Moved to Austin and was looking for a new nail place that could do nail art. Found them on IG and saw that it was a brand new place. They have 2 places in Austin. The staff is very friendly and my nail tech Gina slayed my New Year nails. She has been doing nails and nails art for over 30 years. I showed her a picture and she did exactly what I wanted. She is a perfectionist which I love. If you live in Austin, you should try this nail bar!

They just opened 3 weeks ago so Ill say they might be working out kinks. Could mu polish and massage been better? Yes. But I gave the feedback (nicely) and will do so here as well.The place is CLEAN. Sanitation was great. The decor was CUTE. The girls were so nice. They had lots of gel polish colors to choose from. They make all of their own pedi soaks and wrap your feet in essential oil hot towels.It was great. And you can go shoe shopping when youre done!

I booked a gel mani and side by side with my mom. I booked 3 weeks ago my appointment make sure there was availability. I spoke with Sandra who is a supervisor. She not only cancelled my appointment against my wishes but called me rude and argumentative. All because I told her what I booked was different then what I got scheduled for. Sandra pretends that if the appointment is not what you booked to be quiet and not say anything. The moment you correct the error you are rude and argumentative. I told her I did not want her to cancel my appointment and she said she had the right to do that and refuse service. No wonder this nail bar had terrible reviews. Then she hung up on me. If the founders of the nail bar knew how she treat customers they would be surprised and embarrassed by how unprofessional she is. The way she acted and made me feel worthless makes me think she has no one supervises how she treats customers because i got the feeling that she did not care about acting the way she did.

Wow! I am so glad I found this place. It is always clean, staff is extremely friendly, and Sandra always executes the designs perfectly. See attached pictures. You can’t go wrong with this place. They take their time to make sure you’re satisfied and are better-priced than anywhere else I have found in Austin. Give them a try; you won’t be disappointed. I thought this salon was awesome. Really cool to see new changes to a mainstay store like DSW. Gina did my nails and she is incredible. She is so talented, creative, and lovely to be around. I highly recommend checking this place out for a great manicure (my x-gel nails still look fantastic, 2 weeks later) or try a pedicure. The couches look perfect for friend groups or going with your family.

Really wanted to like this place. I scheduled a lulu manicure and told the tech my cuticles were really bad. She really didnt listen to me and said she could remove the skin with a solution instead of clipping them. My cuticles were still bad after the manicure. I got my manicure on Thursday for a party I was hosting on Saturday. By the end of my party all of the polish was lifting. I think it was because she had me use a scrub. The scrub felt great, but I dont think she removed it well enough before painting my nails. The polish lifted off in sheets. The tech was nice and the place is clean and pretty. Just wished my manicure would have lasted more than a day. And its $32 for a regular manicure which is steep.

Cute but service was ok. I went to try this place out because I got the promo email, and it was just ok. I never knew the name of the lady that brought me back. It took her an hour to just paint my nails. (No gel) I left with nail polish still on my skin... I would just recommend to managers you get a service done from the service provider. The lady who did my nails also pulled a tool out of her pocket and used it on me.. just seemed like an off time for the girl I had.

Charged me as much for a gel manicure and regular pedicure at the nail salon I go to religiously in Houston for just a gel manicure. I got my nails done with gels there on Saturday and they are already are chipped when it is Tuesday; they were supposed to last at least two weeks. Not worth the value for how much they charge.Update: They did five out of ten of my nails free of charge. We shall see if they will last two weeks like they assured me in the original appointment. Do not think I will be returning because they charge way too much for the value that they provide.
