who just works there) she was super rude. The first time she made us wait for 3 hours even though we had an appointment. The towels were dirty. The ladies were constantly speaking to each other in their own language without stopping and it seemed like they were making fun of us or something. And after that the lady literally cut my cuticle and after that when I was trying to pay the lady scanned all my groupons and when i tried to stop her because I had only used one groupon, she was rude and literally told me to not come back again and to get out of the store.
I enjoy coming to serenity spa nails. Ask for Ben, he does an excellent job! I come here every month to relax and have my mani and pedi done 💅🏽💁🏻♀️ The place is clean and the staff is very polite. Will definitely keep coming back.
Just a darn good time. Yall should go and see for yourself. They do not disappoint. Cheers!
They have a huge range of colors and work well to make sure youre happy at each stage of the process of an acrylic mani- from length to shape to color, and you can easily change the color if youre not happy with how it looks on the first nail. It was 45 dollars for the standard acrylic mani which is cheap considering it took almost 2 full hours to do.. I believe the owner of the shop was the one doing my nails and she did a great job. Theres attention to detail and they dont skip steps- I swear the underside of my nail was sanded three separate times after the tip went on, after the acrylic went on, and after the polish. She has the precision of a dentist, so just put some headphones on and entrust your hands to her. They allow walk ins so even if you have an appointment it can be crowded on weekends and for occasions like prom, acl, etc.
Love the girls, they are awesome with my nails!
It was ok, the staff dose a good job
Had me book an appointment after telling me I can’t walk in. Showed up a bit earlier and they literally had me wait an hour. I tried to leave at the last minute they took me in and did the worst job ever.
They told me one price before I started. Then changed the price when I was checking out. And started arguing with me when I was with my daughter. The lady at the front was so rude.
Me and my 2 friends got our nails done around 1 in the afternoon. We walked in and we were greeted by one of the workers, we signed it and got seated right after choosing nail colors. We all got our feet done at the same time. My friends had the Groupon, I just wanted my feet done. Laura was my nail technician and I absolutely loved her!!! She gave me literally the best pedicure in my life! It was about and hour long and I was not complaining about the time. She made me feel like pudding or jello. I absolutely recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!!
They are the best. The owner always looks for ways to make you feel comfortable at every visit. They make you feel like family. I recommend them 100%
Great Groupon deal, cant beat the price!
Awesome gel manicures, I’ve been super happy with their work and prices.
Awful service. Had an appointment at 5:30pm and reached at 5:30pm. No one at the reception to greet or ask. After asking one of the ladies, she told me to wait for 30 minutes!
Excellent service and value as well as clean salon (check out their amazing Groupon specials). Definitely recommend!
It’s not often I take the time to leave a positive review. I expect good service. I received good service today. It’s feels weird going to get your toes and nails done as a man. However more should treat themselves. When you do, try this place. The price was half of what others charge. The lady that did mine was very sweet and polite. She also explained why the skin between my toes was dry and how to fix it. I’ll be back.
Very nice place...friendly and efficient
I have been going here for at least 6 years and I really love it! Majority of the time the staff is super friendly and helpful. Ive had my services done by every employee at least once and have never had any issues. They have updated the massage chairs recently and it looks a lot better. Flexible business hours and Ive never had to wait longer than 25 minutes. Rating 4 stars because I wish there was a bigger polish selection for the gel polish - usually the color(s) I want are only available in the regular polish. I recommend this salon to all of my friends & family!
No frills, just get the job done kind of place. I was happy overall....Except for the customer in the pedicure chair next to me....she was watching a movie on her iPad VERY LOUDLY! 😠
Professional work, no wait time.
Ripoff.... Beware. I went to this spa for many years and recently started getting Gel on nails and toes. Last time I had it done, they charged me 60. today they charged me 70. Yet, when I had someone call in for a price quote they say it costs 50. I was always a good tipper too. Wont be going back.
I showed up for an appointment and was not seen for over an hour. Very unprofessional and will not be coming back
The lady at the front was pretty rude and short when I checked in for my appt. I had a Groupon and so I decided to use it. Shellac mani/reg pedi for $42. The guy that did my toes did a pretty good job but I am a little ticklish, so instead of trying to be a little more gentle, he just didn’t scrub my feet. 😑The color looks good and the shape is good. Unfortunately, another girl was also trying to use her Groupon. The lady was pretty rude to her and would not let her utilize her coupon. I think it was expired but she should have still let her use the dollar amount towards her mani/pedi, or so says it should be like that on Groupon....not sure I’d go back.
Got an amazing pedicure here today. My feet look so amazing and healthy. Wonderful service too! This will definitely become my new weekly spot!
Always great job! Only place I will go. Even when I moved downtown, I come back here!
Ive been going here for the past five years. Employees are kind and hard working. If you are gracious, so are they. Everyone wants to be treated with dignity! Good services at incredibly reasonable prices.
This place was horrible. I walked in and nobody acknowledged me or asked what I was in for they all just stared at me. After a bit a lady came up to ask me I what needed...with a mouth full of food...so disgusting. She then pressured me to hurry up and pick a color. She pressured me to get my toes done also..in which I said twice I didnt need a pedi. She rudely told me to sit and then went off to argue with another lady about a coupon she was redeeming. I sat there in shock at how bad the customer service was.I did not give the lady a chance to give me a manicure. If their customer service is that crappy I dont think their service would be any better.I literally left 5 min after getting there. Also they dont deserve even one star...only did it because I cant write a review without it.
I purchased a Groupon for their nail service which I thought was a good deal. Unfortunately I was charged an additional $10 just to prepare my nails for a gel service. I ended up paying the same price as my regular place for a lesser product end.
Excellent place! My boyfriend got me a Groupon, I was a little worried because I read a bunch of terrible reviews but I came anyways. The pedicure was over an hour, they did a great job. I have terribly short short nails, the tech took her time and didnt hurt me at all. Ill come back for sure.
Scheduled an appointment for 12, when called to confirm they asked me to come in at 12.15 - they still made me 45 minutes until someone took me. She didnt put base coat on some of my nails. Will not be going back
Nancy is great nail tech. Friendly and fast worker. I enjoy the massage chair. I will be back. Thanks Rose
Horrible service. I asked for ombré they said they could do it but ended up just giving me French tips clear distinction between colors no fade like ombré .. when I told them that’s not what I wanted they acted like they didn’t care and then ended up over charging me .. calling it ombre .. the owner got very rude with me poor customer service don’t even deserve one star
They have quality technicians here. It can get super slammed, so be sure to budget your time properly if youre planning on walking in without an appointment. Ive never had a complaint about gel, basic, or SNS mani/pedis. The massage chairs are pretty legit, as well. : )
DO NOT go here unless you want bad service. They told me my lip wax would be 5 dollars and then changed it to 8 plus the massage chair did not work and the lady doing my nails did not stop yelling to whoever she was talking to on speaker phone my entire appt. This place was crappy.
Waste of money. I got a pedicure and manicure - I left with the same amount of dead skin on my feet as I came in with. Completely pointless and for one second it didnt seem like even wanted my business.
Worst place ever. Pedicure is not worth the $35.00. Nail cut and polish is all they do everything else is extra. Cubicles not cut, feet not scrubed and the polish was mediocre. Would not recommend. Go else where!
I have been to this Spa a couple times. The last time, 4/1/14, the male tech I had gave me a shoulder massage. It is their custom there for some reason. Anyway, he came up behind me and ran his elbow very hard down either side of my spine from neck to to mid-back. It hurt! Later that day I began to stiffen up in my neck & back. By the next day, I couldnt turn my head & was in a lot of pain. A couple days later, after no relief from ice & medication, I went to the chiropractor. It helped some but I have had to go back several times since, have PT exercises to do and am still not 100% & may never be. I still have grinding noises when I move my neck I spoke to the manager on 4/8/14 telling her what happened and she said she was sorry but didnt really seemed too concerned & said they are not licensed massage therapists. If you go to this spa DO NOT allow them to touch you anywhere else but fingers & toes. The lady, Lena, is a good tech. This shold be 2 stars.
Wasnt bad took way longer than normal
Best dipped manicure Ive ever had. Very natural looking and lasted 3 weeks.
Very nice service and atmosphere.
I like this place well enough. The technicians are skilled and their work is fine. My issues are that they are understaffed on the weekends. It can get quite busy and youll wait at least 30 mins. My friend and I arrived at 10:30 or so and waited for 30 mins in the cramped waiting area, they took another woman who came in after us, and then finally invited us to sit in our pedicure chairs (no water bath yet). We sat there for another 20 mins. We both had to leave, and as we got up, the manager said, You leaving? We do you now. (But there wasnt a technician available.)I told her wed waited almost an hour, got up, and left.We did not have Groupon, and were wanting a pedicure and shellac manicure. Also, if youre especially sensitive to smells (like how I was during my pregnancies), the typical nail salon smells are quite strong. Not sure if it was just me, or if they could have better ventilation.Again, over all an okay place with long wait times on weekends.
They were very friendly, and my shellac pedicure was nice. However, their prices are terribly high. I would recommend sticking with the basic pedicure of you dont want to pay $75!! I had an expired Groupon that they applied to my Deluxe shellac pedicure. Its value was $27. They then charged my credit card for an additional $48!!! When I questioned the high charge, they said that 1) there was a $25 charge for removing and reapplying the shellac and 2) I received a deluxe pedi, which was nothing more than a weak shoulder massage upon completion of my pedicure.
My daughter, her friend and I had a great experience here. They were great.
Great service and both mani and pedi well done!
Be careful if you buy a groupon and they ask you to provide to them before your nails are done. It happened to me and then I was double charged. They said they would look into it and call me but ive never received a call.
These guys post a great Groupon but otherwise dont make the trip. The customer service is bad, rude people, and never a great pedicure.
I never write reviews so you know this was bad!!! I got a groupon for this place. You would think that a business would go out of their way if they are wanting new customers. They did the minimum, and did not go out of their way to feel comfortable. The MAIN LADY MANAGER is so RUDE!!!! She could solely ruin this business just by her customer service. When I paid her a tip she just turned and walked away! Not one person said goodbye when I left. I would NOT recommend this place!
I’ve made an appointment twice here and have ended up waiting at least 30 minutes each time. They find anything they can charge you for. My gel mani chipped on 4 different nails in just three days.
This place was awesome; I got a Groupon deal for a Mani/pedi. They didnt skimp on services and they were super friendly. I needed an appointment for my service, I called and they got me in right away! Couldnt say better things! This will be my go to place! You should try it!
The service was sub-par, my manicure was rushed, and the tech didn’t care that there were lumps and dents in my nails. I had to file my nails in the car afterwards, because she didn’t file them properly and they kept snagging on my clothes. She told me that it’s “just the way my nails are.” They also charge $10 for polish removal, which is ridiculously overpriced. The lotion used was extremely cheap and watery, and dried out my skin. Only came to give this place a shot because of Groupon, definitely not going back.
Nice
My husband and I went in for a mani-pedi, I asked for water to drink. They laughed and brought us cups of water! Mani-pedi was okay but we will not go back to this location, nail techs were very unprofessional!
Used groupon for shelac mani and regular pedicure. Good place. They have the same color of gel and regular nail polish. I changed my mind about the color I choose and it was already on and they only charged me $5dlls to change it. I would definitely recommend this place. Nice people
Horrible! I called because I saw a groupon promotion of theirs and had a question. Who ever picked up the phone just said “yes we have, you come here, pay, bye” and hanged up the phone, not even answering any other question I had in mind. I called again, same person answered. I asked for a mangager (not to snitch but simply because I thought maybe they would care more about their customers and wouldn’t hang up) & she said to me “she’s not here” and hanged up. I was never rude, I was nice; but that was just horrible! Never been there; and it will stay that way.
Great value. Used a Groupon. Nails look great.
I would not recommend this place. I went first thing in the morning before they opened. I was third in line to get my nails done. I went with some friends and waited for over an hour before anyone came over to do my nails. My friends were nearly done with their nails. Two other customers came in and they had them sit down and started on their nails. When I said something they stopped the other lady’s nails. They rushed my mani and pedi, gave me mismatched colors and spent no time on me. It was a complete rush job. I asked for a third coat on my nails and she said it was too late. My nails had bumps and bubbles in random spots. No one apologized. It was a terrible experience.
Try this place, manager does in fact have a stinky attitude but if you want your nails and done in a quick timely matter and sufficient work ask for AMY she is the best, she doesnt talk much which is how i like it and she is always on her toes and for her clients, I only chose her for my shellac white tips NO ONE ELSE IS WORTHY THERE.
Received a groupon for this place and As soon as I told them it was a groupon purchase the lady seemed as if she was mad . No smile no how are you . Horrible making you feel uncomfortable. Never again just used bc it was a gift .
The pedicure was not all I was expecting. She didnt really exfoliate my feet and when cleaning my cuticles she cut my big toe which then wouldnt stop bleeding. She was too careless when placing the blue light over my feet too.
I like this place cause is close to my office, the staff is friendly and they accept walk-in anytime, so Ive been there many times during my lunch or free time ( manicure, pedicure, shellac, even relax massages), the customer service is excellent and the prices reasonable.
First of all, extremely rude. I get the language barrier, but they were just straight up mean about everything. Which would maybe be okay if they didnt give me the worst shellac manicure Ive ever received. Uneven, clumpy, and all over my fingers. And to top it all off the woman over charged me. She didnt even have a price! She just thought up a number, and of course it was way higher ($50 for a mani/pedi) than anyone else on the list who had the same service done. I would have argued it but Im happy just never going back. If youre considering going here, dont waste your money.
Clean, casual, always get a perfect Mani/Pedi. When its not busy its very relaxing, however, when it is busy its like a bee hive -- lots of buzzing and people working (great to see efficiency).
Great place wasnt rushed like most places!!!
I got a deluxe pedicure...but didnt feel the service was complete. I feel like they forgot some steps. I didnt feel the relaxation I expect to for an expensive pedicure.
While the salon is clean and airy and they have a good option of services and nail colors, pretty much everyone on their staff is extremely rude, angry and couldnt care less about their customers. Ive been here three times now, once by myself and then twice with friends and we all had similar experiences. If you ask questions or ask one of the staff to do something properly (like re-shape your nail or remove cuticles) they get super rude and angry. Then they proceed to glower at you, do a shoddy, rushed job and talk about you with colleagues in what Im guessing is Mandarin. I know the bitching about customers in front of them in a language they dont understand happens at a lot of salons but they take it to a whole new level here.Yes they offer a good deal on Groupon but its not worth the rudeness and the way they treat you here. Ill happily pay more to get better customer service that isnt angry and aggressive all the time. They really need to train their employees to be more polite and nicer to customers.
1 star because they were open. Dirty, nasty polish selections. Girl went thru the motions without looking at my nails. Groupon discount was an opportunity to make a return customers. I will never go back. Horrible exp.
The owner/manager is looney! I called, mentioned I had a groupon on the phone, and after my service she did not want to honor my groupon. I was very uncomfortable with the way she handled it (super loud and confrontational). Avoid this place if you have a groupon - if you dont its too out of the way (I figure thats probably why they blow out groupons)
The main lady is very rude. Take your business somewhere else. Also, I got taken advantage of. I had a $70 value coupon for pedicure and some sort of manicure and right off the bat i was told it was going to be $10 more. So I said ok just do it. At the end when I went to pay she told me that I had to pay $30 more for a service that was a $70 value. She was yelling at me that she had told me! She told me clearly!!! Im sorry but nothing can be said clearly when you speak broken english.I left more stressed out then I was when I came in.Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. The people around me while I was there were having a hard time with the girls as well.
Today, I decided to get my nails done for an upcoming wedding. I saw a $42 groupon for shellac manicure and pedi at Serenity Nails and Spa and decided to buy it. I called on my lunch break to set an appointment and reserved an appointment through groupons online reservation system.I showed up at my appointment time. There was a white customer in front of me with her kid using the same coupon. The staff (presumably the owner or manager) situated the white customer and her daughter in a chair with no further questions. Being that I was next, I mentioned that I have the same groupon as the previous customer. The same staff asks to see my coupon and enters my coupon to redeem it; then asks me to pick a color. I start to explain that I had a picture of the color I wanted. It was a mauve color on an acrylic nail. She explains that itll be an extra $30, on top my $42 groupon, to get these nails. Knowing $72 is an inflated price for a set of nails, I decline the service and ask to refund my groupon/money.The staff tries to explain that I need to call groupon to receive a refund. While Im explaining to her that I cannot cancel an already redeemed groupon, another white customer starts to check out and I notice that AFTER they have received the service she redeemed thier groupon.I brought to her attention that she redeemed my coupon before I received any services, and I was the only person in the shop she asked to see the groupon. I asked why did she redeem my coupon as soon as I walked through the door. She said it was because they had scheduled an appointment. I countered with the fact that I also had an appointment that I reserved through both options. And, she didnt even get my name before asking for my groupon. She wouldnt know if I had an appointment or not.She continues to insist I need to call groupon to receive a refund. I asked her to use the app she used to redeem my coupon to re-issue it, so I could indeed cancel it. She refused. As Im trying to figure out how to get a refund, another white customer walks in and she stops helping me to start helping that customer. I state that Im not okay being put aside, as I have been there for 23 minutes trying to get my refund. The staff continue to help the customer and did not even ask for her groupon, let alone redeem it.I brought it to the staff attention again. Why did you treat me so differently than all the other customers. The customers getting thier nails done are speaking up saying they did not treat them this way. The customer that just walked in is going to sit in a chair without her groupon being redeemed or any hassle. At this point, its obvious Im being discriminated against. Im angry and loud about getting my refund now. The lady starts to shush (shhhh!) me. I warn her against shushing me, and address the evident racism. She finally offers my refund in cash, and I jerked the money out her hand. She replied, ahh calm down, as I walked out the shop.
I went there using a Groupon and they were very professional and did not cheap me out of anything.I know use them as my main nail salon. Very very happy!
The staff was nice and good service but my shellac manicure already has a chip and there are bubbles- very disappointed. A decent shellac mani usually lasts 2 weeks, I got mine Sat AM.
Wouldnt reccomend, Used a groupon for a shellac mani and regular pedi. Not worth the discount. It wasnt horrible but it wasnt good enough to recommend. The gentleman who did my nails did not come off as friendly. His nails were long enough to be sharp and uncomfortable on my feet. There was no scrubbing during the pedicure and an awkward leg massage. Toe nails were not cut or filed straight and uneven polish. Polish left on my fingers and areas where you can see through the polish. Honestly with all of the salons in Austin all relatively the same price I would try somewhere else.
Dont go here. Dont use a Groupon. They will stick you with inexperienced children who will put acetone on your legs instead of cream and constantly ask the older ladies what to do next. They left nail polish under both my mani and pedi and tried to say they were stained. I go to gorgeous nails off Brodie on the reg and have NEVER had a problem with alleged stained nails. Also, Serenity Nails, FYI-red smeared nail polish on the skin that wasnt there when I came in-that was done in the process of removing my regular (not shellac) nail polish and not thoroughly removed. Its offensive when you tell me my skins just stained.
I walked it with no greeting and no one asked if i had an appointment or what i was wanting. had an apointment at 5:30 and they had me sitting in the pedi chair for 45 mintes. i purchased a groupon for a shellac mani pedi and dont do it! they rushed everything and it ended up coming out horrible i get they were some what busy but they spent no more than 10 mintues on my pedi and 15 for my mani. the lady who did my pedi was very nice but the rest of the workers all seemed to be in a bad mood and not friendly at all. i will not be reutrning
I bought a groupon and will never do this again. The service was horrible and they charged me $10 more just to take the polish off. She cut one of my real nails when I told her specifically not to. They were rude and wouldnt even answer any of my questions. I am extremely unhappy. I would even give them 1 star .
I hate making bad reviews, but in this case, I do want to help people from not wasting money. I used a Groupon for shellac mani and pedi. I added on the deluxe to my pedi. They rushed through and at one point, the lady put the Towels that had been wrapped around my legs INTO the water my feet were soaking in, and just left them there. Then began washing the callus tools in that water too. Very unsanitary. It wasnt like I didnt put my feet back in there, she told me to. I was honestly really grossed outNext, I moved to my mani. She asked if the color I picked was alright. I noticed it was glittery, unlike in the photo. When I said is that the I sea blue color? She snapped, its the one you told me!I knew they were busy, so I just said, yes, thats fine. I just didnt know it was glittery. I honestly would have chose a different color, had I felt comfortable and not like I was putting them out. Also very rushed. Absolutely no massage. Just rubbed lotion on my arms. All the way from making my appointment, to walking in, and during my appointment, the staff was overall rude and not welcoming.Im not the kind of person to complain. I even added on $50 of additional services (deluxe pedi and waxing). So I could have been a good customer. Still tipped them. But will never go back.
Rude unpleasant customer service. Had to paint one of my nails four times because the guy cut me in two places it was bleeding all over the polish. Their was also a hair or fuzz of some sort in my polish and the man just kept telling me no and painting over it. Pushed deluxe on my mom and I and when we didnt get it, they rushed through everything and did a poor job. Dont care for their customers experience at all. Terrible customer service. Probably the worst mani pedi Ive ever had.
Love this place!!!!! Staff is great and price are reasonable.
Went in for a mani pedi and the manicure was horrible. Polish was everywhere drenched over left cuticle. When management was approached she said it looked fine to her and did nothing else to resolve the problem. I dont mind a few hiccups here or there, but this was a disaster. Also, this was a second attempt. Not worth the price.
The woman who did my nails was very nice and she did a good job. So my three stars are not about the quality of service. Its more that the environment was really awkward. There was no music, no one was talking, and I couldnt relax.
It was a nice experience as far as my nails looking great and getting in fast, until I noticed they charged my card $5 extra dollars... on top of the $10 tip I left... not a shocker because I went in there a year ago and this happened and I told myself never again. But I somehow convinced myself that it only happened once and I really needed it done fast so I went again. Well looky looky they did it again...make sure you use cash in this place!!! Ijs they think they are slick an noone checks their bank transaction and that no one will notice just an extra 5. Well I did both times!!! Lesson learned
I had a groupon here that I received as a gift and almost didnt go because of how bad the reviews were. I was pleasantly surprised. My shallac mani and pedi came out beautiful. The workers were fine- I didnt feel like I was at a spa- but they didnt keep me waiting long and the woman who did my nails was friendly. I am also from NY where no nail salons are English speaking. If you want to feel like youre at a spa this isnt the place for you but if you want good deal- this mani/pedi offer is the way to go.
This nail salon is so nice and relaxing! The mean views are terrible because the effort and time that the ladies put in is worth it:) thank you serenity nails!!
The skill of the staff is very variable. I have had some great technicians and some that rushed through manicures and pedicures with sloppy work.
This was my second time coming to this place. I usually dont write reviews, but wanted to be sure I wrote one now. I got my nails done in a french manicure (shellac) for my wedding on the 26th. I went in two days before to get them done, knowing that the shellac would last long enough I didnt have to worry about chipping for the wedding! Well, whoever did mine, messed them up badly. The night before my wedding, a piece of the shellac peeled completely off on my left thumb, and the two nails beside it were chipping already. I had to go back ON MY WEDDING DAY!!! to get them to redo the nails because they HAD to look good seeing as that was my ring hand especially. They redid them no problem and I ran out as soon as they were done since I had not put going to get my nails redone into the schedule on the morning of my wedding. After day 4, multiple nails were chipped (2 lost complete corners), and after day 6 two of the shellac nails were completely gone on my toenails. I have NOT done anything crazy or out of the ordinary, so there is no reason why this should have happened after less than a week - except that the lady who did mine didnt do them correctly. I am going back tomorrow to try to get a refund, but I am not sure they will understand what I am asking for anyhow. I dont know the name of the lady, but she had a short bob haircut. On the other hand, all the other girls had no problems with theirs! So just be sure not to get this lady.OH, and the prices changed - the groupon online that I had seen was for a shellac mani/pedi for $35 - they charged an additional $15 for the shellac pedi!!!
I second the last commentator about the owners or managers (or whatever she is)stinky attitude. Enough said. But, I wish Id read the comments before making my Crowdsavers bargain buy. Long story short, I am a die hard shellac user and very loyal to the service. The main benefit is the longevity of the polish, and so you better believe I was SADLY disappointed when I noticed the edges of my nails looking haggard and white as if theyd been painted a week ago after only TWO days. Also, attached to the bargain was a pedi, I thought how much more awesome can this deal get, and besides a pedi can never be ruined, right? WRONG, the tech scrubbed the tender parts of my foot (even the tops, which have never touched a floor!) and ignored the more calloused parts EVEN AFTER I POINTED THEM OUT. The tech was inattentive, the head person was rude, and they have not truly grasped the concept of Texas style customer service with southern hopitality. Or, have we customers set the standard by allowing crappy customer service to continue. Hhhmmm. Oh well, I WONT go back. :)
This place is inexpensive and they do an average job.
Friendly staff and speedy service!
Awful experience. The will up charge you for anything they can. I had an appointment and still ended up waiting for well over an hour. They purposefully made me pay in the beginnning so I couldn’t leave.
Ive had my gel shellac manicure for 5 days, and two nails have already chipped. Ive never had a gel shellac manicure chip or peel so quickly.. Sad and annoyed that I wasted my money.
Great massage and mani
I always request Dianna. Ive been going here for my pedicures and eyebrow waxing for about 12 years.
