I came here for myBirthday with my girlfriend and family, and was treated like a king. Monica was awesome she exceeded my expectations with a design I wanted on my fingernails. The intricacy and detail of 3 smiley faces on one thumbnail was unbelievable. Love this place. Always coming back!

I am new in town and needed to find a new nail salon. I found it!! I have been twice now and both times were excellent, however I will definitely be making my appointments. They did a flawless job on my SNS. The shape is perfect, no lumps or uneven spots, and the color powder was done evenly so there are no light patches. These are all things that I pay attention to and drive me crazy! They also waxed my eyebrows and did a fantastic job. 10 stars, will continue to going here, no question about it!

I have been doing my nails here over a year, and they do a great job. Best nail salon in the area. They are quick and efficient, and parking is easy. My manicurist is amazing. She comes up with great designs and executes them flawlessly. I am very picky about my nail shape and she files them just the shape I like. She also helps me pick the color each time (which is helpful when you are feeling indecisive). Recommend!

The facility was clean and efficient. The manicure and pedicure are reasonably solid. In particular, the gel manicure looks good, but the polish on my toes could be better, especially around the edges. I would have rated a 4 but they wouldn’t honor any of the 10% discounts advertised on the website and on the day I visited, I met all three alleged criteria (new customer, UT student and birthday), which I found to be unprofessional.

Stores closes at 9pm I came in at 7:55pm lady was rushing from the start . So much in a hurry she forgot to charge for my design and decided she wanted to put my design over the part she messed up horrible experience and this was the first nail shop i decided to try in Austin. All she had to do was remove one colored nail so she cut them all off which I told her to do and ask for a refund . If you didn’t have time to do what I wanted could’ve just told me to come back another day

They always do a great job here! I would suggest calling before heading in because they always seem to be busy. With that said, Ive never had an issue getting helped right away or after a short 10 minute wait. Highly recommend!

I get my nails dipped and a pedicure usually every two weeks. I have always had a pleasant experience here. The staff in the front is very friendly and organized. The salon is very clean and has a nice vibe. I dont go to anyone specific, as all the techs have been great! . Thave a nice reward system and a discount, which is totally an added plus!

The manager did my white gel manicure & it is honestly one of the best white gel manicures Ive gotten. The white is so opaque w/ color. She did a great job taking her time & making sure I was happy with the shape & how the color looked.

Listen to your customer. I asked before entering the salon if they had someone who was good at removing heavy cuticle. Before I could finish my sentence the older lady that greeted me and my party that they do. I informed the lady doing my pedicure to get my cuticles and she looked at me with an angry look and I said I know what I am doing. She did not! I asked for a design on my big toe before she started.. when I looked she had painted my toe. I reminded her I wanted a design and she looked at me as if I had not already informed her of this. She did not remove all of the polish from my toe and proceeded to do a horrible design. The lady that did my manicure didnt touch my cuticles and used an old polish that she had to keep putting nail remover in to make it thin. Needless to say the polish would not dry and I had to end up getting her to remove the polish and just put on clear. I DO NOT recommend this salon and WILL NEVER go here again. We paid extra forour mani and pedi and did not receive any of what we paid for. 😡😡😡

My friend got her nails done here and look absolutely awful. She was charged 90$ for ombré nails that weren’t even blended. When she went back for a refund they refused to fix them! I would not go here.

Ive been coming here for 3 years and the only place thats does an amazing job. Ive tried other places in downtown and the service is not the same. Even on busy days, they still take the time needed with every client. I go to the manager for my mani and any nail designs since shes the pro. She is great and gives the best foot massage. Everyone here is awesome!

My first visit to Luxury nails and spa and was given a warm greeting upon arrival. They were ready to begin servicing me right at my scheduled appointment time. Throughout the entire process which included two technicians servicing me simultaneously, one performing the manicure and the other the pedicure, I inquired what the differences was between a regular Mani Pedi and a deluxe Mani Pedi. Each tech calmly and thoroughly explained the differences and also recommended and sampled colors, patterns and designs for nail art etc. The whole process ran smoothly. Even as I explained my reservations with having a bad experience elsewhere using gel nail polish which is set using a UV light of sorts she even retrieved a UV light device to show me that it was safe and secure. At the end of my session I was given ten percent off for my upcoming birthday and was exited with gratitude with the only exception being not even eight hours after returning home did one of my nails polish come halfway off. I was told that the gel polish doesnt chip and lasted longer than regular polish. I will return today to inquire whether someone can fix it hopefully free of charge as the wear of the polish hadnt even exceeded a whole twenty four hour period. All in all I would recommend this establishment to others given the fact that I dont believe the mishap I experienced was anywhere near done intentionally for repeat service.Update: Upon returning to the spa today which was the day after I received services I entered and asked to speak to a manager and she quickly came to assist me. I retrieved my receipt but was told it wasnt needed because she remembered me from yesterday. That alone solidified or at least made me feel seen, heard and validated. Knowing that I wasnt just another face being rushed in and out like a revolving door speaks to the attentiveness and rapport the staff at luxury nails and spa strives to develop with their clientele. Given that SOME establishments can service someone for months even years and never know the names of their repeat customers let alone a first timer like me. I explained my delimma and was accommodated immediately and without any additional charge. Same degree of service and left with the same initial degree of satisfaction. Will definitely be a returning client in the future. 😉

My favorite spot for a pedicure. Staff is always helpful and attentive. This location is in a plaza which makes parking convenient. The staff is currently wearing gloves and mask. I always leave satisfied with the service. My feet are always super soft after leaving this location. They also offer drinks, Ive never had my nails done at this location but they seem to do nice work on nails as well.

The first time I came in I got a dip manicure and my nails looked amazing! All of their dip powder colors are in a binder, which makes it so much easier to look through than the traditional rings. When I chose a color, the tech informed me the color I chose wouldnt come out like the sample because the shipment they received was a little off she offered to test the color I chose or help me pick a new one which I really appreciated. My nails turned it fantastic and she did them in a timely manner.

I was in town for 1 month on business and knew that I would need to get my nails done a few times. In advance, I shopped around, reading reviews online and decided to give This Place a shot. They were amazing! Just like the salons Im used to, back home in NY. Theyre prices are great, the service was excellent and my nails looked amazing -- will definitely return next time Im in town!

This place is always absolutely amazing. Never had a bad manicure here. I work nearby and they can always accommodate me at lunch or after work. One time I got a specialized design on my nails for Coachella and a Vegas bachelorette party and they turned out AMAZING! I am pretty sure the manicurists name was Jen? I could be wrong.

Wow...wow...wow... words what can I say what words could I describe. I was in the shop it’s very clean, the tools are sanitary, great service and the people are so friendly. I do recommend y’all try. Vicky, she’s my technician. I am very pleased with her work.

My polish chipped immediately (so did my daughter’s) and then my finger swelled up, throbbing with pain after being cut by the technician. My finger then oozed with pus and I had to go on an antibiotic. Steer clear of this place. This photo is after undergoing antibiotics and finally starting to heal. Not pretty.

Anna did an amazing job with my nails! She was very detail oriented and so sweet. I highly recommend her!

I went in at 6:40 pm ish pm because online it says that they close at 9 pm and the lady tells me that she can do my service. Halfway into getting my nails done, they turn away a customer because they actually close at 7 pm. The lady doing my nails was rushing and she did an absolute disastrous job. Definitely not worth $55. My cuticles weren’t pushed back, the nail shape was uneven and the lengths of each nail was different, the monomer being used felt oily and sticky and she didn’t polish all of the nail. Worst of all, she didn’t sanitize after the girl before me. Never going back again.

First time there, I showed them a picture from Pinterest of what I wanted for the manicure and it came out beautiful. I chose the base color powder and she chose the rest. I trusted her with letting her do her thing and I wasnt disappointed. I keep staring at my nails because of how beautifully they turned out.

Great experience and made me want to return. Smiles on everyones faces and lots of offers to assist with everything. I will be returning with friends.

I wanted a eyebrow wax & recieced one. But my eyebrows could have came out a lot better .. both of my eyebrows looked completely different. She was nice but I wasnt satisfied . I would not recommend for eyebrow waxing.

I really like this place! I got the Spa Pedicure and they do a great job with scrubs, massage, oil with warm rocks, wax peels. So relaxing, I dont do this on a regular and so for a newbie I now know where to go when I need a little pampering.

This place is amazing!! The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Honestly the best pedicure I have ever had. I got gel polish on my nails and the pedicure. This one included a mask for your legs and longer massage for your feet. My feet are so soft and it was very relaxing.

From being disappointed from my current nail salon I decided to start looking for different options and came across this place. I saw the reviews and decided to give them a try and Im glad I did. All reviews are absolutely correct and this will be my nail salon going forward. Lady did my nails and she was amazing and truly asked me questions to understand what I wanted and ensured I was ok during my time there. I plan to only come here for my manicures from this point on.

I spent the better part of three days searching for a reasonably priced salon in the neighborhood that offered a simple pedicure. I looked on Google for reviews, called a few different locations, and finally decided on this place thanks to their good reviews and reference to good pricing. This nail salon reopened on June 1. Had a manicure and pedicure there today. Was very happy with the services and cleanliness (masks, wipe down of equipment, face shields, etc.). Looking forward to resuming my regular appointments at this location.

The lady that did my nails was on the phone most of the time. the design she made was horrible looking. the lady cut my hand several times. My nails are cut unevenly and they have little hairs in them. she was annoyed because i was talking to my friend and looking at a cute guy! Never going there again

Luxury Nails & Spa is where my favorite nail tech of all time works. I have been going to Lynn for more than 15 years and thrilled that she is now working at Luxury Nails and Spa at Barton Creek Mall. I dont live in Austin anymore but always try to book an appointment with Lynn whenever I am in town. She is truly THE BEST and the business is beautiful, clean, professional, and the service is great.

I have been coming here since grand opening. The staff welcomes me by name, and they are great! The place is clean and friendly, with tons of service choices. I get regular Pedicure. It it felt like a super super deluxe. I recommend come here for a pedi and you wont be going anywhere else.

Good customer service but not great communication or work. My boyfriend was supposed to get a deluxe manicure including gel and he didn’t even get any color. I got my acrylics done but she said it would be 75$ for a simple design and to take the previous ones on though it said 45$ for a full set on the menu. Then she put more acrylic on top of existing ones and it made my nails very bulky. She also got not only the acrylic on my skin but the gel nail polish. It’s very sloppy work. She also added gloss on top though I wanted matte finish. She left little hairs in my nails as well, she wasn’t very meticulous and paid very little attention to detail. Some people there were very nice but just a bad experience. I hope that this doesn’t go for all customers. This place is very over priced and I wouldn’t recommend.

I am pleasantly surprised at how well they take care of their customers. The atmosphere is chic and sophisticated. They have plenty staff so they are still able to accommodate you with a full house. Their prices are reasonable, definitely coming back!

I finally found an excellent nail salon! I love how clean the place is. I met the owne, she was the sweetest thing. They have a wide variety of polish which I love because Im always trying to switch it up. Love this place!

Its better to call them for an appointment because they are busy all the time. Ive done some walkins around midday during the week and theyll accept you but after 5 and on the weekends they are busy, busy. Parking around that place is hard so try and get there a few minutes early so you can wait for someone to leave. Overall its a great place and they do a wonderful job.

I am so happy this place reopened under new management! It has been completely remodeled and is beautiful and classy. I have been seeing Anna for pedicures for over 10 years. She is the only person I have ever found who knows how to properly care for my toenails which tend to become ingrown if not in check. Vicky does my SNS and always does a fabulous job.

The lovely new Luxury Nails & Spa replaced the Day Spa that was previously in this location outside of Nordstrom. Fortunately, my technician Anna, who worked for the previous owner, and has done my nails for over 14 years, is working at the new Luxury Nails & Spa!! You can trust Anna to make your nails look perfect! The spa is beautiful, bright and clean and offers many services. Anna books up fast so it might be good to call for an appointment with her.

The new Luxury Nail and Day Spa is top notch, clean, relaxing and a great value. Lynn is incredible and very thorough and does not rush through your service. I would highly Lynn and this day spa, you will not regret it!

Ive only gotten pedicures here, and its been super relaxing and all of the ladies are really nice. My pedicures actually last me a minimum of 3 weeks, which is awesome. Price is great also.

I mean...it wasnt great but wasnt the absolute worst i guess. I got a full set with gel polish. Itll work for a last minute set but they just take a lot of short-cuts with shaping, the nails are super thick and kinda gross looking now that Im looking at them longer...., and the shapes of the nails dont match super well between each finger. Now, Im not boujee by any means but this experience isnt worth another try for me.

Wanted to try out some place new so I went in for a manicure and pedicure. What a mistake!!!! The manicure was fine however, I told the pedicurist to be careful with my ingrown toenails. She said she would be careful. While using an instrument to remove skin she was very forceful which hurt me. Not ONCE but TWICE. In addition, something was applied that caused a burning sensation through my toes. I have never experienced the sensation at other salons I have visited. Left very UNHAPPY with the treatment. Several weeks later I removed the polish to let my nail breathe only to discover that ALL my nails were covered in scaly white patches that looked foul and unsightly. When I went back to show the pedicurist what had happened and all she said was that I had left the polish on for to long. I told her I had left polish on for much longer and have never experienced this before. I asked to speak to the manager to address a potential sanitary issue but was told she was out for the day. I left my contact information hoping she would get back to me right away. A week has passed and still no response. Really had great expectations given how many good reviews this salon has but sadly this will be the first and LAST time I visited this business.

Cute little shop right next to Coffee Shop! I was too indecisive for colors so I didnt get my nails done but the deluxe pedicure was EVERYTHING. Wen definitely did her thing! I felt so relaxed afterwards. I will be back for a pedicure and maybe I can make a decision on color and get my nails done!

This salon is new and they’ve done a beautiful job with the decor. Such a clean and lovely space. Ann’s manicures and pedicures are the best I’ve had. She is a perfectionist and spends the necessary time to ensure everything is just right.

Visiting from out of state and went here to get a pedicure, my girl friends cousin also got a mens mani pedi, Im super picky about my nails but they were absolutely wonderful, took us as their last appointments of the day, super friendly and really good at what they do! Would highly recommend.

I went in for SNSMy nails look like a 12 year old did them..Aside from getting SNS all over my cuticles, they are all shaped differently some rounded some pointed, the polish is matte, not shiny, I think there was a step that was not done to cure the SNS and make them shiny. And to top it all off the color was completely different than the sample nail! Maybe because they were not done correctly?Laughable that they could look so bad!Needless to say, only going back to ask for a refund but will never get my nails done here again.

I started seeing Lynn several years ago. Not only does she take wonderful care of my special needs but she is a very personable tech who is a treat to be around. I am able to text her to make appointments...sometimes even at the last minute...and always feel like I am being taken care of by a friend. I cant recommend her enough!

Anna recently did all chrome nails for me and Vickie did a matching chrome pedicure. The owner, Holly is very friendly and has brought a premium experience to an convenient location just outside of Nordstrom. I highly recommend you try them out and enjoy some me time or bring your bestie for some pampering!

Ann at Luxury Nails and Spa at Barton Creek Square Mall gave me a manicure/Pedicure today and she was very personable and professional. She gave me an excellent mani/pedi and I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep. The salon was very clean and quiet. The owner introduced herself and was genuinely concerned that you were satisfied with your experience. I will definitely return on a routine basis.

If I could i would put a 0⭐️ Because of how awful my nails look, they are bulky, uneven, the bottoms look disgusting, cut me me multiple times and the lady was rushing through the whole time. May i also add that my friend got a snowflake on her nail and it looks like a blind person did it. And may I add one more thing that the technician that did my nails was on her phone half the time she was doing my nails, making it seem like she was not paying attention to my nails and that why they look the way they do.

When I arrived, I waited at the counter for awhile before anyone noticed I was there and started getting nervous that theyd turn me away. But, of course, it didnt happen. I recommend call ahead because IT IS a very busy place.
