Today I had a deluxe pedicure and a full set. Thanks Danny for the relaxing pedicure experience.My nails look awesome too!

My girlfriend was getting her nails done today 08/22/2021 by a person by the name of Danny and when it came time to pay she attempted to pay with American Express but apparently they dont accept American Express (which is somewhat strange to me but okay). So they suggest CashApp and Im walking my girlfriend through via Zoom on how to set up everything and Danny decided that it was at this point in time that he could raise his voice at her, demand that she set her phone down and go to a gas station and get cash. Overall this is absolutely unacceptable and I do wonder if he wouldve reacted this way if it was a different ethnicity he was talking to?

They are very welcoming and always make time for me. I appreciate that no matter how busy they are they still take their time to provide excellent service. Tu and Ivy are great employees!!! Ivy always remembers my nail color, even from days, or weeks before. It’s amazing that she remembers little things like that about her customers. Shopped around the area to where to get a pedicure and Glitter Nails in the best for the Service and price. Been going here since they opened and continue even after switch of ownership. :)

I had a pedi done and did not get my nails cleaned well. He didnt even trim after me asking a looot of tines and to top it of he spoke abbout it with his coworkers in their language as if I wouldnt kbow they were all three talking about me complainibg he wasnt cleaning them well. Horriboe experience please dont go there. Gi to the one on Capital Plaza they do very good pedis I just happened to be arpund the area and thats why I went there. Horriboe place very pretty but horr8ble job they do.

I went today to Glitter nails to get a pedi and full set, there was a long wait to be seen, but I didnt mind the wait because they are always sweet and professional. They assisted everyone who was patiently waiting and even though they were busy they took their time with each client. I was the last client of the day and I am very pleased with their kindness, patience, professionalism, and work! My nails look so great! I support Glitter nails 100%. I love this place but the guys who work there don’t do very well with nails and cut my skin a lot I went there today 8/1/21 and the guy took a chunk of my skin off acknowledged it and kept filing over the place he had already messed up making it worseUsually i have a wonderful experience with them the wife does such a good job on my nails just didn’t have a good time

IVY is the nail artist to go to. No one in Austin has done my nails correctly since I’ve been loving here, and that was 2017. She is very talented and good with the modern and trendy nail sets, shapes, and styles. I let her pick my color when I come lol.

So the service was Good with the lady that did my feet. the lady that did my nails was nice but my nail are uneven like VERY uneven. I would go back for Too(i think thats her name) but the lady that did my nail wont be doing nails again.

New management started today and they are so wonderful!! The new owner was extremely friendly and proud of all the new changes theyre doing. Theyre completing renovating the place, and he showed me the new spa chairs theyve ordered. Even though I only received the basic package today, he really took the time to take care of me. Super great service and its a great deal cost wise. If recommend this place! Also, its NOT located inside Walmart... Idk why Google says that, but its nearby (between Little Caesars and Subway). Cant wait for all the new changes!

DO NOT GO HERE. when i walked in nobody greeeted me, it took them about an hour to notice me. The lady that did my nails mentioned that she had 13 years of experience but that didnt show on the nails. She left my nails clumpy, uneven, and sticky. When she was done she just said thank you and told me to go to the front to pay. She didnt even ask me if i liked them and the person at the front was her son HER 10 YEAR OLD SON. I paid $45 for something not well done.

Dont know the mans name but he did a great job! He is very proud of his coffin nails and his work shows it. Highly satisfied willbe coming back!!

Do Not Come Here For Eyelash Work. Walked out very unsatisfied. I specifically told her how I wanted them before I sat in the chair & she informed me that she could do them exactly how I wanted them. Smh the EYELASHES were put DIRECTLY on my eyelid & were very uneven & not full at all, when I got up to look in the mirror I explained to her that she did not do them at all how i wanted them & she got upset & just told me they were fine. Service here sucks, I was going to get my nails & toes done also but after I seen the eyelash work. They were not worth my money at all!! 😤

Nails and pedicure were satisfactory. After the pedicure and halfway into getting my nails done, I was asked if I would be paying in cash. I replied, no with a debit card. I was then informed that the machine was not working to take card payments. I suggested I could pay with a check. They said no to the check. Saying that taking a check would be illegal??? Then the owner suggests that she would take a picture of my card & when the system comes up she would process the payment. I explained the risks involved which I was not at all willing to do. I couldnt believe she suggested that! I would never take a pic of a customers card. other options were to go to a ATM near by which I would be incurring additional fees. Or go to Walmart & buy a gift card in the amount of services. I was the first customer of the day, no sign was on the door stating cash only. After I explained this was having to do way too much for no fault of my own. Finally, the owner agreed to take my check. She grabbed her keys went straight to my bank to cash my check. Still didnt put a sign on the door stating cash only. There is no way Ill do business with this place again.

Today was my first time going here, when I first arrived I had to wait about 15 mins which was fine because it have me time to pick a color they had many to choose from (we know thats the hardest decision to make at a salon lol) and of course it was a Saturday so the wait was expected. Once he started it took about 20 mins to do my fill, the nail tech was very good, shaped them how I asked, I was very pleased! They also had snacks and soft drinks available! Ill be back again for a new full set and pedicure!!!

Never coming here again. I really believe these people are not licensed my pedicure was done nice but the shape and polish on my toes are horrible. I told him I like my shape Square Square my toes are uneven the Gel polish looks clumpy. I have polish under my big toe. The shape is Oval smfh never ever will they get any more of my money or time

Ive been going there for eight years now, love the work they do. If you dont like the job that was done the owner tries to make sure you leave a happy customer.

I was kind of iffy about this places at first, but I fell all the way in love, especially on HOLLY whom goes to actual work on my feet!! She does a great job each and every time!!!

I just paid way too much for the most crooked, globby and quite frankly, the ugliest nails that I have ever received. She copped an attitude when I kept telling her the nails were crooked (and they still are). She also upcharged me for gel polish. She picked out the colors to match a photo I brought in and didnt tell me it was $15 extra for a lousy paint job on top of lousy nails. I used to love this place, but the new girl (pregnant) is truly terrible. I tried to call to talk to the manager, only to be hung up on . I will not be going back and I highly recommend you avoid this place.

Went there about 5 times. Ann is the oldest lady in the shop. Dont let her work on you. Shes entirely too rough and made me bleed everytime she worked on me. She didnt get the hint when I pulled away due to her roughness. One nail tech saw a spot open in front of the nail salon and left during my pedicure to run out and move her car into the open spot. Gloves used on more than one client. Same thing with the tools. Never again! They wontt see my business!!!

Rude, gets smart with customers when they ask for specific services, half job done, not attentive to customers & if they are hurting the customer or not, not sanitary they didnt even have bacterial wipes or cleaner to clean stations between customers.
