Great nail salon. The prices are the best Ive ever seen before. I was in Austin on business for a couple months and had my nails done quite a few times here. All the techs are very skilled. I love that they can lay the acrylic very thin to where it looks more natural. This picture is with my nails already grown out a bit but you can see how thin the acrylic is. If I lived in Austin this would my salon of choice, but sadly I live in San Antonio so it was a treat to be able to get services done here for a few months. Definitely recommend giving this salon a try

This place charges way too much for a set of nails that is done incorrectly. I went to get French nails done and there was no curve at the sides, it literally looked like some tape stuck on the top of my nails and the person who was doing my nails kept messing up and did not know what they were doing. They also take forever here and are not good at time management. Do not waste your money on this place. The quality of my nails were not good at all and they acted like they did such a great job. They also charge an arm and a leg and hike up the prices for no reason. This place is a rip off.

Came here on Sunday to get a pedicure and spent 60$ plus tip, it has only been two days and all my toes have chipped and look like they have never been done. The tech did not even use a top coat. Horrible quality and will not return. Definitely not worth 60$.

I got my acrylic nails done a while back and they did a design. Ty did good on them and they lasted me a good month, non of them came off. I had to come back to get another design. :)

I went in on Monday, for my birthday to get a Pedicure & A full set of acrylic nails. The Pedi was amazing, however my nails looked awful from the moment he started them. A couple of my fingers are crooked so I understand they are harder to work with. But I felt like they looked awfully wrong when I looked at my hand. I let him know before he put all the rest on. Still he told me it would look better as an end result. Again I noticed that the nails looked way too up, crooked and not shaped the way i asked him i wanted them. Again he was fighting me on my opinion. Kept telling me it would look better ones it was done. Well at that point i didnt feel like saying anything anymore. Because he wasnt even listening to what i was saying. The whole time I was letting my nails dry I kept looking at them thinking how awful they looked. And how much money i had just wasted. I just wanted to take them off. Well its now Wednesday, I still hate how they look, minus the color shades I chose. Not only that, but the part of the nail that is closes to my finger is already faded. These nails look as faded at 2 days later as the nails i got for my wedding somewhere else look at 2 weeks. So disappointed that i went to this place for my birthday while visiting a friend in austin. Will never go back.I double checked, this is the correct location. And I cant go back. I live over 3 hours away. But i appreciate trying to fix it.

The first time I went my nails were beautiful and service was splendid. This time I got different nail tech and never again. She removed the acrylic from my nails by not soaking them but pulling them up with another nail tip and nippers. Some nails the resistance was extra strong and painful, coming to find out my real nails were torn off. This Method of removal is highly incorrect (something they don’t teach in school for a reason) and for sure caused my nail plate to be damaged(seeing as something that had been bonded to the proteins had been forcibly removed) as she filed the newly applied tips my nails were tender, as she applied the acrylic my nails burned, as she buffed the acrylic my nails were so sensitive and burned as well. When it was time for polish and chrome she forgot to put topcoat on my non chrome nails and it caused them to get “dirty” so she wiped it with acetone and put topcoat on it. I get home to really see my nails and they are speckled and one has a strange line that I thought would wash off but doesn’t, the left thumb had a bubble was peeling and the underneath was still sticky and transferring, there is still a high amount of shredded plastic attached, my real nails were not cut to fit into the well, but ripped, and my nails sensitivity is so high now. The whole service felt so rushed, and most importantly my real nails are damaged. Never. Ever. Again.

Just rude. I like coming at least every two weeks since I moved to Austin. But the way I was received at the front door from the first to The last day I went there it was like I wasn’t welcomed asking me what do you want rudely, some other days the will be arguing on who will do my nails or not. At the end they will say sorry We can’t ; come back later. The same people will tell you . You don’t need an appointment and as soon as you walk in they act like they have seen a monster. I am so disappointed in this place that I do not put my feet there even if it the nearest to my house. I wish they get better at welcoming people because it is a failure their costumer service. I have always had a good experience here. They are quick to accommodate walk-in clients and they do a good job. I also like seeing new tools opened when they start working on my nails. Ill keep coming back to this salon.

Don’t get acrylics done here unless you want your nail beds ruined. After removing mine two weeks after, I noticed arcs on my nails where the acrylics used to be. I’m not a nail cosmetologist, but I do know that you are not supposed to drill the actual nail with the drill bit! They’re lucky that they didn’t cut all the way through. With that being said though, my nails are red underneath the arcs. I can’t even put on regular polish without adding multiple thick coats to hide them.And don’t get me started on their services. The guy couldn’t understand English very well so it was hard to communicate with him which is frustrating at the least. No smiles at all and very impatient. I just walked in the salon and they started asking me what I wanted without even choosing a color.Never, ever going there again. I’ll stick with doing my own nails from now on. Can’t trust anyone else anymore after this incident.

When I get my nails done I’m spending my own money and I just want to get what I want. He argued with me about everything down to what length I wanted my thumb nail on so he finally took it off and only super glued it half way and when I said something he said it was fine bc the acrylic would hold it on. Sorry never seen that done before dude just comes off as a little passive aggressive. The design I want was pretty simple, black and white with a line down the middle and a gold stud At the top. I made sure they had the studs before I started. The paint job came out OK but He didn’t paint the lines straight and forgot the studs so by the time he did the top coat he toldMe I shouldn’t get them bc if he put the studs they will not stay. So I said I just wanted something to distract from the poorly done hand drawn “straight” lines. And he says he can put gold tape down the middle. That looked fine to clean it up and make it look neat except he charged me for him having to correct HIS MISTAKE and then the strips were peeling off before I left. They aren’t horrible it’s just annoying to pay $60 for SHORT nails that aren’t even what I wanted.

I love this place. Have had manicures every two weeks for the past year. Tom and Mai are great. I have just made a standing appointment with Mai. I will now try a pedicure. The staff is friendly and the workmanship is amazing.

My nails are horrible . I asked for a natural look and this is what I got. Uneven bulky weird shape and I will not be going back. I had an appointment for a full set and pedi and they werent even ready for me. After seeing how bad of a job was done on my nails I didnt even stay for my pedicure. Wasnt worth $40 bucks. I feel played but Im not the type to start a scene so I quietly left.This is the right place I went to!!!!!!!! I live 5 mins away from this place! I know who Im writing the review for. Wish I know the persons name, but it was a guy that did my nails.

I dont normally get my nails done but I was feeling whimsical because its my vacation week.I got a Mani/pedi and the lady who did my toes did a great job. But the guy who did my nails buffed my cutical too hard and made it bleed, didnt push my cutical back and forgot to put a top coat on. Im awkward and didnt say anything, but I wish I didnt have to. Next time I might book with the lady who did the design for me, I hear shes good...but Ill probably go to a place that does the job right in the first place. This place had high ratings so I thought that would be good enough, but it wasnt.

Great service and excellent results! My technician was attentive and fun to talk to. (My daughters technician had a language barrier and it seemed to set off social anxiety for both of them.) Everyones positive reviews for T Nails seems to be spot on.

This place is great! Staff was friendly and quick. I went in and got SNS and the guy who did my nails did a really great job on getting them perfect. They looked fine to me but he kept working because he wanted it to look great and I appreciate that! SNS was 40$ and they had a ton of colors to choose from. They were even adding more colors to their lineup as I was getting them done. Place is clean and nicely kept, I’ll be back

Was in town and needed daughters nails done. Started looking at reviews and Gigi came highly recommended. She did not disappoint. She came in an hour *before opening to accommodate our time needs. She was very friendly and we were extremely impressed with the quality of design and shape. Wish we lived closer. She’d be our nail girl no doubt.

Called ahead to make a pedicure appointment for 2. Told me they could accommodate both of us in 2 hours so my friend and I drove there. They began my pedicure but after 15 minutes we asked when my friends was going to start theres because we made the appointment to be simultaneous-they just shrugged. After 45 minutes of waiting my friend said they didn’t want to wait any longer neither did I--ori would’ve had to wait for their entire appointment.No one cared or apologized. Will not come back.Very disrespectful and dismissive 😩

Usually really good, but Ive had different people do my pedicure. Today the lady that did my nails didnt cut them correctly and did an awful job with the gel polish. When I tried to tell her once she thought I was talking about the color; when I told her the second and third time she ignored me (didnt even look up at me). Dont get the skinny, older lady with glasses. Everything else was fine so I tipped her well.

Decided to finally leave a review after going to my favorite spot. Ive tried to go to other places but wind up having a horrible experience. I love Tweety and this other lady who has beautiful eyes and light brown hair. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone who wants to get their nails done in an open atmosphere. My nails always wind up better than I imagined- and they have a wide selection of gel colors.

Meant to write this review a few weeks ago, but better late than never!! I went here with my boss and co-worker for manicures & pedicures. AMAZING!!! The people were great, so friendly, helpful and entertaining. Not to mention we were totally pampered- wine, hot wax, cucumber something, milk & honey, more wine... we had a blast! Ive been going to them for over a year now. They usually do a great job! However, the past two times I went I had poor experiences that make me not want to go back.1. One visit, two of the male nail stylists were making unnecessary advances and were being rude toward me and the girl next to me. One of them was trying to convince that girl that he should give her a ride home/forget about her boyfriend. He also criticized me for going to ACL since apparently he hated it? Very off putting.2. Last time I went I received a nail service from an older woman who obviously just wanted to go home and did not care to do a good job. I asked her to do a design and she did it very sloppy. I politely asked her to do it again, which she did, but the second time was almost as bad. I gave up at this point and settled with what I got.In conclusion, I would recommend this place a year ago but not anymore. Things have changed and I have a bad taste in my mouth from the way I was treated. I will not be going back. Twee was the best stylist there but she no longer works there. I would recommend going to her or somewhere else.

Ive been going to T Nails to get my nails done since about 2014 and over the last couple of years have gotten into acrylics so I go regularly. They always take their time to do a really good job and do what they can to keep my nails healthy and comfortable for the long-term. Because of this, there is sometimes a wait - so call ahead to make an appointment! They are also one of the more reasonably priced places in Austin for their services.

The best prices around for shellac. $28 for a shellac manicure that will last 3 weeks? Dont mind if I do. Quality is usually very good, nails rarely chip or crack and only need replacing when they grow out. Great color selection.Can get crowded! Sometimes the wait is a little long.

My daughter was graduating last Friday of course she wanted her nails done along with another color of toes since we had already got Pedi last month. We waited for door open on that Friday at 10am. We went in with another lady right when they open. The lady got service right away so did I. But my daughter waited for another tech to arrive so she sat down on couch. The girl open knew my daughter was waiting and knew what service she wanted. Well this old lady comes in and they serve her 1st I thought really....well my daughter got served 4th. So I go oh okay we will get out of here in an hour, time was crunch being graduation. Well all these people were coming and going at least 5 already left. So finally I go to mgr and say when do y all plan doing her toes its just color change but we got to go she graduating today, we arrive before all these other ladies youve done. Now I dont have time for it to dry so give her gel polish on toes so we can go. He goes sorry, sorry...so girl that open door knew what we wanted she did her toes. It took forever she did a coat 3 times. Wind drying in between then she gets up constantly to help other guest. I go oh hell no, so I went up front and just paid for service, of course they charge her a gel polish but we didnt get that but I was frustrated to argue. It was supposed be white on her toes it must be old nail polish because it came out as off white. It so bad. The mgr goes so sorry, sorry for your time. Come back. Yeah right. After we spent 3hrs in there, over charged and not service we ask for. Plus we waited and waited while all these other ladies went before us.

Probably bout time I wrote a review for the safe nail place I can always count on for good service and consistently thorough pedicures. Ive been to this little nail salon countless times and typically pop in during off peak times to avoid the crowd. If youre in the area and need a pedicure or nail treatment for a fair price, this is a reliably great neighborhood salon. I can imagine they get busy during peak times, so call ahead if you are short for time or are coming with a group.

Over the last year and a half, I have been going to T Nails and I have really been happy there. I always get compliments on my shellac manicures and the price is very, very good ($28). Its not super flashy inside, but it is very clean and I know the management makes it a point to have very high sanitation standards. Even though the business was kind of far from my home in Round Rock, I initially tried it because of all the comments on Yelp about Thuy (say Twee) and how quick, meticulous, and thorough she is. This has definitely been my experience with her and even though I have moved to Mueller, I still drive all the way up North to see her. The other people that work there are great too, but she is just my favorite. :-)

Always an excellent experience coming here! They even have frozen MARGARITAS if you get a pedicure! Yes. Please.

I went here bc I its nearby my work. Now this area for some reason thinks its okay to charge $25 for a manicure. BUT NOT THIS PLACE! I came in for a pedicure, and walked out with the BEST pedicure Ive ever had, BEST eye brow wax EVER, and manicure. Ask for Sam, shes outstanding. She doesnt speak much but hey she does one hell of a job!

The staff here are all very nice and extremely skilled. Theyre honest about wait time, and are great about keeping you updated. I wont go anywhere else.

Today was my first time and they did a wonderful job. I got a mani and a pedi and I appreciate the new plastic liner that they use in the foot tub so that there are no worries about sufficient house keeping. I had 3 excellent professionals working on me, the price is VERY reasonable and I will definitely be back.

Came in this afternoon for a pedicure. I wasn’t told the price of anything first and wasn’t given any options of services to add (like I saw other customers receiving). My toe was also cut and it still hurts more than 6 hours later. When the polish was done I walked towards the nail dryer and the girl just walked to the counter and stuck her hand out waiting for payment (still no mention of the cost). Got to my car and my polish was ruined already because it was nowhere near dry. Got home 10 mins later and my skin was already looking ashy and felt dry which has never happened when I have received a pedicure. Won’t be back.

It was ok. Very hot. I think the AC was out. I wont go back again.

Hands down one of the WORST nail experiences I have had. Got a pedicure and a manicure with the SNS dip at the same time. The technician doing my finger nails ruined the length of my nails when trimming them. He also spilled the hot pink nail powder 3 times on me and the chair. After the first time I asked him to please wait until my pedicure was over then continue with me my manicure but didn’t listen. After the second time it spilled on me I asked him to please stop and finish later and then AGAIN it spilled on me for the third time and he STILL continued on my nails after I asked that he stopped. After he finished my nails they are so poorly done that they were 2 different colors on one hand. I finally asked that he take the powder off and I would go elsewhere. Im not the type of person to leave a bad review but I cannot let this go and I would hate anyone else to experience what I did. I went in for a relaxing day to get my nails done and left very disappointed, very frustrated, and with nails looking worse than they did coming in. The pedicure was fine but I will not be returning.

A few people helped me while I was there. Everyone was friendly. Thuy (Twee) spoke fluent English and was super awesome with the service she provided. I had a hard time deciding on what to do with my nails and she provided a consultation introducing me to the SNS (signature nail system) method then gave me a discounted price off the $40 they usually charge. I did some research and later discovered that they were charging $60 at the Domain for the same service. I had been looking for excellent customer service and a reasonably priced nail service salon in a decent environment since I moved to Austin. I finally found it.

They move very slow so make sure you don’t have plans for an hour or two but overall they are good!

Pedicure was awesome! Id give it a 5. Nails a 1. I have had the dip polish SNS for the last few years. In all that time, only broke a nail once. ONCE!!!The lady who did my nails didnt do a dip base coat. When I asked why, so said it was because I chose a red color. She kept forgetting that I wanted the ring finger with silver glitter so it has one coat or red underneath 2 coats of glitter. Then, I got 3 coats of color. No clear SNS top coat. When I asked for a 4th dip since my nails are so long, she said I didnt need it. Then she sanded them and there are specks of dust all over the nails. Here it is, two days later and I have a cracked nail because she didnt do them the way that other nail techs do. So my quest to find a salon here in my new hometown continues.After being contacted to come in to have my nails redone, I had one of the best experiences! Tom was professional and made sure that he did my nails to perfection! So pleased!

Totally understand why this place has a right to refuse service sign. Came in today for my a fill and my toes done at 5:28, just now walking out at 7:24 and only my toes are done. Dont go here and if u do dont get the older black haired lady

My daughter has gone back 3+ times to have Louis/Lewis redo her nails this is the end result. See photos.I believe it is failure on his/their part. On day 3 he redid them. Day 10, she had to go back. The 3rd or so attempt her nail polish has cracked.I am so sorry, I completely forgot about the first night of having mine done. I felt as if someone was still using an electric file as I tried to go to sleep. It felt like a dremel was still filing the tops of my nails. It was painful, but being a newer to having my nails done, I thought this was normal.It is NOT! I therefore do not recommend this shop or him. Sorry for the bad review, but the proof is in the picture. She will be adjusting her experience with them as well.I do not recommend this shop. The others that I have used, 2 others, were cleaner. I am not sure how sanitary it is to have our fingertips dipped into this powdery nail dip. I have had them dipped and I have had it painted on. Both were the acrylic type of layers. I like the acrylic because my nails have always been weak.The only thing positive that I can say is that he told me that we need to take a break in between this procedure because bacteria will form under the dip and can cause nail fungus. He stated that he had seen people with brown nails due to the fungus. I will be removing mine, myself. I have purchased acetone to wrap my nails. There are many methods suggested online. I have had my fingertips soaked in the solution, which I do not agree with. I think only the nail itself should be in that toxic solution.While at their shop, the woman working next to Lewis/Louis blew on some dip solution and shook out her blouse. It went airborne and settled on me, on him and on her. It was really a foolish thing to do. I did not want to breathe in all of those floating particles, chemicals, glitter, etc. I was in the middle of a crucial step with my nails, so I was not able to get up and get out of the area while the dust dip polish settled which took about 3+ minutes.I will never go back to this shop. The only thing that I like is that they have 5 colors of the mood/color changing dip which is made by SnS.Thanks yall for reading and I hope this helps you avoid potential problems.

The interior is recently renovated but the amazing staff is still here! Thuy (pronounced twee) is a very talented nail artist. The rest of the crew is trustworthy too. Best quality for the price that I’ve found in this area. The only place slightly better will cost you at least $20 more for a mani pedi. OH, AND they are great about walk ins. This is the spot for sure.

Let me start by admitting that Im not an easy client, Im picky and have health issues that mean its very easy to accidentally hurt me. Everyone Ive worked with at Ts has been patient and gentle while doing an amazing job. I love the thinness theyre consistently​ able to achieve with both SNS and gel, and sometimes a combination of the two. I always enjoy my conversations with T and leave smiling and feeling at least a bit spoiled. To get the same quality of manicure or pedicure in Austin Ive paid more than twice what Ts charges without being at all surprised, so the first time I went to Ts and got my bill I asked if Id gotten a first time discount... nope! It just turns out they dont believe in gouging their guests even if theyre a stones throw from The Domain. It is best to get an appointment during the normal rush hours, and even better if you can go during a slow period.

Clean and detailed! I got SNS and a pedicure. My SNS was one of the best I have ever had. My tech took the time to layer my SNS as to make sure it did not get to think at the cuticle. It’s been one week & it still looks great (and I had White SNS)

Amazing value for money! Let me start by saying: Im picky, very picky. Id had one woman who had been doing my nails for the last several years, but something in their salon changed and the constant attempts to sell me various waxings or other nonsense I wasnt interested in became so bad I left and began what became a long trek to find someone else. I live in Pflugerville, so I really didnt want to have to drive into central Austin to pay 3x what I had been paying to get the same quality. So, I began trying every place that had at least 4 stars that was at all near me. Many, many disappointments later I wandered into T Nails & Spa. I was in a terrible mood, and not expecting much. What I got was a warm and genuinely friendly greeting, amazing service, a conversation that had me laughing, and nails that have gotten multiple compliments...and all for far less than Id expect from somewhere so close to The Domain.

Generally clean, paid $28 for a basic pedi & $50 for SNS because they were French tip which I thought was a little pricey. Normally SNS is $40 but that’s only one color I guess.

Great customer service. They do a great job. Especially on pedicures.

I waited in a chair that didn’t work for 20 minute before I finally walked out. They kept saying they were going to fix it but it never happened. The equipment all seemed old and the atmosphere was very loud and uncomfortable.

I love this place. Great people with smiles and great service.
