I love coming here for the waxing. They do it quickly and efficiently. Very clean, professional, and friendly people!

Good and clean. Nice customer service. Had relaxing music for about half the time and nothing after. TV had no subtitles. Otherwise, nails are done to perfection and looking fab.

I went in for my lunch break. Kim was very polite and was able to wax my eyebrows and do a gell manicure within my limited timeframe. She did a good job in only 30 min.

I love the relaxed, yet professional atmosphere. The technicians are pleasant and seem to stay. Less turnover means good managent to me. I only go to this salon for all my nail needs now.

Rarely a long wait for pedicures or manicures. They do a great job when i request special designs.

I love this place. The ladies always spend time and are very detailed when getting a pedicure and/or manicure done. They have a great selection of colors. If you are looking for an extremely fancy place this may not be your salon but if you are looking for a good, quick, friendly and clean salon this is a great choice. They are always willing to accommodate walk ins even when you have a group. Last time we showed up with 3 girls and they got us into chairs next to each other and took time to make sure we were all happy and relaxed.

Terrible service. After starting on my nails another customer came in so the person working on my nails mid-way just stops and starts on this other persons feet. A new person comes over and takes a few phone calls and its busy, it is 9:30 a.m. There are a few other employees but they are eating breakfast so the one person doing my nails has to stop and answer the phone each time it rings. It takes a bit but she pulls out new tools to start working on my nails but they arent out of the bag like the last set from the last person and the new tools are not sealed and have dust on them from someone elses nails. I felt a bit queezy and she insisted they were clean so I felt I had two choices, take a chance they have been used or just leave. I left. Sanitary conditions are key and I get being busy but it did not even seem like they were trying.

Nice peopls great service

It was my first time here. I had a pedicure and start to finish was 20 minutes. The technician drew blood as he cut my nails and cuticles. The massage lasted 2 minutes total...for both legs. I’m sure one can find a better quality pedicure in Austin.

I got a gel pedicure today (with gel already on my toes) and it only cost me $45! This included removing the gel I had on, a great selection of gel colors, callous removal, a sugar scrub, and wax treatment! My technician was sweet and did an awesome job! This will be my new regular nail place!Update: Almost a year later Im still a big fan. Gel stays in forever. Maybe it depends on the person, but sometimes when I go and get a basic gel pedi they give me the sugar scrub and wax, and sometimes they dont. Either way I still love this place.

Fast and walking ins welcomed

I do like my nails but I had a pedicure, the remote to the massage chair stuck to my shirt and stained it. They apologized but didnt offer any help or discounts for ruining my brand new shirt. Just irritated.

Super Star Nails staff always does a great job on my gel manicures! I dont know what they do differently but a gel manicure from Super Star Nails lasts longer than from any other salon or spa.

I had a very nice man do my nails here and he actually gave me a massage on my arms after. Decent prices, pretty space, Ill be back!

My kids and I always go here for manicures and pedicures and waxing. Even my son likes getting pedicures! They have great service.

Went into this salon the day before Christmas because it was open unlike some others.1) The person that did my nails was using dirty gloves. The latex gloves were ALREADY used and yellowed when he took my hands to work.2) A SINGLE paper towel was used to do my nails. No blue towel. Cold formica and a single paper towel that got dirty and was still used to wipe my nails. I could continue, but I give Superstar nails one star because it was at least quick.

Atmosphere was sweet, customer service was outstanding & my nails and eyebrows were done exactly as i wanted and without rushing.

I have been coming to this salon for about a year. ..I LOVE it. They do a GREAT job! Massages are to die for and they do a great job on my nails.

Customer service was not professional or friendly. The place was dirty, which made me nervous about the tools they were using for my manicure. I was told to wash my hands at the sink, which was really dirty, grungy and fixture was separating from the wall. The quality was low. I wont be back! There are far superior manicure / pedicure services in this area, at the same price point. Dont waste your time.

I agree with Mary B. My first and last time. Dirty. Small selection of colors. Manager kept telling me prices for what I wanted. OK. Discovered I had gel polish on my feet and the $35 pedicure immediately went up to $55, then told me I wasnt a regular customer. Regular customers were greeted with respect. Tech was good but again dirty, moldy, place..

I went to get shellac for my nails and it took a rude attendant and an equally rude owner 2 hrs to get it done. They seemed more angry that I graced their establishment, I say graced because you can find 10 salons or more within a mile radius in any direction but I chose THEM since my regular shop I go to was closed that day. The girl who first sat with me was having difficulty removing the old shellac and got fed up, left me to do another customers feet without informing me while I sat waiting until someone else was free. That someone was the owner, she then explained that I should have told them there were some nails with powder (just to fix broken, split nails) and that it was a bad job, and very tedious and time-consuming for them to fix someone elses bad work! She brought out all the regular equipment as if she were going to do my cuticles, massage, etc..then pushed those things to the side did my nails, pushing my hands, slamming down her tools and polish then curtly instructed me to go wash up so she could do the wax. No I told her, it stops now. I told her the whole time I was there everyone was engaging in conversation with their customers, smiling, asking were they comfortable, was the pressure too much? And apologizing if the response was yes, while I was only spoken to so as to express their displeasure at having to do what was needed to achieve the results I wanted, that I was aware she shorted me on the full service of soaking then cutting my cuticles, shaping the nail, some nails were square, one was spatulated, another oval but I was done, I was ready to go. Now, it just so happened I was the only person of color so maybe that was it, I dont really know, but I pointed out to her that was the only difference I saw, that my money and my credit card was the same as the other ladies but yet this was the reception I got. She acted as if she half way understood what I said, charged me $55, I paid it, told her it wasnt worth it but thank you and I left.

Friendly, reasonably priced, and Im always seen within about 10 minutes despite always doing walk-in appointments. Ive only had basic pedis and brow waxings here so cant comment on other services, but the ones Ive had have been solid and consistent.

Had been rhere for about 4 yrs now & Kim “ one of the best ones “ did my SNS one fell on the 3 day and after a week and a half they were all loose! Very bad

I came here to get a shellac manicure and an eyebrow wax before SXSW. I bartend downtown and my nail polish lasted through all of SX with only one chip. The eyebrow wax was quick and looks good. I did not have to wait at all and the technicians were friendly.

Pretty typical nail salon, but theyre friendly and usually can fit you in right away. Also do eyebrow waxing.
