I had the most incredible experience at Gilt today. I normally don’t prefer getting pedicures because I don’t like being touched, but this experience was truly unbelievable. The staff is not only friendly and professional, but they offer the best service I’ve ever come across. My daughter had Sarah and I had Tike (not sure how to spell her name). Highly recommend.

First time here and it was a pretty good experience. Salon is cute and nail techs know what they’re doing. I’ve never had my nails come out completely even and my tech managed to surprise me. I got the gel extensions and they guarantee them for two weeks.

Super cute inside and I loved my SNS manicure. The interior is adorable and the staff is great. They even offered me wine and a macaroon! Only thing missing was the lotion arm massage, but Ill definitely be going back regardless. Great place!!

I have the most sensitive nail beds. Arthea was very gentle with the removal of my cuticles (its my favorite part) she got every bit of it by softing the cuticles. I loved my hand massage. I’m a waxer and my hands always hurt. It was a lovely experience will be back for more.

I loved the customer service in this place. Everyone was super friendly. My nails looked lovely coming out of the salon. The only problem is that I had a big event that same weekend and by the next day they were already chipping.

The environment its self is amazing, the front desk girl was so friendly, the music was my kinds music, and my nails are beautiful! What dings my score is my nail tech was horrible. Would totally go back! For anyone but her, and of course, she never told me her name. But everyone else who worked there seemed to be so friendly, excited to try someone new!

We came here as a group on a Saturday and they served mimosas and gave us chocolate covered almonds. The ladies are super nice and welcoming. The chairs are very comfortable, the service is nice. Would recommend and will come back 😊

AMAZING! i go very often for my nail sns manicure & i specifically recommend Gina as your nail tech. she will give you ANYTHING you ask for if you bring a picture she will take the time & patience to make it look perfect i PROMISE YOU. shes wonderful at making conversation & is very friendly. she has amazing tools & products & everything is worth the price.

For nails, it is not consistent, depends who assists you. First time I went was amazing, the girl took a lot of care and time to make sure she didnt damage my nails and everything looked great. Second time was not so great, other person filed my nails like there was no tomorrow, it is really fragile now and the shellac looks all bumpy. I complained about the bumps, she looked and said no, i filed it. So, it is a good place if you get the right person, I am not taking the risk anymore.

A most amazing discovery!! I ventured into Gilt not knowing what to expect. I was greeted by a most adorable and professional nail tech, named Marina. She was ever so delightful & very attentive. The service is exceptional. I am used to paying a lower fee for a pedicure, but due to the wonderful service, I feel I came out ahead.

I went in to get a basic gilt gel manicure and I was not pleased with the service. I am picky with my nails and who does them so I went in thinking I was going to get get great service, especially for the price. First off they were not so kind in greeting me when I walked in and the lady who did my nails didnt even say her name. She just started working on them without asking what I wanted done or how I liked my nails. She then began to push my cuticles down without softening them, it was very painful. Online it says that the basic gilt comes with an arm massage and she didt give me one. I couldnt wait until she was done. Once she finished I went to pay and was asked how my service went and I told her that I honestly didnt like it, I told her about how rough she was with my cuticles and asked if they place them in water or put something on it to soften the cuticle and she told me that I could if I wanted to but I had to ask, WHAT!? Arent they supposed to ask me?? I then asked if the manicure came with a massage and she said yes but she didnt do it because I got a gel manicure and the lotion couldnt get on my nails because the gel wasnt going to bond well. She didnt have to massage my nails or she couldve wiped off the lotion with acetone or at least charge me less for that.I will NEVER go again!!

New salon with top notch professional and experienced staff. I was looking for a new salon after my go to salon lost sight of customer service. This salon is clean, inviting, and staffed with some great talent. My gel manicure is perfection, they were ready for my appointment, and even at 6:00 PM on a Saturday they were busy. Very excited to find them and be an ongoing Customer.

Overall I enjoyed the experience. Unique and refreshing (and English speaking) environment. CBD was a nice touch. Unfortunately my nail artist was in a rush and so I couldnt get the designs I had wanted. Why take an appointment for a mani pedi if you dont have time to do your job??? A flower on my toe and a french manicure shouldnt really take that much longer. On top of that the gel on my toes lasted only two days before peeling off and they were cut uneven.

Wandered in without an appointment and they sat me right away. I got a shellac mani and pedi and loved both! Very cute decor, super clean and cheaper than my normal place. Staff was great as well. If I lived in Austin this would be a go-to spot.

Love this place! My first visit today, but definitely wont be my last. Treated myself to a Gilty Pleasures mani/pedi: two hours of buffing, scrubbing, smoothing, massaging, and hot waxing. Oh, yeah, Mercedes trimmed, shaped and painted my nails to perfection, too. You should go here. You deserve it.

I moved to Austin in September & have struggled to find a nail salon that I love. Thankfully, I stumbled upon Gilt Nail Bar & Gina. I am so happy with my nails, free champagne and the relaxing environment. Parking can be hard when the plaza is busy, but there is street parking to the side as well as a back lot. I highly recommend Gilt Nail Bar & Gina.
