They did AMAZING Job!!!! My nails last for OVER A MONTH. Honestly I’m strict about my cuticles cuz most of nails salon I went didn’t really clean it all up. But since I met Tina, SHE’S MORE METICULOUS than me. I HIGHLY recommend this place! I’ll definitely comeback!!

This place is amazing !!!!! I called ahead to see if I needed appointment and they told me they had time for me to walk in. I came in, no wait time. I got a fill in and nail fix. The customer service was amazing and they were beyond welcoming and friendly. I LOVEEEEEEE my nails. The woman that did my nails took her time and did an awesome job and I appreciate that very much. I live in FL and I am here for a few months and this was a BIG PLUS for me. Thank you all again at Lovely Nails. I would definitely recommend. When I come back I’m definitely getting a pedicure.

My nails came out good. But they only thing was that they didnt have enough staff. So they were running around. Had to many at once. And it took an hour for them to attend to me and my niece.

Do not get a pedicure here!!!! My toe nails became infected 1 day after pedicure. This tells me their tools are not clean/sanitized between customers.Dip nail set is okay. Came out too thick/lumpy. One week later and it’s already lifting at the cuticle.

I always have a awkward experience here. You would think a consistent tip well customer would get treated well but no it’s just another money hungry business that don’t care about customers. I will never invest another $ into this business.

I have been coming to this nail salon before the new owners took it over. But every time I come, I am greeted with a smile and they take the right amount of time on my pedi/mani. Decently priced and they always do a great job. :)

Love the nails! Great service and very detail-oriented. Tina and Hendry were amazing, the nails were super clean and the pedicure massage is exactly what I needed after a long day a work. I suggest to call and book an appointment, no need to wait for long.

The lady did everything rushed. It look her literally 4 minutes to finish. She painted my nails over the powder that comes after filing nails. I asked her three times I wanted regular polish and she did gel anyway. I cant believe I paid $25 for something that looks like I could have done and BETTER and Im not the professional one!

I had been coming here since 2012 and I think the management was different. Moved away from Atx, etc. I started to come by after COVID when I visit bc I used to have a great experience here. Not so much anymore. One thing I find that is annoying is when folks do not take no to extra services for an answer. The last time I went there was weird. I went for an eyebrow wax and of course they kept trying to get me to purchase other services. I told them no it wasn’t necessary, I had another treatment going and an eyebrow wax was all I needed. I try to always be polite bc I have worked in retail and the service industry. After five times of saying no, she asked if I wanted to wax something else I just kept repeating eyebrow. After the wax, the tech massaged my face and I did not ask for that. So when I got up to pay they said it was 8$. So I give the counter person/nail tech a $10. I stand there waiting for my change . But she closed the register quickly and just stared at me. I shook my head and walked away. It was $2, I’m not gonna make a scene but I’m never going back.

It’s been bleeding for 2 days and it hurts so bad

Worst $30 I ever spent. This place is absolutely disgusting. Crawling with roaches and NOT clean. I told them that I just wanted the $25 regular pedicure and she started giving me the $30 pedicure. When I told her no, I don’t want that, she just kept going like it was too late!! The whole service was completely rushed and the staff is very unprofessional. I’m praying that I don’t get an infection from how bad they butchered my toes. Please pay a little more to go to a much nicer salon, you will thank yourself later.

Should have paid a little bit more to have services done at a better salon. Sit down to get a pedicure and immediately see a roach crawling around on the floor. Staff seemed unprofessional and they ended up nicking my toe so I’m hoping it doesn’t end up infected. Just save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Only went here for lisa and she does amazing eyebrows. but she moved so if you’re looking for Lisa… she moved to Ten Nails off of Manchac and Stassney

They did fantastic on my pedicure even though I asked for gel and got regular polish. There was some miscommunication between the two girls but it was fixed and my gel Pedi looks great. I dont think they do well with children (7 yrs old), I took my niece and if took them longer to do her simple medi/Pedi than my upgraded pedicure. It was rushed and nail polish doesnt dry that fast so they had to do it literally 7+ more times. I told them they could stop redoing it and they definitely tried their best but children require more time. Maybe well just stick to me painting her nails instead. They were kind and offered beverages. Id go back for myself. My feet are so soft

I have been going here 3 years and I love the choice of colors and options of type of polish. The salon is very clean and new equipment. The owner and staff are very personable. There is drink option and TVs. Relaxing and as in the name when I leave I have lovely nails.

I usually love this place but the last two times have been awful. People are loudly having conversations on their phones on speakers...my pedicure has come off immediately after leaving...and the staff was going back and forth between myself and another customer. Hoping it will get back to how it used to be!

Under new management. Shes very rude. They skipped my daughter who was already sitting w her feet in the water. Then I asked for a flower design and she painted swirls and no flowers. Very disappointed.

If you want to come get your eyebrows done come to Lisa she is amazing and is so efficient every time. I love the way she does my pedicure as well no one has ever gotten my ingrown nail and she clipped it right off felt so good after. I loved my new mani set 🤗 #Halloweenvibes

This was my go to place but then Cindy left, I stayed because Lisa was still there. Then she left and the new owners are not very good. My gel manicure and pedicure last a few days on two different occasions. Will sadly have to look for a new place.

I went there and the customer service was good although the lady who did my nails did not do what I wanted it was like she shoose for me . I paid 55 and I didnt like my nails I can see my nail first time and last one I come in here .

I did not feel as though this Company is professional, not greeted when we first walked in the door the man was talking on his cell phone did not even acknowledge us and then a woman steps up like what would you like and I got the feeling she didnt want to do my nails, its bad energy we wont be returning, the tech who did my feet did a poor job, poor quality. I SHOULD HAVE WALKED OUT WHEN I FIRST ARRIVED. LESSON LEARNED.

The quality of my shellac mani was terrible !! People don’t have time to come back for another hour or wait another hour for them to be mad and re do it. They should at least offer a discounted price if you’re unhappy. Why would I want them to do a terrible job all over again ! If I could give less than one star I would. The lady in charge wasn’t very nice about it either.

I got a pedicure yesterday and she hardly scrubbed my feet at all. She kept trying to upgrade me to a more expensive one that I didnt need and paid more attention to rubbing lotion on my legs than scrubbing my feet. Besides the polish, you cant even tell I had a pedicure yesterday!

This has been my go to place for over 5 years. Lisa is my favorite, she is the reason I get compliments on my eyebrows! Not to exclude the amazing job she does in my nails and her pedis the best!!!

Expensive but I love when they do designs on the nails. Most do just lines but Ive had something different before. Clean off. Single Restroom available for customers. They also offer pedicures, manicures, and facial waxes. Bottled water is, now, offered here at no cost.

Came in on NYE and they still took the time to make sure my nails looks great! Coffin shape looks SO good. They’re a little longer than what I’m used to, but that’s something I’ll have to specify next time. Thought I’d go for it. Lol. The color is so beautiful!! Went in on a Friday to get a full set SNS. They were really nice experience was great but come Monday night, my pinky nail just fell right off. My friend who came with me got a full set as well and 4 of hers fell off and one is cracked. Not sure what the issue was but I am definitely going in there tomorrow to see what they can do for me.

They ruined my mothers eye lashes. the last two times they pulled some of her lashes out because they were rushing and burn her eyes with the chemicals the use to dissolve the adhesive to the lashes. whatever you do, dont waste your time here.

I usually dont write reviews, but I just had a horrible experience. I went in just for a gel polish. First off, I picked a horrible color, which is completely on me... but the woman doing my nails struggled the entire time. She was very rough with my hands and yanked me around a bit, which I did not enjoy. My nails are an okay shape, I guess, but theyre all different lengths, which is kind of irritating. The polish is uneven and lumpy all over. Ive got clear gel polish all over literally half of my fingers.. it dripped down the sides and got on my cuticles and dried that way. She tried to get it off by picking with her own nails, but she kept missing the spots completely and smudged my nails and was having to redo some. After dealing with that for a few minutes, she switched to the cuticle trimmer to try and get the polish off.... an even worse idea..because she was trimming pieces of my finger with it. Eventually she gave up. At the end she coated my fingertips so heavily with oil that I could barely touch my bag. It was messy and gross. The entire experience was just sloppy. Ive truly never had a worse polish in my life. And she didnt care one bit. I wish I knew who the nail tech was because maybe the other people working there are really great. This girl, however, was not. I kept wondering the entire time...why is this so bad??? Then i get to the counter at the end to pay...its only $15...and now everything makes sense!! You get what you pay for I guess. Will not be going back.

Was my first time going to a new nail salon and was kinda nervous how my nails would turn our but I absolutely love them the lady who did them took her time at everything and was patient with all the questions I had and Im glad now for the real question is how long will the last....I got a good feeling about it tho

We went and asked for help and the lady didnt make any effort to attend us. We asked her for samples and they only had 2 samples of nails and they were horrible. Very unprofessional place. They were really rude and seemed like they didnt even want to be there. My friend and I ended up walking out because we did not feel welcome. Hopefully they improve their customer service.

I was hoping this would be my new nail place, sadly it won’t. I got a basic mani pedi with a clear coat. I was cut multiple times and the pedicure, I had to ask multiple times for her to scrub the calluses on the ball of my feet, which aren’t bad but are the whole point of a pedicure for me. I had to go home and do myself. The clear coat they put on my nails only covered a portion of it. I was quoted $38 over the phone and it winded up being 42.

Came for a mani pedi. They do a great job on your nails and have a large color selection for regular polish. Price is reasonable. 4 stars instead of 5 because they don’t have massage chairs or give you wine like my other spot. Guess I’ve been spoiled. Lol

Its been one week since my gel manicure and almost all of my fingers have lots of the cuticle still on the nail. During my manicure I had to ask the person to remove all of the cuticle because I could still see some on there (and she still didnt get it all). She also didnt get the polish far down the nail bed so one week later they look very grown out. Lastly, the polish is uneven near the nail bed. Maybe her eyesight is not that great....

Staff is attentive and accommodating. My gel manicure holds thru 2 weeks of bartending 😊

I came in today to get my nails done I had to wait an hour before the nail person came in when she came in she was in a hurry she was rushing to do my nails she had managed to put two of my nails on crooked I was waiting for her to see if she was going to notice them and fix them but she proceeded to continue to do my nose when she was almost done with my nails she asked me if I was content I told her no I was not I told her that two of my nails were crooked and they need to be fixed she ended up getting an attitude and fixing my nails and then she painted my nails I went to dry my nails she came over to check and see if they were dry she touched them with her finger she messed up one of them and didnt even fix it she told me that they were dry and sent me on my way with not one but two messed up nails and the top it off theyre not all the same length not very pleased very very disappointed I would never come back here I would never refer this place to anybody I actually would like my money back but I doubt thatll even happen
