THEY GAVE ME FOOT FUNGUS !!!I went in for a quick pedi but two days later the nail polish was peeling and I realized my heel was very hard and started to peel and burn. I didn’t see her clean any of the equipment and I should have payed closer attention . I have never had this happen before … DO NOT COME HERE !!

So my husband took me here a day before our wedding . He paid almostt 100 dollar for this poor Gel set. Nails so thick it look fake. Refuse to do a manicure before adding the nails. One nail came off a week later. She couldnt focus on the nails for talking and texting. Now we have to go spend more money to get them off and done right. Never Go here ever.

Okay so I went in today because I didn’t go to my local nail salon and nail salons in Walmart are pretty standard. I do not recommend getting your eyebrows waxed here. When I entered I wasn’t greeted and on top of that they told me to go sit in a chair but didn’t specify what chair so I sat in the one I thought. Then of course it was a different chair. I have never sat in a chair while waxing my eyebrows and although it didn’t take long, I was uncomfortable because I was sitting straight but yet my neck was tilted. It was uncomfortable. She did wax my eyebrows good luckily but when she waxed she did it rough and didn’t even take into consideration the discomfort. Never again. Also not to be rude but sometimes a language barrier is an issue.

I just had my nails done here. They hardly spoke to me at all. The lady that cut my nails only said wash your hands and done. I get that maybe she wasnt social, but still. The thing that upset me the most however is she cut off my nails first thing. They are now shorter than the top of my finger. I kept thinking she would shape them no she did not. I also only got one coat of polish. I should have said something but I was so upset by the end that I couldnt. You can see in the following photo how bad it looks.

I went here because the reviews and rating on this place was higher than most place around my area but I came out extremely disappointed with the service I received and the overall outcome of my nails. First, price was 25 for acrylic full set and I wanted a simple acrylic French full set they charged me 30 because they put the white tips. Second, the lady that helped me (looked like the owner) was terrible at applying the acrylic!!! Did not fully clean my cuticle area, applied acrylic so thick and slightly on my cuticles. Then half way through the filing process which was extensive because of how thick the acrylic was.. one of her regulars walked in and she had me switch over to the girl next to her like a second class customer. When it came time to apply the gel top coat the second girl was using an almost empty bottle that made lint and fuzzy stick to the surface of my nails so when they cured it didnt feel/look smooth then left me on the curing lamp for over 5 mins while she helped another customer. A third girl came over and checked on me. Very displeased will not be going back and I dont recommmed this place at all!!!

The costumer service was absolutely terrible. I visited Regal Nails for a quick nail repair and regretted the entire ordeal. The lady who repaired my nail was actually rude and did not apply any top coat nor base coat. Additionally, I ended up having to refile the repaired nail since it didnt match the others. Do not waste your money here!

So I went on Sunday to get. A refill for my nails it was first time going their and my nails are already popping out no wonder the lady finish so fast bc she wasn’t doing a good job oh trust I will go back and maker do my nails again for free ... bc her job wasn’t good at all and then she cut me when she was doing my nails Iam just so mad I don’t even have a week and my nails already popping out .. worst services ever

After having a bad experience at another salon I decided to try this place out. Let me say, my experience was excellent! I got the gel delux pedicure that was so relaxing and the color came out great!

Worst nail place dont recommend it at all please dont get your nails done here except if you want to leave with bleeding and hurting cuticles!! The nail technician that did my nails didnt even have his full attention at doing his job! He keep looking up and watching the TV! The whole time all he was doing was watching tv while doing my nails ! So unprofessional!!!!! Dont come here save your money 💰

I had called to make an appointment to go in there just to get my feet to get a pedicure and when I got there I had a lady that didnt speak English she was very unfriendly very ugly she stopped doing my feet because she didnt understand what I was asking her to do the lady that supposed to been doing my feet she had forgotten she was over there doing someone else so she told him that they come back in an hour or they cant really speak English so I think customer service is a big issue did they have in there

Avoid this place like the plague. My girlfriend and I went here because it had such good reviews. 1.We should have known it was going to be a terriable experience when we found owner sleeping on the couch. 2. They used hand soup to wash her legs 3. They used dirty unsanitized pedicure equipment 4. Kept changing the price and did a very sloppy design job. 5.On top of it all they were rude didnt do what she paid for and multiple other customers were complaining about what a terrible job they did. They said they will never come back and neither will we. Please beware dont waste your money here!

15 years of getting pedicures and I finally found the best in Austin!

Worst place ever! Customer service is terrible. My pedicure took her 10 minutes. I asked her why and she said because I chose regular pedicure. Very disappointing

Went in for a nail fix and she did not care about my nail it looked like she slapped the acrylic and nail polish on there when I asked for her to do it over she got an attitude. Another time I went to get my eyebrows done the woman was so rough with moving my head to where she needed it do be and I literally left with s headache

Got the deluxe pedicure and I loved it!!

There some crazy old women i went there to fix nails they made me before 3 days ago and broken same day i told her to made same length and short she like fool .she cut all my nail from spot she must go to mental hospital and treatmen there
