I called ahead to schedule an appointment and spoke to Ms. Lin who advised that I didn’t need one. There was no wait when I arrived but I was rushed to select a color and sit at the pedicure station. I was seated in back near the restroom along with two (2) other guests with three (3) technicians servicing them. Two (2) more technicians approached me to handle my mani/ pedi but I asked if I could receive services separately because, although we were all wearing masks, there were eight (8) people in a confined space. (They did not skip stations as I’ve seen at other salons observing COVID-19 guidelines.) The manicurist obliged, begrudgingly. I won’t assume she was speaking badly of me in her native language but soon all eyes were on me. The pedicurist, Ms. Kim, asked if I’d like the deluxe pedicure to which I declined and requested the regular. I explained that I had a massage scheduled shortly after. More chatter and all eyes on me again. Towards the end of my service I was asked once more what color I preferred for my manicure. At that time, I declined the service because I was upset, uncomfortable and ready to leave. Again, you guessed it, more chatter and all eyes on me. As I sat waiting for the polish to dry, another tech approached asking why I no longer wanted the manicure. I replied, “Thank you but I’ve changed my mind.” She said something else I didn’t understand and everyone laughed. Holding back tears of frustration, I gathered my shoes and approached the register. Ms. Kim processed my transaction, I thanked her for her service and (although I didn’t want to) tipped. I traveled over an hour as this salon came highly recommended but this was by far my worst experience. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

I got eyelash extensions 4 days ago, it seems like I might have 5 extensions on each eye now, just 4 days later. This is the second time I’ve used this place to get extensions. The first time I couldn’t have been happier. This time I’m disgusted.

Kayla did an excellent job! Even though the wait was a bit longer than expected they treated me well. It was a Saturday the wait was to be expected, but they handled it well. Now I feel like a girl all over again thanks to Kayla!

Lady named Lien yelled at me and was rude after and before I asked her to drain the water that was piping hot... to the owner, if you want to improve your rating, she needs to be reprimanded and told not to yell at and treat customers badly. Most unprofessional demeaned Ive ever seen at a nail salon.These are independent contractors (nail techs) that work here so Id definitely give anyone else here a try for their service except Lien. Michelle, however, did a very good job and my mom was pleased with her manicure. I ended up going next door to juice land and chattin up with the dude behind the counter about Istanbul and the power of chia seeds. But I will be seeing a doctor about my feet as they are very much tingling from the burn.

Christie did my full set and she did an amazing job! My pedicure was awesome too. Ive been getting acrylic nails for almost 13 years and this was by far the best set Ive ever gotten! This salon is very clean, very comfortable, and very professional. The wait was a little longer than expected but it was absolutely worth it and they apologized profusely for the extended wait. They made us feel very comfortable and welcome. Would absolutely go back!

I’ve been going to this place for over a year now and they are so consistent with the service and the level of care they give. They pay special attention to detail to make sure your nails look nice for weeks to come. Bad places won’t fully paint the nail or leave skin near cuticles when it could have been removed. I never have to worry about that when I come here because they always double check their work. Highly recommend!

I think this is what people call love at first sight. I am in love with this place already. I came to Austin to visit an old friend for the weekend and we went here for a girls day. What a place ! Staff is very friendly and nice, everyone is having a welcoming attitude and that makes me feel very comfortable being here. Technicians are very skillful and up to date with new trends. Tracy was the one who took care of me today. She took her time to make sure everything is right as my annoying request. They use good quality products and beautiful colors. My nails now look fantastic with perfect shape and length. The place is clean and well organized. They sterilize the equipment and follow sanitation procedures strictly. For such a quality of service, their price is actually very affordable. I would recommend this place to anyone who lives in the area !!!

Every technician does an impeccable job and they have great groupon rates. It does get busy in the evenings, so you may have to make an appointment. The environment is typical to a salon, but clean. They have massage chairs that are very relaxing.

Finally had a chance to try this place out as my friends have been telling me about it forever. They did not fail me, it is really great. Staff is very friendly and nice. I love how they have cute little nail chairs so my niece could have fun while waiting for me. The technician who did my nails did a remarkable job, she took her time to make sure everything is great. Good quality products and beautiful colors. Price is actually very reasonable. Clean and organized place with sanitation procedures strictly followed. Will definitely come back and you really should try this place if you are looking for a decent one to have your nails done.

I have tried several salons and this one is the best! I get seen in a timely manner, the materials used are always new and clean. I get a french SNS and Tiny does the best job ever! My manicure usually goes for 4 weeks. It has never lifted, cracked or peeled. I highly recommend this business.

Their polish selection is one of the best Ive ever seen! Super impressed. 💅They even had my favorite silver topped long lasting OPI in an extensive array of shades. They have multiple walls of colors. If you like looking for just the right color this is the place for you.My sister got a gel manicure and they also had a ton of options.Our manicures were great and included an wonderful hand massage. Overall this was a great experience.

Fast and friendly service. I feel as if this place has more options when it comes to designs on color w sns nails. The dilemma of doing nails here is that they use tools from box that its obvious thet were sterilized properly. For example the drills come out of box full of dust. The staff visibly lies to you claiming that tools were sterilized properly.

So I did not have a good experience like everyone else did. First of all I wanted fake nails on top of my real nails because my real nails are pretty short right now. She didn’t listen. She just totally ignored what I asked for and didn’t put them on. Then I felt completely rushed to pick a color. while she was doing my nails I told her I wanted Matte nails and she tried to advise me against it. Again ignored what I wanted. I don’t care if you don’t like the look these are my nails and that’s how I want them. Then I was switched to another lady who was going to do a design on my nails. I had to repeat 5 times which nails I wanted a design on. It was only two. Then she put a glossy coat over them AFTER I said I wanted matte nails multiple times so I just said forget the design. We definitely won’t be back which is disappointing because we wanted to like this place.

I was looking to attempt lash extensions again after a poor and overpriced Mink session in Dallas. This salon popped up and the reviews were consistent. MICHELLE IS AMAZING. My partner noticed immediately. I was also impressed by the insane range of dipping powders, art and designs for manicures and pedicures. I booked my fills that day. Will be back for nail service.

They fit me in late on a Sunday. I got their basic pedicure which felt like the deluxe you get at other places. My nail tech paid extra attention to detail and gave me really great customer service. I have found my new go-to nail spa!

Ive gone three times to get my nails done here. The first was perfect, the second was okay and today was absolutely phenomenal. Go to Kayla. She is super friendly, detailed and is fun to talk to. She did an amazing job with my nails and I will be going back to her. She knows not only what to and is very precise but how to do everything perfectly from customer service to the actual nail service as well. She told me she was a hairstylist before she went to do nails so she 4eally has a vast supply of knowledge about beauty and nail care. She is also very gentle and has deft fingers to the point where she is a natural with her work. If I could go higher with stars for her I would. Shes got a new client in me and I will be going back to see her for my nails.

New to the area and wanted to not only get myself a pedicure, but my little princess one too. Googled kid pedicures with kid chair, so tried this place. Ended up taking my husband too as I felt we all deserved a relaxing pedicure after the move. Had to wait, but the wait was worth it. They took their time on all of us and we all left relaxed. Products used felt and smelled wonderful. Didnt have to ask to do this or that, as they knew what they were doing. Will definitely be back!

After being turned away for a pedi for the third time due to a very long wait, I won’t be coming back.Each time the place was near empty, with most chairs open - they are just consistently understaffed. It’s really too bad - it may be time for owners to reassess their business model.

They do a consistent great job on my nails . My gel manicures never peel and always last about two weeks . They have a big selection of colors that I always get compliments on .

I’ve lived in great hills my whole life and just tried this salon 2 weeks ago. I’m already back because it’s the best service! Very relaxing, and every manicure includes a neck massage!

Normally I have nothing but good things to say about this place but today I came in and the girl was super rude, cut my nails and barely filed them she didn’t smooth anything out. The polish is uneven and she didn’t cover the whole nail. It was not worth it. I doubt I’ll coming back.

I happen to see that they have a special for SNS nail service. I gave them a try and I was not disappointed. The girl who worked on me took her sweet time and has eye for details and the results really show. I’m very happy with my new set of SNS nails.

Walked in for a pedicure, put my name on the list like they asked, picked out my color and sat down waiting my turn. Watched as they took people who arrived later back so cancelled the massage I had scheduled for next night and told them to forget the pedicure.They should let you know up front if they dont want to wait on you rather then wasting your time. I sat there for 25-minutes just to be passed over and they werent that busy.

I gave this establishment 1-star because the owner/manager failed to honor the 20% discount that is on their site. When I mentioned it during check-out she said the coupon is no longer on the website. I politely showed her that the 20% discount was posted in 3 different places on the site. She then told me it was only for the month of March, even though the coupon does not mention a specific month or expiration date. Her final excuse was that she does not manage the website. I was the ONLY customer there and was appalled that she would not honor the discount; its an animated border on their homepage, cmon now! It wasnt even about money but her blatant lies and false advertisement that angered me. I will NOT be returning, if that wasnt already evident :)

The massage itself was amazing if you get Lucy. However, the spa has serious systems and polucy issue when it comes to scheduling. Eventhough I had made an appointment days ago, I still had to wait a long time because the client before me decided to extend her massage for another hour. So, my one hour appointment ended up taking two hours. During the wait the staff were trying very hard to keep me entertained, but I sensed lots of uncertainty. At one point another staff was to take over for the massage therapist, but that would have been disastrous since she doesnt do reflexology. If that had happened, this would have become a one star review. Verdict? Still make sure to book an appointment and ask for Lucy!

I really cant say enough good things about this place! If I could give it ten stars, then I would! I came here originally after having a bad experience at another salon where I asked specifically for NexGen, but instead they gave me Shellac which I discovered once it started chipping two days later. I came to Glamor Day Spa, told Tracy I only wanted NexGen and explained what happened at the other salon. She listened to me, showed me their NexGen selection (they have a HUGE selection of colors) and ensured I received not only what I paid for but went above and beyond with friendliness and service. The techs are super knowledgeable and everyone makes sure you leave happy. The pricing is fair, and they have 20% off on Tuesdays. They definitely made a loyal customer out of me, this will be the only nail salon in Austin I plan on giving my money to.

I understand there is a language barrier and always will be therefore, the attitude I received upon arrival may have been just that, a language barrier, Maybe. I knew exactly what I wanted, Gel Mani-Pedi. They told me to pick a color but they dont have the Gel on display so I just picked a regular color. The gentleman who did my pedicure was AMAZing, he did not short me on any type of service. I was very pleased with the attention he paid to my feet and my facial expressions when I got ticklish😋 I would ask for him again if I went back. Eventually they offered and I picked out 3gel colors and jeez this was the disappointing part. The first one they no longer had, the 2nd one was marked wrong so they couldnt find it and the 3rd one didnt have enough in the bottle, just ridiculous! No where on the menu does it state, there will be an extra $15 charge for a Gel Pedi so I do wish they wouldve have told me before I picked a normal nail polish and they offered the gel colors. The woman who did my Manicure was very short with me and I dont feel like she gave my hands equal attention. I already do a great job of filing my own nails and keeping them at a good length but even after she asked if I wanted to keep them at that size, she continued to file and actually made them crooked, which drives me nuts! She painted over the small part of the cuticle that was left after the manicure and didnt do anything to clean up around the nail which in turn, after only a week, the Gel in the back part of my nail started to chip, because it was uneven, over the cuticle. Never letting her touch my nails again! Well, if I decided to go back, with all the nail salons for the price they charge, it seems I still have options.

Do not go here! the worst experience ive ever had!!!! everyone was so rude! I bought a facial package and everyone made me feel so uncomfortable and insecure about my face. Looking at me like I was just gross. They took a picture on their personal cellphone of me and I politely asked them to delete it since they didnt have my permission to take my picture. She basically refused. so beware random pictures taken of you, who knows!! my face could be all over google. i will waste my money spent rather than go back to that place. i also mentioned the 20% off for the nail services and she almost didnt honor what they have on their own website! please do not go here! find another place to go!! there are a million nail salons!
