I went in for a pedicure and my 3 year old niece could’ve done a better job. The massage chairs are terrible, and the pedicure was even worse. I paid $45 and it wasn’t worth $10. Oh, and they’re not friendly at all.
Jenny is Great!
I like this place and is close to my house, but a few of the techs are very rude! One of the older ladies burned my leg with a hot towel and when I complained, politely I might add, she whispered something in Vietnamise to her friend next to her and they both laughed!!!!This happened three times during my appointment. Her massage was so soft a child could do better.I almost left in the middle of my appointment.
Nice technical technician however the pedicure massage chairs possibly bought with a coupon. One option on remote and felt like a feather tickling your back..no strength!
I just walked out of Pronails and feel completely duped. I have been to this location many, many times...always for pedicures... sometimes I choose the basic pedicure when Im in a hurry, but have often chosen their spa pedicures as well. What Ive never done is use gel polish...not at this location or anywhere else, so Im not familiar with it.When I was choosing color, a girl at the front desk asked if I wanted to use gel. This was the first time I asked I dont know...whats the difference? I was told it lasts longer by her and a gentleman behind the counter.Ok. So I chose a gel color.During my visit the gel came up two more times (they couldnt find the color I had chosen) and asked me both times if thats what I wanted...I asked again whats the difference, got the same response...and the third time I asked is the only difference that it lasts longer? ...response: yes...and its shinier. These were other employees giving me this information, because though my pedicurist was very nice and did a great job, I could not understand her English. Which is not meant to be disrespectful in any way... it is what it is.When I went to the desk to pay, my $42 pedicure had jumped to $62. So I reminded my pedicurist on the menu that I chose the Special at $42. Thats when another employee told me for the first time gel is $20 more. I was shocked. I told her she had at least 3 opportunities to tell me or show me, since I had asked about it so often. Clearly I had never had gel polish...and wouldnt have chosen it had I known it was $20 extra. (Last longer?! My toenails will grow out anyway and have to be re-done...I dont get it, sorry)They didnt care at all or offer an apology or a discount. A customer actually offered to pay, which was very kind and lovely (and embarrassing), which didnt even make them think to apologize. I obviously declined the customers gracious offer, because it wasnt about $20...it was the principle that no one told me it would cost extra, and actually seem to have avoided telling me it was extra on purpose. Not until I said I wasnt coming back did they ask if I wanted a refund. No thanks...not after they argued with me in front of customer about it and said I shouldve known because gel is always more.Well, I paid the $62...but Ill never go back...which Im sure is no sweat of their back either...this gel better last a LOT longer. :)
Ive been going there for about two years… I get a fill and I get a pedicure… Everyone has been friendly they offer champagne diet coke or water .They are very good about asking you what it is you want... Cut, leave alone & so on.Ive been very pleased, obviously. And, oh my goodness, are the leg massages heavenly!
I love this place. Everyone takes exceptional care of you from start to finish!! Get your glass of champagne and prepare to be pampered!!!
I feel they are very mean to new people. Earlier i used to go there often, and once i saw how they treat new people i just couldnt go there. Its not that they will say bad or argue, but in subtle ways, be condescending. And they surely charge a lot, i dont know what for.
Ive been going here for a few years now and have built a great relationship with Amy. She goes out of her way to make me happy. Shell recommend certain colors for me if I havent matched my colors well & does a great job everytime! Ive had a few of the others do my nails when Amy wasnt available & I was happy with their service as well.
This place is an absolute scam. We are never going back.
I got my nails done with the dip powder, and it was terrible. I think my artist was color blind because I told her I wanted pink, and then pulled out PURPLES AND BLUES. When she finished I cried. The nails were very thick and see through. -40$ DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE.
Super great service and nice atmosphere.
Tsai is the best manicurist in town. Her nails designs are ridiculously awesome and she is just awesome to sit with. She makes my monthly treat that much more yummy
Worst experience ever! Ive actually been going here for a few months now but only had Dennis do my nails. However, this time one of the older women did my nails and to begin she seemed to have an attitude before I sat down. She rushed my nails. While filing my nails she cut me and didnt apologize. When I complained about the dust that was caught under the top coat she got mad and walked away to another client. When the head nail tech whom Im assuming is the manager came to look at my nails all she told me to come back in two weeks. She wasnt willing to fix the problem. I also showed her the gaps in between my filll and my nails were obviously not the same length. Again, she didnt care to fix the problem and dismissed my complaints. As much as Ive contemplated going back because Dennis is so amazing and has great customer service, Ill never return. Ive watch them treat others better but my experience was horrible to never return. I cant believe they treat customers like that. I walked away with my nails not how I wanted them and upset to pay for a service I wasnt happy about. Just a heads up, beware and hopefully you will have a better experience. I will be taking my service elsewhere.
I just read some of the reviews on here and am a bit surprised by them because I L O V E this place. Ive been using them for about three years now & have always had a positive experience. Ive tried Oasis and several other places in the area, but always end up back here. Pricing is in line with other salons nearby. The only thing I will say is that if youre in a hurry then this is not the place to go. But for me, thats one of main reasons I do go. I dont like feeling rushed and they always take their time.
Awesome! I work near these guys and they always accommodate me since I only have a little time at lunch or on my way home! Pricing is better than the salons near my home yet I feel comfortable because Pro nails is always clean and that is very important to me :)
Acted like they were doing us a favor doing our nails!
When I was there about a month ago they have huge fights in front of customer and their manger were there too but she wont say or trying to stop them. Very low class and not professional. Specially the guy who work there. 0 star to me.
I went in ahead of time to check out the place to see what their prices were like. I was given a brochure and saw that a combo for a manicure and pedicure was $45. I thought to myself it was an awesome deal! So I asked one of the ladies that my sister wanted her own nails but in shellac nails and mine with full set with shellac as well. She said it would turn out to be $55. So I go on my marry way and I show up 2-3 hours later with my sister in mind we were going to pay about $55. While we were there it was quite busy. The owner, manager Jamie, did my nails only with the acrylic. No buffing or washing of any kind. She went ahead and did someone elses nails while I got my feet done. I was going to do the regular pedicure which is $30. I wanted my feet scrubbed and the lady said I would get charged $5 extra so told me just to get the $40 one which is right below the regular. I said that was fine. Maybe 45 mins later the lady is doing my nails again. I get to the cashier and Im being charged $95. I was livid. With no combo and just single priced items the shellac nails are $35 and the pedicure I got was $40, it should of came out to $75 at most. I was being charged $20 extra. I told the lady if I had known I was being charged almost $100 to get my nails done, I would have never showed up. I paid anyways because it was work they had done. Lesson learned, pay ahead so they dont try to add things worth $20 extra. That was their tip. They did a good job but personally, not worth $95.
My daughter goes here regularly and I’ve been a few times with her. Since I have recently moved closer to my daughter, I decided to switch to them! First, they hand you a menu of mani & pedi offerings and you select what you want. That’s ok - most salons in the area do that. I wanted the basic mani and “special” pedi and it was going to be $50 (basic mani & pedi combo is $45 + $5 for the upgrade on the pedi to the “special”). No problem! First, the attitude just stunk with most of them. But, fine! I sip my wine and turn the massage chair on and wait to be pampered. When it was all said and done, I was charged $70! They said that I said I wanted the $35 mani and $35 pedi, which I did NOT and I didn’t even receive! The pedi wasn’t any more than the basic with an added exfoliating scrub. The $35 pedi is suppose to include special treatment for hydration or aging skin or whatever you select. I didn’t select any of those and didn’t receive them! Plus, the pedi wasn’t even good! She didn’t file or cut the dry skin around the toes and barely even filed the toenails! The mani was “ok” and the manicurist was at least nice, but not for the prices! When my daughter and I went a few weeks ago, they charged her $35 for a child’s mani and pedi and charged my daughter-in-law much less for my other granddaughter. After reading the reviews, it seems that they overcharge ALOT and that can’t be chalked up to mistakes! It seems more like a scam to me. Especially since the manager has a “care less” attitude about it and made no attempt to make it right. They won’t get my money anymore and I’d sure get the prices up front if you decide to use this place!
I started going here about a year ago but every time I went there prices seemed to change. I use to pay $45 for my nails and this last time I went it was $120 for my nails and a pedicure.... Its ridiculous!!! I always paid $35 for my pedicure and this time she said my pedicure was $65 I dont understand why I just got the cheapest one which is $35 and $5 for a design which looks horrible!!! Im done with this place I wont be going there anymore!!!! Make sure to ask the prices before they begin if not you will be leaving with a bill of $120 or more!!!! 😡😡
Great place and excellent service.
Was not at all relaxing. Cost as much as a luxury spa.
Good job but expensive
They were about to use the same foot scrubber from the other chair next to me and it wasn’t cleaned!
They are close to my house so I gave them five chances. They messed up every time. From long waits to poor paint jobs to actually cutting my skin. This place is awful.
Its an OK place. Pricey for what you get. They rush through a pedicure, try to up sell more and more to you. I tried them two separate times and was never impressed.
Pretty good.
Worst experience at a nail salon ever!
