Such a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Wonderful customer service from start to finish. Everything was so relaxing. The chairs were comfortable, the movie selection was great and nice background music added to the overall experience. So happy with it all.

I went here, the girl who was upfront didn’t even say hello. This is the first time I have been to a business in general and I wasn’t greeted. The moment I opened the door she says ‘are you here for your appointment or something’. I couldn’t believe her reaction and it wasn’t even time to close that I say maybe she is angry I came in just before closing. I made my appointment but her rudeness, and less professional attitude made me not even go there for my appointment. When asked about my gift card she said you have this much money in there and went straight calculating how much tip is going to cut from there. I thought the tip is given based on the service given to us. She looked miserable working there with that face.

Once again its hard for me to give a five star. Manager was badass, I just went in there because I was really thinking about maybe I should get a pedicure talk to her about it might go back and actually do it. Good job PS also super friendly people in there.

Got an Embellished Pedi with Dawn and she was wonderful. Very sweet, lovely pedi, great conversation, and my nails look amazing. I appreciate that the store checked my temperature and had a hand washing station when I came in as well!

I will admit that I am very hard to please when it comes to manicures. Even the slightest streak caused by uneven polish application will annoy me enough to never return to a salon. Ans since I have my nails done every week, I feel like I had tried most salons in Austin and the surrounding ding areas. When I first tried Amber at Embellish (6 years ago), I was impressed enough to try her again. The second flawless manicure sealed the deal. Couldnt be happier. Note: I dont do dips or acrylics and the salon doesnt either. Just straight up polish and shellac.

Different mani/pedi place than you’re used to, more open space & cute shop vibe. Gel nails came out perfect, she really took her time and I’m happy they’re lasting!

The service at Embellish on Anderson Lane is truly wonderful. The receptionists greet you with a smile upon arrival and the layout is open and friendly. I thought they were super clean, kind, and thorough and I cant wait to go back!

I cannot praise this place enough! I did a group booking for a bachelorette party and despite changes right up until the day of when one of the girls dropped out, they were totally flexible. The salon is super cute - pink with lights on the wall and comfy armchairs. The front of the salon is a boutique, perfect when some of the group finished a little earlier.

I went here to get my nails done right before my wedding. They did an amazing job, super friendly, and clean. The stuff in the boutique is also super cute. I ended up buying and wearing a necklace and stackable bracelet from here on my wedding day. Couldn’t be happier with my experience.

I have been going to this location for over a year after receiving a gift card for my birthday. Hands down this is the best nail spa I have been to in Austin. Claire is my favorite and she does a fantastic job every time. I have see other techs as well and all are great. They are VERY clean and detail oriented in their work. The staff are warm and friendly. And who doesnt love a hot yummy smelling neck wrap while you get pampered? The boutique is fun to shop. They have a lot of unique gifts as well as a selection of Kendra Scott jewelry which is great so you dont have to trek down to Congress or battle the parking at The Domain. I really like that I can email to schedule appointments rather than calling.

This is my very favourite mani/pedi in Austin! The staff is super friendly, there are chick flicks on tv, M&Ms for grabs, and warm neck wraps to boot! The prices are affordable, and the quality is excellent. Please patronize local Austin business. They deserve it.

Ive been coming to Embellish for years, mostly for pedicures. After a few toenail infections from other places, Ive never had one here, and now wont go anywhere else. Some of the staff have been here for years - I always see that as a good sign. Everyone is friendly, and I love the boutique for last minute gifts.

Had a wonderful time today...left feeling like a princess! Manicure and embellish pedicure by Crystal and I loved the treatment, environment and the finished products!! I didnt feel pressured to make small talk, although she was easy to talk to! Would reccomend highly and want to bring my mother in law! Thanks!

Beyond happy! I just moved to this area and wanted a good nail salon, and I received way more than that. They were so accommodating, were able to get me a walk in appt, and showed me around. It’s half boutique half nail salon. Did I say cucumber water and m&ms?

My wifes oncologist recommended this place for its high quality and cleanliness. We have been coming for over a year now and it is really excellent. The environment is pleasant, the people are very cordial, and their work is first class.

Great service and complementary drinks and M&Ms. Only complaint is a portion of one of my nails was missed.

This is definitely a unique experience for a nail salon. When getting a pedicure theres no spa chairs to sit in, only a row of recliners. Once its time to start the pedicure they bring out big copper bowls filled with some water and soap. While it was a unique experience the pricing is on the higher side for pedicures in austin.

A friend and I went here on a whim and the staff who greeted us were warm and welcoming. The salon itself was beautiful and very clean. However, we were told there was time to get a mani/pedi combo and yet once the pedicure was done, no staff was available to perform the manicure. The lady up front was apologetic though I believe a salon of this caliber should have provided better service. I would really love to rate Embellish better because I do think it has the capability of providing 5 star service...though the experience did rub us the wrong way...

Highly disappointed in this place. Planned a girls weekend in advanced. Made appointments for all of us and i get a call an hour before the appointment and they canceled us after confirming the day before. Things happen, I totally understand, however they did nothing to accommodate us for a later time. I find it fairly rude and unprofessional to not yet to figure something else out and be mindful of people time.

Really clea, fun, friendly salon. Van gives me a perfect pedicure every time.

Overpriced. They make up for this with extras like warm towels and drinks, but my nail tech wasnt the best listener as to what I wanted done. She cut one nail, asked if the length was OK, and then cut them all significantly shorter.

They dont offer waxing (are you kidding) and when I went in for a medi/pedi the receptionist said all she could do for my hands was a polish change. Im dying of laughter, what a joke!!!

The folks in the boutique arent very friendly. Who would want to shop there with staff with bad attitudes?
