Have been here twice now and both times have been great! I asked about the SNS nails since Ive never had them, and they took the time to explain everything to me including the fact that they could put a couple tips on the nails I had recently broken. I went back last evening to get a fill and another pedi. While I was there a storm was rolling in and they offered to move my vehicle up to the front by the doors and roll my windows up that I had left partially open just so I wouldnt mess up my nails. Wonderful service and I recommend them highly!

Loved my gel manicure! Very cute aesthetic inside as well! Quick service but did not sacrifice on quality. Everything looks very clean too. Its close to my work but I would go out of my way to come here if I needed to. Definitely will be back!

Was signing in for services when I was rudely told that they were busy and not to sign in. I would have been willing to wait, but will not be back. Seriously. You would seriously turn away a paying customer who was willing to wait patiently? That’s terrible business practice.

I go here at least once a month and always recommend this salon to my friends. Usually I asked for whoever is the best and the front desk always places me with the right person. They also have an app where you can earn points for your service. Highly recommend that! I am always offered something to drink as well, which I appreciate. I love how the owner always comes by and greets me and all the other customers. The customer service is great.

The owners are super sweet, the atmosphere is great. I left today with beautifully gel polished nails and they saved my color preferences so I dont even have to remember them for next time! Great business, great services!

My daughter and I have tried out numerous nail salons in the area and I believe we found our go-to!! They were extremely friendly from the moment we walked in. They took their time and didn’t rush through our services. We had a little mishap where one of the employees knocked over my coffee during setup and y’all, they went and bought me a replacement!!! Mind blown!!! And the pedicurist even made my sad smashed big toe nail look amazing and she did that on her own accord. My daughter was happy with how thin they were able to get her powder dip nails. And my gel looks fantastic. Looking forward to our next visit.

I am very particular about my nails and I typically only go to one spa in west midtown. But I tried this place because I failed to make an appt at my regular spot. I read about their reviews (the nail tech, not the manager ). He is really great. I dont like my cuticles cut back to nubs. He followed my direction to perfection. My cuticles look well manicured but not raw. I love my nails!

Today was my third time here. Ambiance is just incredible. I feel relaxed and comfortable every time I walk in here. Its elegant and modern, but not stuffy or uninviting. Today, The manager did my nails and they were immaculate. I have had 2 pedicures now, Both were beyond. The presentation is beautiful and the luxuriousness of it is undeniable. I will be coming back again.

Today I went to refill my extensions by gel, The manager has her job done really good. She was so kind and gentle. Their service was also good: the manager helped me to choose color and gave me water( they also offer candies). I also saw how Vivian did someones nails and I liked that so next time Ill go to her again.

I normally go to a different salon, but chose to go here today because it’s closer to my home, and it has good reviews, so maybe my experience was a fluke, but my nails are not up to par. I really wanted to like this place. It wasn’t a bad experience, but he did not take all the gel polish off before applying the new coating hoping that the color would cover it up. I have been getting my nails done for 14 years and have never had this happen before. Nails aren’t cheap, so I expect them done well. I’m really sad because I was looking for a place close to home. I guess I’ll stick to what I know and do the drive to my normal salon.

The technicians do a very thorough job while also getting me in and out and back to work on time. My nails always look great and the space is very clean and nice.

Let me tell you that I moved and I came back to the area just because of their work! The place is really good. To begin with, they are very punctual, so you will not be waiting hours as other places. After picking up your color, the nail estheticians do whatever you need (acrylics, deep powder, gel, regular or gel manicure, and pedicure) very fast and efficient. They got this massage chairs which makes your experience even more relax. They do other services as well as waxing, which Ive never tried before but I bet the service will be the same if you are thinking on having it. Additionally, they offer you something to drink for free during your session. Lets talk about how clean these ladies work, yes, they are very clean and use a lot of disposable tools which keeps me in peace lol. Prices are not as cheap as other places but just for a couple of bucks and it is worth it.

I am not very happy. I asked for white nails they are pink and they are lumpy and not straight. Very messy and he was very rough with hands. I am very mad. He seemed like he was In a rush. He also took like a 5 minute brake to go eat a banana. When I told him when I needed him to get them done as soon as he can without making them look bad.

Had a great first experience earlier this month, my pedicure was amazing. My nails tend to grow into the sides of my toes which can result in ingrown nails and can be painful. I explained to my tech that I needed the sides to be cut a specific way as to avoid that and she did a great job! I also had a manicure done and though I cant remember the techs name, she did a great job too!

Love getting my nails done here i often do. Today i showed up for a quick eyebrow wax.. she was so worried about rushing she messed up my eyebrows, and now they are uneven, one has an arch the other does not. Not too happy

Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. My daughter stepped on my foot and messed up my polish as we were leaving (and they were closing) and they very happily fixed it.

She told me all the different options I could get & the price differences and helped me find a color I loved. The owner was really nice also and asked me if I was happy with my nails. It was my first time there. One tech started my nails and then another lady finished them. Normally I get annoyed at that but they were great and professional about it. I came in for a fill in and repair. She did not charge me for the repair. The lady was so sweet and helped me try on colors I was debating between. I have been in search of a nail salon for a couple years now and feels good to finally find somewhere.

Ive frequented this nail salon for the past year or so- never had any problems, the service is good and the prices are good! The techs are very talented and always do a great job. Ive been coming here for over a year now and I wouldnt go anywhere else. You never have to wait long! This place is great!! I highly recommend.

I was a first time customer and was thrilled to see social distancing markers, hand sanitizer galore and lots of PPE/safety measures in place. There was plexiglass at the manicure stations, gloves to use while you picked out your nail color so you didnt have to touch the bottles with your bare hands and many workers not only wore makes, but face shields as well. For a Saturday, they definitely limited capacity which also made me feel safer. The services were great, prices more than reasonable and staff very courteous. I will definitely return.

I kept coming here because the customer service was great, theyre always busy but someone always managed to get me in as soon as they can. Ive been going here since they opened. Ive been following the owner all over Town They use disposable tools, so that was a plus. I told My tech to be very careful with my cuticles since they are sensitive and bleed easily. She did an amazing job!! Prices are very reasonable! Will definitely go back!

I went in for a pedicure today. This was a last minute thing and they are super close to my house. I went in shortly after they opened so I did not have to wait. The lady did a good job. I loved the pedicure and massage. However, the person was not as friendly as I had hoped. Granted her first language was not English I would have liked her to say hi ask my name, tell me her name and at least a little conversation during the pedicure. That would have gotten them 5 stars. However for what I paid I got good service. I would defiently try them again. Will update my review after I go several more times.

Best decision ever! Theyre such a trendy little place and they have the most wonderful staff. I absolutely loved the experience here. Extremely friendly staff and took the time to really make sure I was comfortable and the service was the best I have had in Austin. The staff took super good care of my pedi and made sure my feet were super smooth and gave me a nice long leg massage. Clean and perfectly priced.

Made a reservation for myself and 2 of my girlfriends for a Saturday. We ended up rescheduling for earlier in the day and they were very accommodating. We did regular mani-pedis. This included massage chairs, foot soak, arm and leg lotion massage, etc. It was a wonderful experience. I will definitely be going back. Plus they are very affordable and super nice!

I recently had a mani/pedi here. Overall, I was pleased with my experience. It is a bit expensive but it is really clean and I had two free drinks, so it was worth it. I was pleased with the outcome. My toes and nails look really good.

Probably the best nail salon in the area. They seem to get to you pretty quickly and there is minimal wait time. I love the selection of colors. I never choose the same Color twice. They seem rushed so there is little amount os small tall with the staff.They seem friendly and curious.

I had my eyebrows waxed and a gel manicure. For someone who does not like to spend all day getting a manicure, this place was perfect. Great service, nails were quality and eyebrow wax was perfect.

I was a Walk in and had a picture and not only was I able to get in, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine niceness. I love my girl Tiffany she was amazing I will be back and next time for her and that Jelly pedicure I was reading about.

Great service! Everyone was very nice. They even happily painted my 4 yr old nieces nails. Everything was very clean and they have a strong selection of polishes.

This place did a good nail job. However, I dont think they are very sanitary with their tools because I got an infection in my toenail after my pedicure. The woman who was working on my friends pedicure cut the bottom of my friends foot because she was trying to remove the plastic bag from the sink early. Would not go there again.

I have never had such a terrible pedicure. The wait was long. The experience ranged from unpleasant to painful, from griping my leg/ankle way too tightly, massaging far too aggressively, pinching me multiple times, and digging his long fingernails into my toes.When I complained (multiple times), the guy doing my pedi told me he needed to concentrate. The towels he wrapped around my legs were barely warm. My heels still have calluses. He pulled my leggings down without drying my legs so my pants got all wet. There are way better places for less money. I wont be returning here.

I’ve been going to Le Nails for about three years and have had a consistently positive experience. The nail techs are friendly, gentle and take pride in their work. I’ve also found that when on the occasion I get my nails done somewhere else they often chip much sooner than when they’re done at Le Nails. FYI I typically get SNS powder manis and their spa pedi.

I’ve been a customer at the location near Dripping Springs since they opened. I love it! Even though I moved away, I make special trips from across Austin to get mani/pedis there. Great quick service, and I love the numerous massage mani/pedi chairs!

WORST PLACE EVER! DO NOT GO HERE! I ASKED THE LADY TO SCRAP MY HEELS A LITTLE MORE AND SHE ROLLED HER EYES. I NOTICED OTHER PERSONAL USING METAL SCRAPPER AND WHEN I WENT TO PAY I TOLD THE LADY I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH MY HEELS. SHE THEN TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO PAY MORE? I TOLD HER AT OTHER PLACES USING THE METAL SCRAPPER WAS NORMAL FOR THE REGULAR PRICE. USUALLY AROUND $23 - $25 DOLLARS. THEN SHE STARTED TO TALK IN HER NATIVE LANGUAGE TO OTHER PERSONAL AND I TOLD HER DONT TALK ABOUT ME CAUSE I UNDERSTOOD WHAT SHE WAS SAYING. AVOID THIS PLACE. NOT WORTH ANYBODYS HARD EARNED MONEY!

I keep going to his salon because I get a few good services and then some really bad ones!! This last one topped them all. The past horrible nail jobs Kim would fix for me. They like to file and cut your edges in. Idk why either my nails are sore. She told me to come back to get a refund. I drove back up there then she wanted me to come back next time in 3-4 weeks after they grow back to redo them for “free” I said no this is my last really bad mani and pedi. I have went to this salon for 3 years. I always get the same services and polish. They girl over charged me, when brought to her attention, she said oh it’s just a dollar. I hate to say i will not be going back. 😢😡
