The guy is just super duper rude. I called earlier to see if they do walk ins or appointments, was told by the guy they do both and so I said great I will come in shortly. Went there and the guy was sooooo rude. He said they were booked and I asked okay when do you guys have time I just want French tips acrylic nails and he said nope no time today. Didnt even try to set me up an appointment. I would give ZERO stars! Highly DO NOT recommend!! Save your money and spend it at nail salon with great customer services.

I love all the nail techs! Their nice and really good at their job! Only thing to complain about is there scheduling they forgot my girlfriends appointment but it was easy to get another one the next day.

Most nail shops will let you know if being late impacts the services you can receive. Showed up a bit late (called and was told it was okay), and was told that only one of my services could be completed. Would have appreciated being told this information over the phone when I called so that I could have just rescheduled. Manager or the gentleman working the front was very condescending in his tone as well.

Terrible went Wednesday with a friend to get mani and pedis done, I honestly couldve done a better job than they did, they used a NAIL FILER to scrape my friends and my calluses off our feet which didnt really do much... I got dip it nails done and my friend did acrylic neither of our nails were not smooth and had bumps on it. With the dip it they got the powder and polish used stuck on my skin so I had to peal it off of my skin and under my nail bed. Plus I have the first coat that they used to seal the dip it nails coming off not even 4 days after getting my nails done... the price was 80 for all of it. Definitely would recommend going anywhere else

2 years ago when I went to get my nails done here for my 16th birthday I wanted red and gold cause it was my theme color, I wanted lil sunflowers on them, when they were cutting my cuticles n stuff they were literally going so ruff my fingers were bleeding even when I asked them to stop multiple times cus it was hurting but they kept doing it, awful service! They made me pay extra just to add sunflowers and they didn’t even look good! Some of them were uneven and they came off terribly too. Wouldn’t recommend especially charging just for a lil design they didn’t even try hard on 😵

Salon is updated and clean. It was easy to get in for an appointment. However I have never spent $70 to get my nails done. I dont know how they came up with that price. I did get my cuticles cut three times by the technician doing my nails. And that hurt quite a bit. Upon going home I see that my brand new set of nails are rather thick and wavy. So Im not sure if I will go back there again.

The owner was extremely rude to my wedding party. Kicked a 2 year old out of his salon! Will NEVER go there again. Absolutely nothing good to say. Wish I could give 0 stars. He owner was yelling at someone in my group of 8 people because she couldnt understand him with a mask on. 100%worst experience of my life! DO NOT GO HERE!!

Never go here again got kicked out because I couldnt wear my mask above my nose because of medical reason. Guy was rude and yelling. Will gladly give my money else where that can handle things professional

I have gotten my nails done here for many many years, and Cathy is wonderful. The service is great, and I like how friendly everyone is.

I took my 10 year old granddaughter in with me for a before school treat. Her pedicure lasted 15 minutes at the most and mine was maybe 20 minutes. I was very disappointed in the experience, I seriously think the calluses on my heels are worse than when I went in. I voiced my concern but was told that was not part of a pedicure, oh really?Then they questioned my granddaughter’s age like I was trying to get away with paying less. Won’t be returning.

I literally just left this place. I instantly came home and took photos of the “amazing job” other reviewers claim to have had at that nail salon. I paid 28.00 for something my 5 year old could have done better. No massage was given. No treatment was given. My feet were definitely not taken care of to say the least. I will never bring my feet to that place again. If this is the work they put into their feet I can only imagine how my nails would’ve looked if I had allowed them to touch my hands. No thank you!

It’s pretty and nice inside, but the owner is super rude. I asked for rounded tips and dipping powder. All of my tips are crooked and my nails look like they’ve been on for two weeks... it’s been three days. She also went to put cuticle oil on before my nails were dry, resulting in having to redo an entire hand. They are so hideous I can’t wait to take them off. I paid $50. I regret not saying something but the owner was rude to my friend right off the bat, I didn’t want to get yelled at too. I’ll stick to my normal nail place.

I love going here! I have never been turned away. If I call and ask they always fit me in within 10 minutes and LA always does a fantastic job on my nails.

Worst Nail salon ever. I made an appointment was early, still had to wait. The staff is rude the nail tech threatened to break my finger if I didnt bend it. She rush through my nail fillOverall customer are made to feel like they are cattle and the more the salon can get done in a day, the more money they make. If you want great looking nails and customer service go to Top Ten Nails.

They are good at what they do but they are not nice. Anytime I go, my friend says make sure they arent mean to you. I think thats very telling about a company. Im trying other places now.

A friend and I walked in for manicures and a full acrylic set; they ushered us right in and took care of us! BEST SALON EVER! So accommodating and were very grateful; although were the grateful ones. Very appreciative of them working us in as walk ins!

My daughter frequently gets her nails done, and loves the services here. Artistic technicians, and good value keep her going back.

This location is no longer LA NAILS. It is ROSE LE NAILS & has been for 2 about yrs. Always friendly service and great results with Rose Le. LA Nails moved & I would NOT consider going there over ROSE LE.

So rude it was honestly shocking. Terrible customer service. The gentleman yelled at me even though I had an appointment because he could answer my questions about their services. Then, despite having an appointment I was 15 minutes early to, he told me to leave. An absolute joke of a place that employees lacks communication skills and the ability to answer simple questions regarding their own business & services provided. They deserve zero stars.

They are amazing. Not only did I forget to call and tell them I had another person joining. They stayed open late, did the other persons nails, and we were all 25 mins late. Super awesome and amazing!

If you would like uneven, snaggy, of different length nails, this place is for you!! Couldnt communicate basics in English so I didnt bother leaving a complaint or asking for a discount. Never again!!!

So conflicted about this place. I love the nail techs and they do a fantastic job. But the guy (owner?) is SO RUDE. You have to make an appt to get in to this place. He is very rude in person and on the phone. I literally hate calling to make an appt because I dont know if its going to be a good day or a bad day. Its so hard cuz the nail techs are really great and do a great job but I hate calling to make my appts! I may check out other salons in the area.

I went here today while visiting Austin,MN and I only needed one of my gel nails replaced and THE MANAGER(a very rude man) asked me if I had a appointment, when I told him I apologize but I did not have an appointment he responded well then I dont have time for you then he waved me out of the door! There were only two people getting their nails done in the entire place! This place has the worst customer service I have ever received and I will be making a few complaints to the city on this store. This town is full of very nice people and this nail salon does not deserve to be placed in this town! If I could rate this business with zero stars, I would!

I just came from that place. The two men in the front desk were rude.They didnt understand any of the services I was asking for, when I asked what kind of nails they could do, the man rolled his eyes, took a sample and yelling at me said: This is all we do with white tip. I will look for another place. Costumer service is a nightmare here. Its a disgrace I cant grade them with zero stars.
