I always call and make an appointment, and have had great service shortly after arrival. Ive been here many times for the wonderful pedicure provided by Lily. The shop is always clean, and this is a place I can trust to provide a good relaxing experience. Cant wait until I can get back!!

We called them and they didnt answer the phone. We then walked in to ask for 2 pedicures, one for me and for my mom. She said,oh, for you? We said yes, and she said, no, we busy. We have one spot. My mom said oh ok. She then said come later, we busy. She was being very rude about it. We then walked right out of the store, angry and upset that she was so short and rude about it.

I have visited several different nail salons in the area, but Lilly and Nan listen well and do a fabulous job every time!

Great service. They spend great length of time paying attention to detail with every customer. However only 2 staff and service delayed or denied many times unless booked ahead.

This is the place that me and my friend go whenever she comes in town. And even if I can’t go she goes by herself because she loves this place. Great job from Libby and Non!

Fabulous long lasting Shellac nails! I prefer French Nails, but they last weeks, until the nail grows out! Lake Pointe has attention to detail and extra layers to preserve the finish and the result is beautiful!

I was a walk in appointment. He was meticulous and did exactly what I asked for. A fantastic experience! VERY highly recommended!

Had SNS done and they looked TERRIBLE! The nails were bumpy and tips were crooked. They were not filed straight and she cut my fingers near the cuticle. I should have known not to go in when I noticed I was the only person there.

Terrible. Awful. Rude. Disrespectful. Turned away business with no explanation, big mistake!

This place is so gross. The guy isnt wearing gloves and their tools dont look like they are sterilized. So much for trying a new place! And its pricey
