This is definitely a Five Star operation, focused on safety and amazing work. I have only been to the location at the Arboretum, near the Cheesecake Factory, but Ill be checking the other locations out in the future and updating my review soon.I have my fingernails dipped every four weeks, which means theyre coated with a hard gel, that keeps my nails looking great every day. They also have a zillion colors, many with matching toenail polish.I am constantly complimented on how beautiful my nails are (even up to right before they need to be redone!) and I havent had a single broken nail since I started coming here last year. Not one!The pedicures are pure heaven, as well, and they dont mind if you ask for special treatment. Theres even an option for additional massage! Who wouldnt want that, right?Theyre friendly, efficient, very affordable, and its easy to get an appointment. The atmosphere is also so pleasant, I want to hang out a few minutes longer.Another very important thing that they do here - my gold- standard in a nail salon, is they speak English, rather than talking amongst themselves in their own foreign language, alienating the customer.I highly recommend Organic Nails, and I know youll love them, too!

THE BEST place in Austin for nails! I used to go to a place off of Parmer and I was so tired of not being satisfied with my nails. I popped into this place and I am so glad I did! Their prices are SO reasonable and the are the nicest friendliest people. I was there past closing time and I not once felt rushed. They also are taking COVID precautions very seriously. This was my second time there and I will keep going back. I HIGHLY recommend this spot!

This is truly the best nail salon I’ve ever gone to. I have never had so many consecutive sets of nails be such high quality and they were all done by different people at the salon. I typically get dip with nail extensions and they have lasted me 3 week, not a single one has lifted, AND this is all while I moved apartments. Incredible service, highly skilled technicians, couldn’t be happier

I had an unfortunate experience at Organic Nails. I had SNS/dip nails done there, and they came out very thick and ugly. What upset me the most was that the technician rubbed a chrome colored powder on top of my nails (for an iridescent finish) and afterwards told me it was $20 extra.... $20!!! That powder is literally $1 on Amazon. It just didnt seem right to tell me after I already it had already been applied. I wish they had informed me of the extra cost while I was choosing my color.I left the salon disappointed, and immediately went to a nearby salon to have them remove & fix my nails.I visited Organic Nails because they have good Google reviews. The staff is friendly, but my nails did not look good.

Over a year I didn’t get a pedicure. The Deluxe pedicure was amazing, everything I wanted and needed. I love how they time themselves and she did go over a bit but it’s better than not getting a full experience!

I got a pedicure + gel polish here and the price was reasonable and the polish looks great. Ill definitely be going back.

Ive gone to this nail shop several times. Usually I get SNS nails here and a standard pedicure. All my experiences have been very pleasant and positive. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. I usually call ahead to schedule an appointment, so Im not sure how they operate when you just walk in. Overall, I would recommend giving this salon a try!

This salon is well maintained and beautiful — I have been so pleased with my experiences here! There are nail salons slightly closer to me, but you really can’t beat the quality for the price at Organic Nails & Lash Spa. The staff is professional and kind and I leave loving how my nails look. I had my first brow tinting experience here as well and I loved how they turned out. The drink options are a wonderful touch as well. Thank you for a relaxing experience where I truly felt pampered!

For some time I had been looking for a place that met my expectations and I finally found it. The environment is pleasant and super clean. The staff are very responsive and professional. And my nails have never been so perfect.

Tammy was amazing! Took her time to make sure my nails were even and thin, which is sometimes hard to get with the dip manicure. Definitely will be returning!

It was my first time ever getting my nails done yesterday (SNS). Walked in & was greeted, worked on quickly, the tech was super friendly and she made me feel very comfortable, my nails came out AMAZING. The establishment was SUPER clean. I could tell she really took the time with my nails. I will returning again & recommending people. I wish I had asked for her name but she had a white and black stripped dress, she is THE BEST. Thanks to all the staff. Five Stars forever!

I never leave reviews so this is saying something. Let me preface this by saying that I have pretty bad anxiety and struggle to relax sometimes. My hands can be tense and most people who have done my nails have been very understanding.I’ve been to this shop three times. The first two times were pleasant. The women did a great job and they were very friendly, despite my inability to relax my hands.I just left this store for the third time feeling very upset and dejected. The gentleman with the dark hair and glasses who did my nail was very rude and honestly kind of mean. I mentioned that I struggled to relax my hands and he continued to get angrier with me. His behavior included loud sighs, eye rolling, backing away from the table to glare at me, and slamming his tools down on the table. He had someone else finish the job for him. The massage that he gave at the end was also painful, almost as if he was purposely hitting me hard out of frustration. Frankly, my shoulders still hurt. He did a good job with my nails but he made me feel terrible. By the end of my session, I just wanted to cry and my mood had completely shifted to a negative one.The work that they do here is good enough, but I won’t be returning. I refuse to sacrifice my comfort and happiness for a job quality that I could get elsewhere. I encourage anyone who feels similar to find somewhere else as well. I’ve never been treated this way at any other nail salon and I was nothing by nice to the gentleman, trying to offer sympathetic smiles and apologizing profusely when I couldn’t relax. I even tipped him 16% despite his attitude, because I wanted to be the bigger person.All that said, I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere next time.

I did love the couple of times i had gotten my nails done here but recently went and my nails lasted 8 days at best. They looked pretty good but were not durable at all. I went and had them fix one that popped off but then the next day....4 more popped off...i was so disappointed. Normally nails will last me 3 weeks. They were nice about it but i dont want to be inconvenienced with having to go back so soon to fix my nails...its time ...money....and i had plans to have these nails through the holidays and unfortunately my nails looked hideous!!!!

This is my favorite nail shop. I will only get dip manicure from Ellen. She is the absolute best. She is going on vacation for 5 weeks as of 12/31. Go try her, you will be hooked like me.

These ladies working here are friendly and yet talented. I’ve had my French tip Sns done here many times and never had any problems. My last set lasted over 6 weeks. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed.

This is honestly one of the best salons Ive been to! They really take their time with their customers and are very friendly. Ive had many manicures and pedicures from them; both acrylic and regular. They offer an array of awesome services and will make you feel like royalty! Not to mention their work is absolutely gorgeous, especially with acrylic and dip, I was even featured on their Facebook page once! Each time Ive gone Ive gotten exceptional customer service they are always willing to help and are always looking for feedback, I really love this place and would recommend it to anyone in the arboretum area. I recently had a nail emergency lol, and they were able to assist me promptly even though I got in right before closing which I really appreciated. Definitely check this place out if youre in the area!!

I recently moved to Austin a few months ago, and I have tried virtually every salon in the area and in the Domain. This is by far the BEST nail salon I have found. It is extremely sterile and clean, parking is generally pretty easy to find, and the staff is very friendly (I’ve had four different people at this point). My gel manicure lasted days longer than it usually does and I have to mention the prices are lower than any other I have visited. So happy I found this place in my new city!

Needed a SNS removal and new set and decided to take a gamble and walk in after work on a Sunday. They were able to get me seated immediately and my nails were done pretty quickly. They did a great job and I was very happy with the end result. Wasnt expecting the massage at the end but it was a nice surprise!

The salon looks very modern and is extremely clean. All the products are of very good quality. The employees take the time to give you a nice manicure/pedicure. I had the best manicure I ever had by the man who works there. He took a little bit longer but the result was fantastic!

Such wonderful and attentive stuff! My gel pedicures always last AND they even write down the color brand / number you used for you for a 14-day guarantee (or if you are like me: not sure if to change it up, but cannot remember which one it was). A glass of sparkling wine to go with all of the above makes me wish there was a 6th star I could add.

I can’t rave enough about how amazing my first visit here was! Lyn was my nail tech and she is a perfectionist!! I would go into detail about my experience but just know I am one of the pickiest people about my nails and I am EXTREMELY HAPPY! Without a doubt will only come here!!

My set only lasted two days before a nail just popped off while I was walking around. I was not rough with it or anything and it just popped off. I expected them to last much longer.Edit: it’s been a week and I’ve had 3 nails pop off, not break but completely pop off. I get they have an insurance policy with the nails but I’m not going back 3 times in one week to fix my nails.

Me and my mom are from out of town and came here for two pedicures and one dip. While here i lost my james avery anklet and came back the next day to see if they by chance had it. They held onto it for me and had it there when i came in looking for it. The customer service is amazing and they’re all very sweet ladies.

Literally two days in and over half of my shellac nails have chipped, never had that happen before. This is after I had to go in 15 minutes after leaving for 3 other chipped nails, super disappointing as I am traveling and was counting on them lasting a few weeks :(
