I’ve been going to this place for a couple of months now, the owner Jimmy is always really nice, but not this last time! He charged me way more money for the same service! & him & his wife traded doing my nails. I asked her to reshape them she huffed & puffed & rolled her eyes at me! Super rude speaking in Vietnamese about you directly to your face! Very disgusted with them!

Love this place! I have never been disappointed with the work they do and have been coming here since they opened years ago. They have a ton of colors and options to choose from and most of the staff have all been there for a long time. My only complaint is that they do get really busy so its best to set an appointment if you are not willing to walk in and wait.

The best nails ever had done. Ive had good and one bad one at other salons but never as good as this one good job UT Great Nails.

I am very disappointed I wanna cry my nails arnt even the same shape or size. They didnt want to give me regular polish. So didnt get the color I wanted. Paid 75 just to cry at my ugly nails

We did a walk in and it took a good while to be seen. The women that did my nails did not even ask me if I wanted to do acrylic or keep my natural nails. She went straight to cutting them off and cut my Cuticle too. The polish was put on very sloppy and told me that it will come right off with soap and water. I noticed today the acrylic chipping and noticed there’s clumps under the acrylic coat. The woman who did my nails didn’t even wash her hands before working on my nails. This was my first time coming here and I will not be returning.

I went in saying I want manicure that lady didnt even mind it she just put on gel color on my nails without doing the manicure. When I told her on the first coat she didnt even care she kept putting the color on. Very disappointed. The guys work there much nicer than the ladies whenever I get service from the ladies I have problem.

I got SNS nails done here 6 days ago. $55 plus tip. They started chipping on day 3. The guy who did them filed my nails down so hard I had to tell him he was hurting me. My bare nails looked pink/red from the filing. The way he shaped the was sloppy and the top coat so cheap it cracked right away.I dont understand if he knows he is doing for the customer but he staring at the phone and watch video he dont ask me what I need and when I say that he made the wrong shape the way he responded made me very unhappy, come on I come here and I pay for you I never complain to anything even if I dont like it, but that doesnt mean he can shouted into my face like that hobrible with me NEVER COMEBACK HERE

Im very disappointed with UT BAD nails. I walked in and was greeted. They asked what I wanted done and then began to argue with one another on who is going to be doing my nails. No one wanted to do my nails. I felt really uncomfortable. They told me the lady doing someones nails would do mine in 15 mins and then began to talk to each other looking at me laughing. I waited 30 mins while 4 other nail techs were sitting around. One of them went and took a nap in the room in the back which had a full bed and pillows. I then left. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. My experience was by far the worst that Ive ever encountered.

I went in Oct 16th and paid $45 for a deluxe pedicure with gel Polish. She charged me $10 extra for gel reassuring me it would stay on for 2 weeks. Well its Sunday the 20th and polish is peeled on 2 toes and completely off on my pinky toe. I definitely dont recommend this place for the results you get.

I have been coming to this place for years! The staff is very professional and friendly! The only place that can do my eyebrows just like I like them! This place works wonders on my feet as well, so you know my nails are on point too! They are pretty awesome!! (My opinion only)

The ladies that works in this nail shop talks about all their customers. I went in to get a pedicare and they were talking about me and I am vietnamese. I called them out and they denied it. She then told me that why I do that to my people. Its not about that its about right and wrong. I do not reccomend this place to anyone. Unprofessional!

My daughters and I have been coming here for years now for nails, pedicures and brows. Tammy and UT are the best! :-)

All my nails had gaps between either the cuticle and the polish or the sides of the polish and the sides of my fingers. Also, the person doing my nails made fun of me flinching when she jammed my real nail under the artificial nail. Price was also 10 dollars more that what was listed. Perhaps this is what is found at all nail salons, but I certainly hope not.

Id been looking for 2 years for a place that could do my nails the way I loved them. I found my salon! Ut does great nails and Mary is who to see for pedicures!

This was my first and last time coming here. An older gentleman did my nails yesterday.I came in with sns on my long natural nails wanting to change to acrylic. I sat down and he immediately started cutting my nails. It happened so fast that I really didnt register what he was going until he cut off about 4 nails. I moved my hand and asked what he was going. He said my nails were uneven. I didnt even have the chance to tell him I wanted extensions on 2 of my nails that chipped.He went on to remove the sns. He grabbed a fake nail and started to pry off my sns. I moved my hand away again and asked what he was trying to do. I told him AGAIN that its sns which has to be soaked off .I went ahead and let him put extensions since he chopped off my natural nails. This was yesterday at lunch time. Less than 24 hours later, its already lifting. On top of all of this I have clumps on acrylic under my nails from the sloppy job he did.

Kim did a fabulous job on my mani/pedi. She was so detailed and efficient. Love, love, my nails. I would definitely recommend going to this shop.

I had been coming to them for years.. and it has gone up and up on prices now $20 for refills even acrylic every other place its only 12 to 15 there are so expensive now.. my daughter has done hers three times and break within a within a week so dont recommend it at all anymore..

All the time take my wife to this place she is happy

So I take my girl to this place, and as we walk in they ask what she wants she tell them, They tell us to wait a lil no problem at this point . We wait a lil then two other girls come in and they tell them to have seats In the chair where you get your nails done . It took everything in my mf power not to snap and have my girl upset and walk out cause I know she would be upset about not getting them done . The male nail tech quickly sees the mistake and tell my girl to have a seat to make it seem as if she wuz not being skipped. Then has her move to another woman cuz I guess he didnt want to do it . I will never come here again or ever allow anyone I know to come here. they are lucky I writing and not speaking my mind right now as I type this cuz I want to fuccing snap. Very disappointed in how they treated my girl .

I really do not recommend this place at all, I was a couple of days doing my pedicuri, and the person who attended to me hurt my left big toe so much that I screamed from the pain and now I have my finger with something yellow that comes from inside my nail of same toe that she hurt me, its horrible!

Yesterday I came here to make dip powder and made sure that I will never go back to this place, the way they serve customers is so GOOD, so good that I dare not come back here, the man do my nails for me was so rude and impolite, he didnt even ask what I needed, he just did what he wanted and now powder on my little finger come off, they didnt even should have a star from me.

I got my nails at this place for the first time the lady there did a good job . I went back again for the second time the guy the didn’t even ask me what shape I wanted then I told him I wanted almond shape so he started doing that shape, he made the shape so bad n the color that I wanted to show him on my phone he didn’t even want to look at .. anyways I went back next morning they charged me again to change the color . They didn’t even inform me that they were going to charge me . I would have gone to different place if I had know I had to pay for their bad job . Over all my experience was really bad there ..

5 of my fingers were cut due to aggressive usage of the regular nail file. They were horribly crooked and I waited an hour.
