Don’t even bother making an appointment. They’ll take walk-ins before you and ask you to wait 30 min past your appt time. And don’t expect anyone to acknowledge you when you walk in either. Extremely unprofessional, rude and unapologetic.

Yesterday I did gel pedicure here and it was very good, I like the quality, I can rate it with 5 stars and also left good tips.Today I had brazilian and half legs waxing and unfortunately I can’t rate it more than 3 stars. Brazilian waxing is on the very sensitive area, but the girl who did it for me pushed SO HARD on me while applying waxing stripe. There was much more pain from applying this piece on the wax than from removing. Also she left a lot of hair on the inner part, I told her at least 2 times that I want Brazilian, which means take off ALL hair. Also, yesterday girls said that the price for Brazilian+half legs is 57$, but today the girl charged me extra 10$ for removing hair from the inner butt area. What?! Omg.. I was so tired from this procedure, that I didn’t argue about it, paid and left just 10% tips. Usually I sleep during the waxing, but today it was a headache.Legs by the way done bad too.I have a huge request to owner - could you please provide employee with single-use gloves? I don’t think that making waxing in bikini area with naked hands is hygienic.

I refuse to even give 1 star but had to just to post my review. It is beyond me how this place has a 4.6 rating. My nails werent soaked b4 starting my $40 powder mani. The guy Ken began to use an electrical sander to my nails b4 powder dipping them but not b4 he cut my unsoaked and uncut cuticles TWICE!! The customer service was so bad. Attitude does not even begin to describe it. I had to ask for lotion and treatment for my cut fingers. I cant even get into how bad the pedi was so thanks for nothing Nikki. They didnt even clean underneath my nails. JUST AWFUL!!!! Save your money and go somewhere else. I could do a better job MYSELF!

I had been to this salon a few times for mani/pedi’s and liked my experience. However, the first time I came in for a gel set, I left pretty unhappy. First the guy doing my nails talked me into uv powder when I really wanted a regular uv gel, but he kept insisting so I gave in, thinking he worked better with powder or for whatever reason, that it was better for my nails. He then layed On the powder mix really thick, I told him I didn’t want it that thick and he said wait til I’m done. When he completed filing/ sanding down my nails he asked if I liked and I pointed out they we’re still quite thick and that I had asked for square shape but the shape on some of them was odd or uneven. He got an attitude and “fixed them”. Long story short, I left with a couple nails still unevenly shaped, bc even after I pointed it out, he ignored what I was saying. I felt like he was rushing through and had attitude bc I wanted my nails a certain way. Later, looking at my nails I realized that my pointer finger nail is crooked & he never fully took off the dark nail polish from my nails before laying down the uv powder gel(which makes it look like one of my nails is dirty underneath). Customer service In this salon leaves SO much to be desired. I won’t return here for my fill, I will find a salon that wants their customers to leave happy with the service they are paying for. I’m extremely unhappy with my experience here, as well as the way my nails look.Edit: update- I went to get my nails filled at a different salon. I explained to them that the guy who did my nails told me he used “uv powder gel” .. he mixed a liquid with a powder and then “cured” it under a uv lamp. They looked very confused. I told them it honestly just looked like acrylic but he has me put them under the uv light to cure. The tech who did my nails took off the polish & told me it was acrylic that was on my nails. So, not only did the guy from pristine do a terrible job, didn’t listen to what I wanted, but he also lied to me about what he was using & insisted that it was still gel. Won’t return here ever again.

When I walked in no one greeted me and then I initially wanted a full set and pedicure, full set came out so bad guy does not know how to take direction then still want to be charging 50 for a full set that they can’t even do well very mediocre I left very unsatisfied and didn’t even want the pedicure anymore mind you it’s christmas Eve never going to this place again and they are low key racist barely acknowledged the black people and was so quick to run and jump for the white ppl as they came in . I believe we have the same kind of money we should all be treated equally.
