WOW!!! BEST NAIL SALON EVERRRR! When I tell you I have never had such an amazing experience... the customer service is astounding and their prices are very fair!!! My technician took her time and made sure my nails were perfect!! You guys just earned a loyal customer!!

Really great experience! This is my first time doing gel extension, the person doing my nails did a great job explaining. The interior is gorgeous, its a new San but definitely worth checking out! Ill definitely be back as soon as these nails grow out.

Ive gotten my nails done three times in the past two months by Patrick, who is incredibly patient, gentle, and kind despite my problematic nails and particular taste. Parking is easy and free despite its busy surroundings, and a free bottle of water is provided when you walk in the door. Ive been to many nail techs around town - this is among the best and I consider myself very lucky!

Wendy went absolutely above and beyondwith my dip manicure! She takes so much pride in her work and did an impeccable job. She even stayed late and was still talking her time, making sure she did her best work. I was thoroughly impressed and will 100% be back.

Ive been coming here since I moved to the area. Ive had a couple of the employees do my nails, and they look spectacular each and every time. They always are good about listening to what I want, and understand with the work I do, I have to keep my nails simple. I love going here!

My favorite place in town for nails almost for a year. They have incredible massage while you are having your nails done. Its amazing!

I highly recommend this place! Everyone was sweet and down to earth. They will educate you about nail care and growth. Ever since Ive been here, my nails have lasted much longer.. one time I was embarrassed because I went over a month--okay maybe 1.5 months.., however, the nail polish never lifted or chipped! They always does a bomb job on my nails, so make sure you call in advance for an appointment.

We love nail place LA. My family and I got relocated to LA for a month and finding a nail place we thought would be tough. We read reviews here and visited Nail Place - LA. We were so satisfied with our experience and only go back here to get work done. They have friendly staff, do excellent timely manicures and pedicures and are so kind. Get the additional 10 minute massage, it is so worth it!

First time using this place. I was excited based on the reviews. They charged me $75 for my daughters nails and they didnt even come out right. Some were different shapes and not the correct color. My pedicure was fine up until the technician went to paint my toes with a neon green and didnt use the white base. I was hoping that they would still dry nicely, but I was so embarrassed I tried to wait until they were dry to put my shoes back on. When I did the polish was messed up even more. So I went back for a polish change the very next day and they charged me $15 dollars. I wouldve understood if I didnt come back for a few days etc, but the next day. And I was even nice enough to tip them on the first day. Never again. Ill stick to my normal place, Avenue Nails.

Got my brows waxed. Beautiful work as always. Very peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. Really enjoy the conversation with the beaution! I am loyal to businesses that extend comfort and effort to their customers satisfaction. I will continue to visit!

I got coffin shaped with a design which took about 1.5 hours and the woman who did my nails asked me through out the process if it looked okay, did I like the way she was doing it, if I wanted to change something.. which I appreciated because not all salons do this. She executed the design I wanted perfectly & it looks the same as the reference picture I sent her. Im extremely happy with how my nails came out & on top of that they dont charge an arm and a leg!

A friend of mine had the worst experience there! When she first arrived, they cut up her cuticles and did a bad dip job. She eventually decided to call up and ask about getting it fixed. They assured her she could come in and get it fixed and get a refund as well. When she went back today, they berated her and yelled at her, accusing her of going to other places and doing the same thing. They refused to refund her. I think this is despicable from a company such as Sweet Nails & Spa!

Honestly Im beyond words right now with how my nails turned out. I came in at 11 for my appointment and I showed them how I wanted my nails to look. Little did I know she wouldnt follow the picture guideline but instead she added her own twist! My nails came out better than I ever expected. She took her time and was the funniest person to talk to and wow just an amazing person. The place is clean and people that work here are so helpful. Thank you guys for making my nails so spectacular! I will definitely be back soon!

I love this place cause it gives you more options in colors and its so beautiful inside and I love that when I got there they asked me would you like some water and I loved that part cause the other salons I have gone in the past never asked me that. And I would totally recommend coming there. I really wish I had this salon back home. I went there with my older sister yesterday. And I love my nails and how the came out. Everyone was so kind

I walked in right when they opened, and was delighted with my experience. Wendy was my nail tech, and I will be going back! Great attention to detail. My gel manicure looks perfect! I recommend springing for the additional shoulder massage with Wendy. If you like deep pressure, she is awesome, and expect more than just shoulders - back, scalp, neck, forehead. The whole deal!

I called ahead for a fill, a shape change (coffin to almond) and to fix my thumb that cracked. The ladies were extremely sweet. The shop looked very pretty and clean. There was only 1 other customer when I came in which was nice.My only complaint was it took extremely long. Almost 3 hours.. Every time the ladies would engage in conversation with each other my technician would stop to talk with others... This was frustrating because she would have to reset and refocus on my nails/move my hand in awkward positions to restart. This occurred 30+ times which made the experience feel extremely dragged out. The table is also very big so you’re slouched over the whole time trying to reach the technician. My nails came out decent but I don’t think it should’ve taken almost 3 hours especially for no designs or crystals added. (Mind you I’ve been getting nails done/filled for almost 10 years and it’s never taken this long)Side note- after I paid, the tech wouldn’t give me my card until I filled out the tip line/signature on the credit card receipt. I thought this was very odd.

I came here today for a fill, pedicure and eye brow wax. The salon was so pretty and super clean. Wendy did my pedicure and took her time, was very sweet, professional and did an amazing job. She also did my eyebrows and they look amazing. Lena did my fill in and also was so sweet, and did exactly what I asked for. My nails are beautiful. I will definitely be back here.

Made my friend wait almost 3 hours to finish her gel set. The set didn’t last a week and when my friend asked for a refund the manager yelled at her until she cried. Would not recommend.

Low staffed on weekend, and would not give you attention right off the top. They had rather sent us over to the competition next door than trying make us comfortable for the waiting.

#1 nail salon for me and I never went anywhere else, but that’s all changed for me today. Came in to get gel polish removed from ONE hand charged me $10!. Yes, they did the original nail job. Last time I came in to have both hands gel nail polish removed and they charged me $5 dollars. Greed doesn’t pay off in the end. They lost a customer for life and that’s losing more money for them in the end than what I lost today. PLUS whatever happened to the 10% on Monday through Thursday special? It’s Wednesday and it’s 3 PM. Unethical business. Getting away with greed and taking advantage of people is what causes is the root cause.

Love this place your in and out with the best care. I hardly have time so this place is perfect for those who just want a quick easy nail care with nice smiling and caring people. The best thing is I have only done walk-ins and they always welcomed me and never was I sent back (the longest I waited was 15 minutes on a Friday which was pretty good.)

Mrs. Lena took great care of me while I was there getting a fill in and a pedicure. It’s been a long time since I’ve had someone take their time and perfecting the shape of my nails. She made my nails look so natural and was extremely gentle. She’s an expert and was very pleasant while I was here. Thank you so much Mrs Lena and Sweet Nails for taking great care of me!!!!

If they mess up, and you want a refund, DONT GO HERE. Ive been a restaurant manager for 3 years and when we mess up, we own up to it and give our guest refunds. This salon does not believe in that. They will insist that they can fix your nails, only to push your appointment back and when you get tired of waiting and ask for a refund THEY WILL REFUSE YOU. They will say they dont do refunds and make you feel bad for ever asking for one.

I was looking for a new place to get my nails done and l found this amazing place! The manicurists were very attentive, gentle, and kind. They did a great and detailed job. I loved the theme of the salon,very sweet shop and decorated so pretty. Very clean and the chairs are so comfortable. My gel mani and pedi was fantastic. I plan on coming back.

Great experience over all! I was a little nervous, never had an manicure done professionally, but I walked in and they have a free spot to fit me in right away. Editing my original review after returning to get my dip manicure redone. Emily addressed my problem mani, and redid the service free of charge. She was very careful, and quite speedy. My nails look great! I really appreciate the customer service and apologies. Thanks, Sweet Nails and Spa!.....While the staff at Sweet Nails was very friendly and kind, I am sad to say I received a horrible dip mani earlier this week. The color doesnt look at all like the one I chose, there are visible wrinkles in the polish, the sides were not smoothed out properly, and my finger was cut to the point of bleeding during the mani. Additionally, I already have had a nail break due to the poor application of the dip. Its a real disappointment to leave unhappy after spending hours and money in the salon.

Everyone there was very attentive. I got a free drink while I was getting a pedicure! She did a great job considering I have really tiny toes and tinier toe nails! It wasnt the awkward silence that you sometimes get with services like this. She was very personable and I felt very comfortable with her from the get-go!

Best pedicure I have ever had!! I felt so pampered! Heat wraps on the legs were an added bonus! Loved it! The ladies were really nice!

One employee set up the water in the bowl, but it took a while for someone else to come start the pedicure for me. The employee did apologize, did a good job, and took her time. It was my first time here and pedi. The only complaint I have is I didn’t get my 10% off being a first time customer but still tipped 25% anyhow and had the organic pedi done, the more pricey one.

Wendy is great! Had a pedicure. My toes are beautiful & the massage she did was great 👍! I will be coming back for sure.

I always receive the best service and my nails and feet always look perfect. The staff at the front is always friendly and helpful. And you can even sip wine while being serviced. Best nail salon in town, come try them out and you won’t be regret.

My wife has been getting her nails done here for a couple of years now. They do a great job every time you really treat her well. Its a little bit expensive probably not above-average and price compared to lots of other places in town. I always have a bottle of water and something to eat available if you want.

I visited this nail salon for the first time yesterday and was very pleased with my nails. I got SNS and they did a great job. I will definitely be going back to her. This is by far the best SNS nails Ive ever had.

Very inconsistent in shape, and not well done. Website said nails were 30$ but price was 60$ and this job is not worth that price by a long shot. Seemed like she was rushing to get it done. She did not wrap the tips of the nail or file them smooth. I will not be recommending this place, definitely a disappointment. If I could refund these I would.EDIT: only after a week or so the nails started breaking off

This is my first time ever doing a review here on Google, but I had to do one for my first time here at this amazing nail salon! The service was great. Everyone greeted me here with a smile and it was so welcoming. Unlike other nail salons, they use disposable nail files, buffers, and for pedicures. This nail salon was clean, which is a must, and had a modern decor which was very nice! They give you complimentary water upon entry and my favorite part was the huge selection of services available. I am sure to return!

I would NOT recommend you to go here if you want any sort of design. I was told they couldn’t do the original design that I wanted but that’s not the reason for my rating. The second design that I showed was a SIMPLE French tip. I ended up walking out with half white nails. HALF WHITE. Definitely not worth $60 at all, I only got a full set they didn’t even do a manicure like I asked. I’m so frustrated in how they turned out, I had high hopes for this place after reading the reviews but I will not be returning.

My nails look like someone who has no training whatsoever did them. They started chipping ONE day after I got them done. They are all different lengths and shapes and they truly look horrible I would never recommend this nail salon to anyone. Complete waste of money.

Explaining prices before service, treating customers equally such as offering drinks, and not showing disdain towards customers who explore/change options would be a good start to improve this establishment. The staff appeared unamused when me and my girlfriend decided to do gel manicures and classic toes. We chose the exact same service, but it was not executed similarly. We were not offered any refreshments, but noticed others in the salon received that privilege. This was our first time visiting and was informed that we were going to receive %15 off our purchase. We in fact, did not. I was also charged the gel price for my classic pedicure. They also asked what we were going to tip. I honestly could have done the same job quicker, nicer, and for way less money. I will not revisit this sweet salon again.

The atmosphere is so positive there and the employees are so nice.The woman that did my nails was fast and very skilled. I showed her a picture of the nails I wanted and she knew exactly what to do and got straight to work. Overall, I recommend this salon. I will definitely be returning back.

I’ve been here a few times and have always had great experiences! The staff is so nice and get you seated immediately. I got a shellac manicure from Jennifer today, and she was fantastic! Gentle and paid very close attention to detail, even though I wasn’t getting anything too intricate. That was awesome.There is plenty of room, and it’s a clean environment, which I also appreciate immensely. I’ll definitely be back!

They even have a loyalty program for frequent visits! They can get busy on fridays, which is understandable but they will call or text you when your spot is ready. Jennifer did my pedicure today and she was wonderful- I almost fell asleep during the leg massage and my toes look amazing. The new location is fancy but the prices are unbeatable. This place is super clean and have so many polish colors it’s overwhelming but I rather have more options then not enough. I love this salon and I don’t plan on going anywhere else.

Amazing service!!! Everyone who works there is so nice, amazing, and very talented. Lady did my pedicure and did amazing job. I only waited for about 5 minutes which was very nice, and the environment is very relaxing. Additionally, the staff offers refreshments, making the nail spa very lovely.

Ive been visiting for about a year now and generally walk in or call when Im on my way with no problem. Ive had a lot of different nail techs but unlike other places that Ive been to Im never worried who I may get as Ive always had a good experience in the past. My manicure and pedicure are always look great and maze. Highly recommended!

The positive: ladies were nice, the store was clean and nicely decorated.Aside from that, it was very impersonal and rushed. My little girls nail polish took forever to dry and kept getting messed up so I ended up just asking them to remove it. The lady that did my nails forgot to put my top coat on my gel, so I had to point out that it was needed. My gel was lumpy and uneven but my moms came out nice.I didnt like not having a detailed itemization of costs prior to being charged. Didnt feel like the cost was worth the value received. The place was clean and nice inside. This visit was for my wedding, unfortunately, I wasnt impressed and wont return.

The staff is friendly but the drying bar are strips of LED lights 🙄 your polish will not dry. My paint messed up after over a hour of sitting waiting to dry. My friends polish never dried 😭 after patiently sitting over 8 hours on the couch waking up to a dewy messed up set 🥺

From the moment you walk in, you can feel the great atmosphere and energy in there. I had a manicure and pedicure done, and it was the best I ever had. The service was top notch for me and my sisters. I didnt feel trapped in a small room, and it didnt smell either. I will be coming back with friends.

Just came here last Saturday with my best friend. We love his place. Friendly staff and super clean atmosphere. I got a pedi and was in and out a little over an hour. Definitely the place to go from now on. Also, the owner is really friendly!

This is my favorite place to go of all time. Even though I live north I still drive down south just to come here. Their customer service is simply terrific, the shop is always clean, & their selection of colors is out of this world- they have more colors than you know even existed. They make every customer that walks through the door feel so special.

It was a wonderful experience as always. Lynn gave me a beautiful manicure and pedicure. In the past Wendy has also given me a very nice pedicure. Everyone is friendly and, although walk-ins are welcome, I usually make an appointment so I can be sure to get Lynn as my nail technician. Worst nail job I have ever gotten. I wish i could post pictures. The person did my tips so thin they bent and chipped. I had to cut them back and repaint them myself. Asked for a simple design and finished nails looked like a five year old did it. Took over four hours to do my hands and feet... and when i got home i washed my hands and the paint smudged all the way off.This place also advertises they offer cold beverages, they never offered me or anyone i was with if they wanted a drink, three hours later i asked for some water. I will never return & I most certainly would never recommend friends or family to go here either.

I went I to get my old Acrylic nails removed. I had two 5 year old with me. I almost didnt go because I didnt know how behaved the girls would be. The tech who remove the acrylic was fast and did a great job, all while another gal who worked there was entertaining the little girls I brought. They made us all feel very welcome and I will definitely be back!

Linda always does an amazing!!! I can always get an appointment when I need it and I’m never disappointed!
