Does anyone know where Nancy and the other staff went?! The place has clearly gone through management/ownership change. The quality has suffered. Thought the manicurist was going to break my fingers trying to maneuver them in a way theyre not meant to bend. I got powder dip. Over priced for quality at $45. Took over an hour and a half. Leaving photos. Started going here 3 years ago. Never going back.

Im from Houston and I needed to stop somewhere for a quick mani before a wedding today when I broke a couple nails. There was only one other customer there while I was there, around 12:40pm on a Thursday. They were very nice and quick, got a shellac mani for $25 and was done in about 30-40 minutes. For the price the service was nice. Id go here again if I lived here!

Don’t let their nice website fool you. I went here to relax and destress. I was welcomed with two people staring at me and said nothing. They spoke absolutely no English. I asked for a simple regular polish manicure and they turned out awful. I have dried out fingers from all the acetone used to try to fix mistakes. They cut me! And I’m still bleeding 30 minutes later. They did not do the pedicure I asked for. Do not go here.

I had such a great time! I went to get my nails done for my wedding and brought my bridesmaids and ring girl with me. They were all so nice and worked quick but still paid attention to the smallest details. My nails looked exactly like the picture I showed them. All of our nails looked amazing when we left and they even did the ring girls nails for free. I only wish we lived in town so we could go back!

I love this place! Theyre so nice and they do such a great job neat job. The lady was so sweet and she had my nails looking they way I wanted them. She took her time and made they look very natural. I recommend this place to any college student looking for a close place to go!

What used to be a great place has fell down the drain. Nail tech rushed to do my nails after I told her I could come back in the morning. She made them very short even though I wanted them long. Not to mention, the nails are uneven and horribly placed on my bed. Also, she added charges herself like shaping of the nails even though I specifically told her I was not and wanted them regular. I had to wipe two bugs off of me as I was getting a pedicure too.

Nice nail salon. Accommodated my needs and expectations. Nancy is very professional, nice and did a very neat job. Id come back, but specially recommend Nancy.

Definitely the best nail services I’ve had anywhere. So sad I don’t live in ATX anymore, I miss them y’all. I went here every two weeks for a mani pedi. My nails always looked clean, well done and lasted forever. Jus sayin I looked bomb af. I swear this is the only place in austin that can actually do a dip (sns) well. The place is well maintained, always clean. Park in the garage and leave out the back. Affordable and the do a way better job than some other “cute” places.12/10, hands down best place in austin.

Came here for a pedicure because its down the street from my house! Ladies are very sweet, but they didnt scrape any dead skin off and only rubbed my legs for like a minute for the massage. Beautiful inside and very nice setup!

I have been going here for years. Nancy is really sweet, however, Im sad to say I will NEVER go here again. The owner, who is a man, did my nails today and Ive never felt more unwelcome in my life. He was extremely rude to me. He complained the entire time that my nails are too short (which is the reason I was getting a manicure in the first place!). He tossed my hands around and just seemed annoyed the whole time. I get my nails done every 2 weeks and I will be finding another place to go... they have lost a good customer.

If there was a way to give zero stars I would.This place is absolutely HORRIBLE! I went to get a fill on my gel acrylic nails (done by Lisa) and paid $50 (extremely overpriced) then exactly TWO DAYS later not one but TWO of my nails are broken. I went back to the shop to get them fixed because obviously it is their fault, since Ive been getting my nails done for years and this has NEVER happened. They smiled about it all nicely, saying they would fix it right up. However at the end, as Im walking out the lady stops me and tries to charge me TEN DOLLARS for TWO nails that THEY are responsible for breaking.This place is truly a rip off. Dont do it to yourself.

I dont usually bother writing reviews but for 45$ I expect a decent job. I can see the top of 3 of my nails instead of being covered by white and it has been 5 days I already need a refill. Very disappointing.

3 days later my nails look horrible and it’s expensive for no reason.

Got in and out in less than an hour with shellac and manicure by Jean. Very clean salon, friendly staff.
