My tech did my nails and it was probably the best experience Ive had at a nail salon. It was my first time wanting to get acrylics and she explained everything thoroughly and without judgement. Result is so nice, thanks!!

Love my nails but the spot is very busy and they are *pricey*. Full set acrylics w/ombre color $90!I was here 3.5 hours for full set + pedi.

Went in for the first time to get a deluxe pedicure and I was very pleased!! My nail tech was so sweet and took her time. Oh, and she actually massaged my FEET instead of just my shins (I don’t walk on my shins lol). $40 for a deluxe pedicure is amazing. I will definitely be back :)

Great Mani pedi! The Mani has lasted 15 days already without any chipping. They were quick and really paid attention to detail. I didnt feel rushed. Would recommend!

Whenever I’m in the mood for a French Pedicure or manicure... this is my go to place! For the last 10 years!! I’ve been to other nail salons but this one takes the cake. The owner is the sweetest and treats her employees like family. Everyone is so nice there. They always remember exactly what I like!! My toes & nails look amazing! Last week when I came in I asked if they could put me in a quiet spot as I had some business phone calls to make. They went out of their way and actually put me in a separate room. 5 star treatment everytime! Thank you ladies!!

We all know first impressions are important but I feel like the staff at arboretum nails and spa take the importance of first impressions to a whole new level. I have never felt more relaxed and at home at a nail salon and I am more than confident that I completely owe that feeling to Tammy. I love it here! . My tech, she was amazing! She took her time and it was so relaxing. She was very nice and careful. She did a great jon on my toes too.

Hygiene: 1) Tech had an issue with her arms. She kept putting something on it while she was working on my feet. That was OK, until she took a hot towel, put it on her arm first, and then on my feet. I’m not sure what was wrong with her arm, but whatever it was, I don’t want on my feet. 2) She cleaned her tools in the tub where I put my feet.Service: 1) What I asked for: Pedicure ($30) + Callus Remover ($5) = $35. What I received: Jelly Pedicure $60. 2) I didn’t expect to spend $60, but I would have been OK with it, had the tech taken the time to do it right. She obviously didn’t want to be there and in the end she kept rushing to get to the next customer.Conclusion: What was supposed to be a nice and relaxing spa visit turned into an overpriced, frustrating experience.

Me and my mom come here for pedicures and they are always friendly and timely. I love my toenails!! We will also be visiting more often!!

I was looking for a new salon after being unhappy with my former nail salon. Ive been to this place 5-6 times now for a shel mani/ pedi and have never left unhappy. Highly recommend.

I always give these women challenging designs. Sometimes Im here for almost three hours. The ladies have a gotten frustrated before because my designs can be complex which can be annoying so I understand. These ladies actually get the job and they do a great job! My feet stay actually stay smooth too.My nails are always on fleek and unique.

I used to frequent this salon and was always very pleased. When I visited today it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. It was obviously busy when I arrived and I didn’t mind that. What did bother me was the manic lady that helped me today when I arrived. Instead of tell me we’re busy at the moment it’s going to be 30 minutes before we can see you she insisted on sitting me in a chair and filling it with cold water and leaving me sitting there for 45 minutes all the meantime she runs around the salon acting like she’s trying to help everyone but not helping anyone at all. Worst experience I’ve ever had. I will never be visiting them again. Don’t waste your time or money.

Ive been coming here for years and I think it says a lot that theyve maintained so much of the same staff. Helen gives the best massage and they always have space for walk-ins.

Post COVID-19, I went there yesterday and this place is very clean and had made numerous modifications to accommodate the additional social distancing protocols. They take only appointments, instead of walk-ins, then they have large screens that further help with distancing and finally all the spa service providers wear two masks. The place is clean and has a good collection of colors. They were on time and reasonably priced, I would highly recommend this place. The owner is very nice and friendly and so are staff. They are kind and work with you as needed.

What a great experience! The salon is beautiful and the staff are very kind. They were being very conscientious about Covid, she checked my temperature and had me sanitize my hands before looking at the nail polishes. I didn’t have an appointment but she was able to fit me in and gave me a thorough but speedy manicure that looks great! I’ll definitely be back.

Sent me to the back for an eyebrow wax and took awhile to meet me there. Then waxed my eyebrows to where one is long and the other is short.

Overpriced for decent service

Love the precautionary measures they’re taking. Sanitize upon entering, masks, they use face shields too and a glass screen even during the pedicure. Also the pedicure felt and looks great as well! They did take awhile to get to us, we were sitting waiting for 40 mins but I wasn’t too upset about it considering everything else.

Went with a friend for last minute pedicures - called at almost closing time - they were so happy and nice and glad to fit us in - they stayed late just for us and were so sweet. Best experience yet at a nail salon! Very Covid-safe with sanitizers and clear shields between us. Everyone had on masks - theirs were doubled. Will definitely go back. Wish I knew their names.

I got gel nail paint done here, first of all the finishing part wasn’t even great, and second, within 3 days my nail paint got chipped from all sides,, and I couldn’t ran to them at same moment because of work, but when I went to get it fixed they were making excuses as, “ we couldn’t help you as gel paints last this long only, and because of your growing nails it’s happening and all,” this wasn’t the first time I got gel paint done, I have done it before from other salons, and it never got chipped in 3 DAYS!

Nail technicians very well trained. Very popular. Be prepared to wait during prime time, but so worth it!

Indisputably the best gel manicure in the area, lasting 2 to 3 weeks due to the unique application process. The salon is immaculate, service professional and always courteous. While I hesitate to provide such a glowing review because it is already overbooked, the owners deserve the kudos and recognition.

I just have to hush about how happy I am with my nails! It was my first visit to this salon today. I came on the recommendation of a complete stranger whos nails I complemented. She told me to visit Tina Le. I am so happy I did. I cant stop staring at my nails. She removed my acrylic nails and gave me the new dip manicure. Tina was gentle, sweet and we had good conversation while she was hard at work on my nails. I will definitely come back to see her!

Some of the providers are good and patient. They strive to, make the client happy in the end. it would be great if they would stop talking in Chinese among them in the presence of the client.The place is slightly more modern that its local counterparts. The waxing service is good too.

It’s so hit or miss, when they hit it’s awesome and my nails look great, but when they miss it’s a serious miss. They do your nails and feet at the same time, which I like, but my nails have almost always broken just a few days after. Overall, great pedicures but the nail services are a little inconsistent.

It was my second time here at this location, and my nail technician was extremely unprofessional. She talked about me in Vietnamese, and thought I would not understand anything. Also, tried to convince me to change my nail design. If I’m paying a service and paying you money, I don’t think I need to hear your opinion about it whether it’s good or not.Won’t be returning here again, it’s a shame though because it’s so close to where I live.

Out of all the cheap nail salons I have visited in Austin, I like this one the best. Even though its cheap, it so does NOT look like a hole in the wall. Its got a chandelier for gosh sakes! And the pedicure was great. I also got a facial, which I would highly recommend. The room was by no means anything special, but the facial included like 40 minutes of massage PLUS eyebrow shaping! For like $55, you cant go wrong.

Loved the deluxe pedicure. Legit exfoliating and massage. Soooo many gel colors to choose from. Much better than other places who tell you a regular polish is gel polish just because they put a gel clear coat on top of it. Had two salons pull this and the polish rubbed off the minute I wore close toed shoes. At This salon, they made sure I was picking from gels only since that’s what I requested. Manicure was also great.

I come here for pedicures and they consistently do a wonderful job! Nice chairs, recently doubled the size of their shop. Manicure experience has never been great but this remains my favorite place for pedicures.

I *LOVE* this nail salon!!! I normally dont like going to a nail salon, Ill just stay at home and do them myself bc normally nail salons can never really get my nails right. They can be pushy and uncomfortable. But they get mine done right every time!! Theyre patient, kind, and attentive!! I found this place a few years ago when I lived off Duval and just fell in love. The customers are even kind and welcoming! I came back for the first time in a few years and they still remembered me!! They genuinely care about their customers being happy, comfortable and having a great experience. So thankful for this nail salon.

Amazing salon. Went in yesterday for a mani pedi, got great results. Accidentally jacked one up last night, went in today and they totally fixed it and gave me new coats on the other nails in case it didnt match 100%colorwise. I will definitely be going back soon! Also has great prices compared to other salons.

This nail salon is always busy which should tell you something about the wonderful location and great service. The decor is light and bright andthe manicurists are very friendly and will strive to give you exactly the look you want. Lynn, the manager, sees that the salon is very sanitaryand you arent concerned about contracting afungus.

This is a great place for a good manicure or pedicure, but the best thing about them is how kindly they treat my grandmother. We go in together, and she doesnt walk well, but they are always patient and helpful to her. Thank you!

OVERCHARGED $40!!! I took my daughter there today and was told that each pedicure would be $50. When I went to pay after our service they charged me $140! I protested but they kept saying that that was the price.

Had my brows done for the first time, specifically asked for an accentuated arch. No arch. They look like this: Fast service, reasonable price and great decor - but if you cant get it right, none of that means very much.

Came in early Monday and got seated right away. I wanted a pedicure and was told the base option was $40 then when the lady placed the price sheet down I saw an option for $25 so I requested that one. She was nice enough. Got the gel polish that added $20 to the total price. So total I paid $45 and left her a tip... Ive never paid $20 for a gel treatment I feel gypped. Anybody else relate?

I love this place! Great service from very friendly staff. Very clean and they serve a ton of people, so you know its a good place! I never have to wait to get a mani or pedi. This will continue to be my nail shop fot as long as Im in Austin.

Its a nice location, Ive been once & the first girl that did my nails did great but then the second lady didnt do such a good job shaping my nails it seems that some of my nails are shaped oval and round. The big deal breaker was that she messed up my my nail polish and she shouldve redone it but she tried to take another clear coat over to try and make it smooth out. She took me to dry my nails and once my nails dried I asked for my ticket back to take my tip to her. I should probably find a different place 😕

Good service and clean. The ladies are very nice. My only complaint is the noise. I was hoping for a relaxing experience but they were way too loud even with my headphones on.

I came to get a full set of nails done on Thursday. The ladies were very nice I would agree with a lot of the comments. However I asked for acrylic nails, not gel. When I got my nail tech (Tina) she was very sweet. They had the movie momma mia 2 on the tv. While in the process of getting the nails done I asked my tech about how much fills are, she explained to me that it is 40.00. I could not understand why it was more then the 20 that is displayed. so I asked are these gels or acrylic? She tells me Gel. due to the matter that she was half way through the full set I didnt talk or anything after that. I was really mad that I paid for something that I did not ask for. When you get nails done make sure you are loud and that they understand what you want. I came there 3 months ago for a pedicure with my daughter. I said basic for my daughter, I wanted deluxe due to my feet. The techs did deluxe on both of us. Which was almost 90 out of pocket overall. I know they understood English, but next time I go there I will make sure they understand me. I will get my fills at another location that speaks English. I dont like feeling cheated on my money when I work 2 jobs (15 hours 6 days a week). Be careful on what you order from these ladies.

Great atmosphere. Very clean. Happy nail techs work here. Very experienced with acrylic nails. Great reviews brought me here & im glad we did!! I brought my newborn here and got a mani pedi ( I was concerned bringing a newborn in) but everyone in the store was very loving and my nail tech “lele” was very helpful and very happy. Also, a very good price for services. & they were very respectful & knowledgeable about upselling the pedicure. I definitely will make this my new nail salon.
