Immaculate detail, the best work I’ve ever had on my nails. I got dip nails, I told her that I like them very short. Her attention to detail was outstanding.

Okay people us women know how hard it is to find a good nail salon and we jump from one to another back and forth well I tried that yeah it doesnt work so much these people are definitely top of the line in my books not only are they gentle and kind theyre very sweet and they actually will keep a conversation with you which in my book is everything thanks girls I will be back.So if youre a woman in Austin tired of going back and forth back and forth try these girls out youre not going to be disappointed and when you go in tell him Grandma Texas said hi yall.

I came in to get my toenails trimmed and painted since I’m pregnant and can’t reach them. The ladies were so nice and I was in and out in under an hour. My nails look amazing and I was very comfortable the whole time. I look forward to coming back when it’s time for my next pedicure.

Glitter nails is my place to go to get pampered and leave with really nice nails. The customer service is superior, friendly and professional service. They do an excellent job with manicures and pedicures, very particular about how good your nails look. Both Tracy and her sister are very delightful and do impressive work!!

I popped in to get my eyebrows done and they were so sweet! I loved the check in process with the tablet and they kept me updated on the wait. I waited for less than 5 minutes without an appointment and they were so apologetic that I had to wait at all. Once I got in, she took her time and my brows look fantastic. Best I’ve had done in a while!

Fantastic experience at this salon. I am typically a little nervous (years of accidentally nipped cuticles, etc.) and have been almost able to fall asleep during each of my three visits here. Reasonable rates, and Mimi is so gentle! Lovely and comfortable space.

Getting my nails done is my true creature comfort. My life can be crumbling (and it has), and Im okay as long as my nails are done.Im in the production industry, and travel for work constantly. Ive had my nails done in almost every state in the midwest and east coast, and as far north as northern Minnesota.Ive had good, bad and indifferent service at the various nail salons Ive visited in my travels. I can honestly say that this has been the best experience Ive ever had. EVER.From the moment I walked in, I was treated with warm welcome by Mimi, who promptly had me situated comfortably. I picked my color, and so began the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER.First Mimi sat me down to remove the old gel from my hands. She then took me to their amazing massage chair to soak my feet. I chose the volcano pedicure.The music played at the salon is mellow and relaxing. I closed my eyes as she worked on my feet. Halfway through the service, another tech came in and took over. Mimi began to do my manicure. They both worked on my service as I dozed off. My hands, legs and feet were massaged, in what felt like unison.Perfect manicure. Perfect pedicure. Good products and customer service. Clean and welcoming. Im so happy.I highly recommend this salon.

I get my nails done pretty often, and i have to say this is the worst job done i have ever had on my nails, the lady who did them was in such a rush, she put no effort at all. they came out bumpy, there was no smoothness on my nails nor were they even, and some were thicker than others. the lady who did them asked me to take a picture of the colors i used so that if my nail broke i could come back in and fix for free, like as if she knew my nails would break quickly because not even 2 days later 2 nails popped off so easy, and that has NEVER happend to me before, i have never been so dissatisfied, i do not recommend this place to anyone with service like that.

I think their 20% off cost is fair l, I wouldn’t come here for full-priced menu. When I went yesterday for my manicure it was okay - I did a SNS manicure, which offered no massage for $32.00 manicure, which I’m used to get for a $15.00 manicure any where else. Today, I went for a pedicure. A child from the owner’s family was present and unfortunately, I was sat next to him even though there were no other seats occupied. It was the furthest from relaxing, in fact, as I was PAYING for my own sons childcare I was sat next to a loud child myself. No beverage of any kind was offered, and my toes 4-hours later were still wet and mushed when I put on shoes WITH oil. I will not be returning and now I understand why they are not busy.

Great service. One of the best pedicures in town. Nice color choices but I brought my own today. I made an appointment and was greeted and taken care of a few minutes ahead. Friendly, competitive pricing and really nice pedicure.

Mia is great. My nails look great. She took a lot of cats to make sure I was happy with the results and got exactly what I needed.Also, I just want to side note, Mt nails is great with kids. I took two of my kids, 5 and 7, in with me for pedicures and the staff did an excellent job. Not just on their nails, but in keeping them entertained and playing. It was a great experience.

I was in the Austin area for a few days and desperately needed a pedicure. I stumbled upon this nail salon and boy, am I glad I did! I happened to show up when they werent busy, so I didnt have to wait. I believe it was the owner who did my pedicure, and she did such a great job that I wished I lived in the area. I have very problematic nails and am super picky/sensitive about pedicures, so it was such a pleasant surprise to have found this salon totally by accident. Next time Im in the Austin area, I will definitely make an appointment at MT Nails. The pricing is quite reasonable, and the quality of the work is exceptional. Thank you!

Came here with my MIL and Mimi, the girl doing them didn’t even put primer on one hand, so 3 days after She got them done 4 have popped off already. When we call to talk to Mimi they always say she isn’t there. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I have been coming here for years. The owner is always friendly and the staff is great. The best part is how wonderful they treat my daughter when she wants her nails done too. Its a welcoming place with beautiful people and beautiful nails!

Nice salon. Nice conversation. Just moved here from NYC. Got a gel acrylic filling. One nail chipped after a week but the others are looking good. Prices are pricey compared to what I am used to in NY but I will come back again.

I go to MT Nails regularly for my pedicures. The owners are very friendly & the shop is always clean. Only a couple of times has the work not been satisfactory & they happily redid my pedicure for no charge.

I dont get my nails done very often but when I do, I always come here. Unfortunately, the woman doing my nails this time drilled into my skin and kept going back over the bleeding wound with the nail drill until i jerked my hand away. She then proceeded to pour something that resembles clear nail polish onto the cut that made it burn so bad I cried. My finger was swollen and white by the time she was done. With all that, I wouldve appreciated an apology at the very least.Not only did I leave the salon with a lot of discomfort in my now pale finger, my nails are way thicker than they should be and acrylic is under the tip and all over my skin leaving me to attempt to scratch and scrape it all off. Im sorry, but I wont be back. I always thought the owner was very professional and a gentleman but after today, I couldnt be more disappointed if I tried.

Had an appointment at 4:30pm called more than 5 hours an advance and originally asked for 3pm. Showed up for my very expensive appointment and was told it was 4:45, I verified that I would only be waiting 15 mins, he agreed. 20 mins later I’m headed someplace else. I should have received a phone call to push back the appointment, and then on top of that I was told 15 mins, re-verified “only 15 min?” And actually making them wait more that 22 mins.Bad customer service.

Very clean salon. No chemical odors. Staff helpful and accommodating, especially Trung and Mrs. Trung. Today I had gel nail removal then a new set. Trung was patient with me as I changed my mind on nail color, then painted my nails with precision. An excellent experience today. Judy

I have lived everywhere in Austin (from Leander, north, central, south to Kyle) and this is absolute best nail salon in Austin! Best pedi and mani Ive ever had and the customer service and super friendly owner and staff will keep me coming back!

This place doesnt deserve any stars. It has the worst customer service! I walked in at 2 on a Monday, and the guy (who did not look or sound happy that I had walked in) said it would be about 20 to 30 minutes as he was working on another womans nails. I said okay and sat down. After an HOUR had passed, I asked him if he was going to get me in, and he told me five more minutes and he hadnt even put polish on the womans nails! He was still shaping them! The other thing is after I was waiting 20 minutes, a regular came in for the same thing I was there for and they got her in in 30 minutes! I ended up leaving, and when I told the man that I had to go to work, he got very defensive and said whatever to me. Dont waste your time here unless you have all day. Its not worth it.

Worst experience ever. Got a full set acrylic with gel polish for my wedding and the lady rushed so much because a couple of regulars came in and she was more concerned with finishing my nails to help them. All she did was watch the clock the whole time because she told them it would take 30 mins to finish mine when I had just sat down. She didnt take her time shaping nails and the polish looked horrible. Nothing like I asked. I kept having to ask her to fix things and just got fed up at the end. Ive spent the last hour at home trying to salvage what she did and am probably going to have to go to another salon to have them fixed. Will never go here again.

Came because of the great reviews. The gentleman seemed agitated from the moment I walked in. I hardly ever get my nails done and needed a fill. I ended up leaving before the service could take place because I am paying for a service not for someone to be rude to me. I attempted to help speed the process up because they were busy and upset the gentleman even more because I threw my trash in the wrong trash can. Im not a child and do not need an adult yelling at me especially when he did not santize or spray the table that he just used and was now telling me to sit at. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to be relaxed and get your nails done. My experience was anything but that.

If i could give mt nails no stars i would! the lady her name was Mai was so rough with my hands while i was getting a full acrylic set she made my pinky and index finger bleed with the little machine that files your nails down. and she put some kind of liquid on it and it made my fingers burn!!!! theres glue all over my fingers and im still peeling it all off, it was just terrible service, every other place ive ever gone to have been so nice and the one time i go somewhere different i regret it immediately, my nail polish is messed up and she didnt even fix it. i was soooooo not pleased with the service, my nails look horrible!!! whatever you do, do not go to mt nails!
