Ive been here a few times in the last three months and am satisfied with the services as well as pricing. Staff is friendly and most do good with nail shape request. Ive never had any issues with my manicures N pedicures.

Worst nail salon experience of my life. I wish I could say I was exaggerating. If I could give them no stars I would. Their hours posted online say they close at 7:30, when I called at 5:50 they said they had more than enough time to do a few pedicures and a full set as well as a fill. My friends and I arrived at about 6 and immediately were rushed as soon as we walked through the door. My pedicure was amazing and well worth the money, but and my fill wasn’t bad, but definitely rushed and got even worse when as soon as she finished painting my nails, she said “ok y’all need to leave now.” I told her I needed at least 5 or 10 more min to let my nails dry, and she said “no they’re dry” and basically threw us out the door. When I arrived this morning for a refund, they argued that it was my fault for arriving an hour before close and I was there past 7:30 (I left at 7:15). She refused to give me my refund or anything else. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. As a paying customer, I expect to get what I pay for. And not be rushed out of your door with every employee behind myself and my friends rushing to close and lock the door.

Looked for a couple of years for a good place to get my nails done. Found it!! May have to wait a little bit but totally worth it!! Have never been disappointed with the quality of work!!

I just went in for basic white tips. As soon as I walked in I was seated and offered a beverage. The woman who helped me was sweet and held a conversation with me the whole time. She had me in and out fairly quickly and my nails looked great. Very pleasant experience. There were a few regulars in the salon and you could tell they build a great relationship with a lot of their clients.

I love this place! Its my new nail salon. I initially went there for a pedicure with a friend for her first time. The staff were so nice and joked around with us. The pedicure tubs are very clean (and cool looking) and I like that they are in a separate room away from the rest of the salon because it makes it more peaceful and relaxing. Went back to get my acrylics/gel nails done a week later and they did a fantastic job. Showed me and corrected some problem areas that a previous nail salon did. I really enjoy the owners/sisters joking around with patrons. I usually have issues with lifting and no problems this time around 2 weeks out. They also give you your own nail file and file block (for both pedicures and nails) to take with you and bring back for your next visit. When I asked one of the owners why they did this she said that its state regulations to prevent contamination and infection. First nail salon in 4 years that Ive been given my own stuff. Made me feel even more confident in this place. Definitely recommend.

This post is regarding my visit from 9/18/2017. I had a service done there and had one of those punch cards that they give you where you spend something like $200, and get $20 off your service. So, my total was $35. After the $20 coupon applied it brought my total down to $15. Then I left a generous $15 tip, but when I checked my bank account a week later, I was actually charged $45 . So they gave themselves a $30 tip! I didnt feel it was worth going up there and trying to explain, so instead I just decided I wouldnt give them my business anymore.

I came in today September 23rd, 2017 for a Gel Pedicure. Massage was nice. Atmosphere was alright. I give them a 1 star simply because I should not have to state that my nails should be symmetrical. One big toe nail was round, the other was square. The woman kept messing up & now my right foot has 6 layers if gel polish on it! Never going back to this place.

There are no hours posted. Are we just supposed to guess? This place is ghetto and a 10 year old could have done my nails better. They even hurt and I️ have been getting my nails done for years. DO NOT GO HERE!

This place has gone downhill big time. All of the girls suck. They cant even do a pedicure anymore. They gossip about you. I will not be going back. The pedicures are NOT cheap and for them to not even do what I ask .. Please I will go find another place that works and listens to me. And gives me a GOOD pedicure. At $37 or $42 or $50 this place is OVER RATED.BEWARE-- high prices and not great service.

Overall, they up charged me for my 10 year As an adult pedicure when their menu clearly says $17-$22 for kid pedicures I ended up paying $31. She says kids are 6 year olds and under. I asked why and she said my 10 year old wasn’t a kid I told them their menu needed to specify ages and she said they will change them in the future. No wonder this salon was empty

Deluxe nails really sucks. Their pedicures are way too pricey for the lack of service they provide. Seriously. I would NEVER go here. Used to be really good.... NOT ANY MORE! This place is the WORST.

So I went here thing it was gonna be a good place because the inside looks very nice.. (wrong) they change you 18 dollars for eyebrows and your upper lip and then they mess up almost all the time never again I’m never coming here again!!!

I have been going to Nails Baby for almost 3 years. Best place in North Austin. They are efficient, clean, and genuinely pleasant people. I would highly recommend.

Very bad experience. I wanted to get manicure done since long and was hoping for a very relaxing and appealing experience one afternoon. I went in with my friend and fortunately got a walk in very easily. I was seated on a chair separate from pedicure area where she dipped my nails in a small dollar tree bowl which was not even clean and water was cold. It was so stupid. I did not complain. Then she started cleaning my cuticles and was so clumsy. She was old and I bet couldnt see properly. She cut my thumb and a finger cuticle. It started bleeding. She did not even apologize and I was mad. The place was so dirty and napkins too. I was so upset with whole thing. I just wanted to get over and leave. I paid my money and decided never to go back.

Horrible customer service and no communication with customer but sure did communicate when time to pay or try upgrade...And to think i took my sister and her with me to get pedicures and there nails painted....DELUXE NAILS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO PEOPLE!!! MY FEET ARE STILL RUFF AND NOT SMOOTH..UGH.SMH...

Nice atmosphere the employees are very friendly . They take their time on your nails. A little pricey but worth it.

In and out in a little over an hour fill and pedi. Sweet ladies. Great time saver!

I’ve been going here for years, I will never go anywhere else. At a different nail salon by 35 and parmer I told the lady NOT to round my toenail and because she did so I’ve had problems with an ingrown nail since. Deluxe nails is the only place that can remove it as well as do exactly what I want. I know how to communicate what I want and so far I’ve never had a bad experience. I also am not a cheap tipper. These ladies take care of the one thing I hate doing which is scrapping and clipping the dead skin around my feet and making my toes look perdy. In my opinion that’s worth more then 5$ as a tip.

Great place! Amazing staff. They really care for you & like to get to know you. They are fun and professional. Kim is a wonderful business owner and does everything from running the business to greeting clients to manis/pedis to cleaning the place. You can tell her heart is with this business and it shows.

Great customer service. Everyone is soo friendly. I get a regular pedicure there and they really take there time. I love this place.

Good service, great color selection for the shellac - but my polish always chips 2 days into a manicure, 4-5 with a shellac.. this is not okay! :(

First nail salon in my life that does nails correctly. It takes over three weeks for me to need a fill. I get taken care of right when I walk in and I make no appointments!

I just get basic mani/pedi but even that was difficult to get right. You have two different ladies assisting you, and although they are very polite - I dont appreciate additional conversations going on when I am being assisted. Overall just adverage service but they do give a very good foot massage.

A little over 2 werks ago I stopped in here for solar fills. Not good at all! I had chunks taken out of my colored acrylic due to pressing too hard on the drill. I chalked it up to a bad day and paid the $36 + tip anyway. Stopped in yesterday for a solar fill and got a different nail tech (thank God) only to have her drop the drill and slice my finger up. As Im bleeding on the table, she stops to check out her nail (which was scuffed by the drill she dropped). I didnt get an apology, a discount, or even a damn band aid. Once again, I paid the $36 + Tip. I wanted to like Nails Baby! due to the fact that their colored acrylic selection is way better than anywhere else Ive been...but my hands and nails just cant take the abuse. Perhaps the owners should get off their iPhones long enough to run their shop. =/

My nails are perfect thanks to Tracy! I am from san Antonio and here on business. Well I had origionally had my nails done at barton creek mall. They were horrible! A friend told me about this place and said they would do a great job. And they did! Not only was Tracy very light handed she was very nice and I had an awesome time. I will drive from San Antonio to get my nails done at Nails Baby!--Jen

This salon is horrible! There was so many things about it that were terrible i dont even know where to begin. I walked in after calling before going there and they said they were available when in fact they werent. A girl was getting her nails filled and a woman stopped her and had me sit down and said someone else would do a good job. The girl sat and waited for over a half hour to have her nails finished. Ridiculous! The woman flung clear nail liquid all over me because she was lazy with the brush and didnt even care. She then hurt me by drilling my skin and didnt even apologize but instead said well it happens and grabbed my hand to keep going! She barely understood English and i repeated and had to stop her and tell her over and over that it wasnt gel on my nails it was polish and i want a fill and polish. I had smudge marks, bubbles in my polish and it was so bad that the end of the nails were streaky. So i told her to fix it and she huffed and puffed and then proceeded to talk about me in vietnamese to her co-worker. It was so bad that i didnt keep asking her to fix it i just knew id have to file, paint and clean up around the edges myself at home. It costs me 33 dollars. Then i went to pay and instead of giving me my change she kept it. Im so irritated and this is the exact reason why i only go to high end spas and salons. Insane.

Looking at my bank statement, I was charged $21 for a eyebrow wax, not right!! I know I did not leave that big of a tip.

Disappointed very bad expirience, no matter what, owner never back to you money!
