I had a pretty bad experience with the salon Ive only been there twice and it was two days in a row. I had Jay who performed the art that you see below. First told a woman he came in with just 15 minutes, until hes done with me and can help her. Then she waited half an hour and so did I, so two people were given the wrong expectations. Two, when I kept asking him to fix things or to help me shape things the way that I want he had a rebuttle and a smart comment about how he was the nail tech. He made me feel like I didnt know what I wanted or what I was talking about. I also called the number on the website which is inactive. So I went in this morning at opening came back at 11:30 when they had open time slots, for my appointment, ended up waiting until noon to start. Terry took really good care of me today, however they forced me to pay more than I did yesterday (which I cant even wrap my head around that one), & when I said that I wanted to wait to see the finished product to pay, they forced me to pay or refused to paint. I wont be going back there ever. & when I went in the morning to ask them to fix it it just felt like everyone in the salon who works there had a problem with fixing their mistakes. & I was being so polite as one could be in this situation & everyone jumped in on me. It was extremely unprofessional. Clean place tho.

Same experience as others here. Poor communication, nick you with drills, shove the iPad at you as though tips are required not earned, lots of excuses for poor customer service. Nails were eh…fine but it’s no gold standard. Plenty of other salons in the area not to return here.

First time trying this nail salon and I will not be going back. i arrived on time for my appointment for gel and pedicure and they got me right in. both technicians were in such a hurry and it felt like they just wanted to go home the whole time. the pedicure tech didn’t even spend any time cutting my cuticles and the “deluxe” was abysmal. the gel was alll over my fingers and very little attention to detail was paid.

They are just awesome, they work really hard to do exactly what you want to get. I love how they treat me and how they make my nails. Definitely they are my favorite place to get my nails done. I can easily trust them my nails because I always know that they are going to do a great job. I showed one of the girls the design that I wanted and she literally did it even better!

I tried out Organic Nails Spa almost two years ago, and since then, I have never gone anywhere else! The salon decor is warm, and the nail stylists are friendly and do a fantastic job. I get SNS, and my manicure will last 4 weeks, on average.Thanks for running a wonderful salon, Jay and Ivy!

Though they do a great job with their services, I was put in an awkward and rude experience the other day because we apparently didnt tip enough for our services. The professionalism was handled poorly and in front of us as we were finishing up a mani and pedi. Im unsure if this has happened to other customers but it has made me uncertain if I will return to this location.

The salon is amazing! Great service and very detail oriented. Thai was amazing, nails were super and clean and the pedicure massage is exactly what I needed after a long day a work! Call and book a reservation, no need to wait for a walk-in spot.

I love this place so much! The staff are always extremely kind, gracious and friendly and never push you beyond your comfort zone or pressure you into something you don’t want or can’t afford. They go out of their way to make you comfortable and pay close attention to details. I appreciate never being shamed if I’m not looking my best or haven’t been in in awhile. The level of service is comparable to what you’d receive in a spa or much pricier salon.Since coming back after a 7 month gap due to covid, I’m very impressed with their new safety measures and will start coming regularly again as a result.

My friends and I had a lovely experience here! Sarah was my nail tech, and did amazing with my toes. Their covid precautions are excellent as well, frequently sanitizing all their equipment and using excellent social distancing policies. Great experience!

Absolutely TERRIBLE. I went with two of my friends and all of us ended up with bloody cuticles and thick and lumpy nails. They were extremely rough and basically did what they wanted. I didn’t feel comfortable enough to say I wasn’t happy with my nails but my one friend that did, after she told her she didn’t like them, the woman doing her nails simply painted over her already set gel and was extremely rude about it. We tried to be as polite as possible and even then we ended up paying a lot of money for terribly done nails.

I used to love this place. But the last time I went I didnt get anything I asked for. Plus my nails didnt even last a week. Very disappointing.

I arrived for my first visit ever to this nail salon and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I booked online this morning but realized I had booked the wrong day. With this being said, the employees greeted me happily and started my service right away. I was coming in for a full set and stayed for a pedicure since I was in heaven. Van performed both of my services and she did an amazing job. I cannot rave enough about this salon! You must check it out! I found my new nail home.

Van and Gina are so good at what they do. The place was clean and the work is beautiful! They were able to do my mani/pedi at the same time and the chair was very comfy. Had a great experience and will be back :)

The service was excellent. I came here because I have bad allergies and they seemed to pride themselves on organic products, but its very much a typical nail salon (one of their line of products is organic). I couldnt use the hot towel treatment that I paid for because the towels were washed in heavily scented detergent (possibly Gain?), and I have a high allergy to that. So there was some disappointment in that I expected a lack of aromas (such as heavy detergent) and allergens. For everyone else, the service is great and my pedicure was well-done. Convenient location!

Convenient location, comfortable setting, friendly staff. I tried five different technicians before settling on one who suited me the best. Only one of these technicians was truly unsatisfactory. I like their wide selection of colors and their complimentary drinks. If you find a technician you like, it helps to make an appointment in advance.

We were visiting from out of town and picked this one based on its rating and prices. It was a great choice! The staff was super nice and did an amazing job. The prices were reasonable and less expensive than other places around. If we’re ever back in town this is the place we’re going.

I have been here twice based on recommendation by coworker . Loved both pedicures, Nail Techs were thourough and gentle in the massages, very careful when cutting ingrown tie nails and did a neat and detailed job on my toes. The owner did my Gel manicures, he trimmed cuticles correctly, painted on 3 layers of base and color gave gentle hand massages.

I got my nails done asked for a refill $55 for a freaking REFILL only for them to do nothing ! My nails look like straight trash and to get it fixed they want me to pay $30 on top of that . This place literally is over priced so much I’m extremely upset and would not recommend this place at all ! Go somewhere else to get your nails done

I love this salon! My nails look amazing and their prices are great too. I had one of the best gel manicures I’ve ever had and their deluxe pedicure is so relaxing.

The place is clean and the people are nice but as far as good quality work um no, I went in first time there and asked for a pedicure and the finished product was something I could’ve done in a dark room, she completely missed the sides of multiple nails and left paint on my skin. Horrible job, will definitely not be going back.

Ive been here twice now and both times my experiences have been great! The space is open and airy with beautiful new chairs and is super clean. Huge selection of high quality nail polish. The technicians are all lovely and friendly, and most importantly they dont appear to be overworked.

This place is beyond belief you can only believe what i am saying if you go try Organic Nails Spa out yourself. They are not any ideal nail salon. IT is more than a regular salon in the area actually. They go way beyond what you expect and give a hundred percent into their work. It is amazing that I gotten everything done under a great price.  I feel great and relaxed. My manicure came out perfect  I love everything and they are just amazing staff. I highly recommend

BAD EXPERIENCE - called for appointment, person on phone took my name and time. Arrived, on time, to be told you dont have an appointment, we dont take appointments on Saturdays. I had to argue and show them my recent calls on my phone to get them to realized they had given me an appointment - someone finally confessed they had given me an appointment. The manager said well you have to wait 30 minutes, I dont have anyone. I get that. I couldnt wait (that is the whole point of getting an appointment), but no apology, nothing, just tough luck, it is your fault. I have been here a few times before and underwhelmed by unfriendly service and only so-so job for a pricier than average nail salon. Returned since close to my house but no more, will not be back here. Be advised.

The best place for pedicures Ive found. They treat you like a valued customer. And they do a great job. Other places Ive gone, Ive sometimes had sore toes by the time of my return visit, not here.

My sister and I have come here at least once a month and we absolutely love the results every time. We never have complaints and everyone is friendly!

Really love the services here! The nail tech working on my manicure was very great! She did everything I ask and fulfilled all of the beautifully! When she was done, my nails looked absolutely mesmerizing! My experience here is just amazing!

FINALLY! A gentle and proper nail removal experience.I have gone to many nail salons in this city and this was the first place that didnt rip my nail bed to shreds as they were taking off my nails.I went in to get my SNS nails taken off and redone. The lady who helped me did it properly and gently, I was very pleased and she did a very nice job. Thank you!!

I went for a pedicure and a gel manicure and had a great experience! There was a huge selection of colors for both standard and gel polish, but I was encouraged to take my time to look through all of the options. My pedicure and manicure were both very thorough and look great! I highly recommend a visit!

They cheated me out of money. They gave me a set price for what I wanted in the beginning( I always confirm the price before hand) and was charged way more in the end without my knowledge because the apparently the manager told the tech it should be more. Will definitely NOT be back. I deeply regret not going to Celfie Nails like I always do. They do a really great job and honest about their services.

I walk in and the shop is beautiful but WORST customer service by far. I walked in and signed my name for a full set and was told we close at 7pm. Im from California and when you walk into a nail salon before closing hours you get serviced with a smile because you dont turn someone away but when you turn a customer away youre turning away money, additional business and your professionalism is out the door. I will never go back to this shop and if someone asks I will not recommend. Just horrible!

We were told on the phone it would be 5-10 dollars for our painted nails, no acrylic, nothing. They then charged us 68 at the counter. Im appalled.

Went and got a pedicure today with a friend. When we sat down the lady doing my friends toes asked if she was pregnant (rude!). My friend said shed recently given birth to twins so she was excited to be out for a pedicure. The woman doing her toes responded with Im not going to be able to fix these in just one session! We were too shocked to leave, but I wish we had. Incredibly rude and insensitive employees.

This is definitely one of the best place I have ever been to! Must say I was so impressed by how professional this place was! To be honest everyone was so nice and great and have the best manner w customer!

I used to go to this salon and love it when it had the former owner. But they changed owners and it has gone way downhill. The place is now not as clean or kept up and the customer service is terrible.

This post was going to start off with five stars but now Down to two stars sinceWithin the first week my thumb popped off. Went back Ivy fixed it up, including the horrible shaping that Sarah did.Within the following week of that, four other nails popped off.My nails were not smooth at all, I have a speck of sparkle in one nail, so it looks mediocre.I dont know what makes this place Organic. Since the other 2 organic nail salons in Austin dont use drills.Sarah was my nail technician.Money literally thrown in the trash.

This is my third time here and sadly it wasn’t a great experience - the manicure was subpar, and I didn’t realize my manicurist nipped me and caused my index finger to slightly bleed until she put a blue substance on it. Then she roughly rubbed my hands with oil and wouldn’t let me wash my hands until I asked (because I had a lot of my old nail polish and powder on my hands). She was irritated when I wanted to get up because I had also gotten a pedicure, and I tried to insist walking barefoot to not complicate her putting my slippers on. Then one of my toes got caught in my slipper and she huffed, frustrated to fix it. I realized I was slightly bleeding when I went to go wash my hands, and when I returned she ignored cleaning up the rest of the cuticles (still had dead cuticles on my non-bleeding hand) and went straight to painting my nails. The slight bleeding didn’t so much bother me as to the rest of the situation when she just left me to sit at the chair, as she moved on to the next customer, and when I wanted to pay she called another person to come help me (who wouldn’t give me a student discount unless I paid in cash). Overall not the best customer service I’ve experienced here, and I’m probably not coming back anytime soon.

This place is so horrible. I’m new to Austin and was relying on reviews/ratings when picking a new nail place. I thought okay 4 stars and great reviews what can go wrong?! WELL everything. The service was so sloppy, they’re very pushy and my nails came out awful. I got a gel manicure and left with 6 of my cuticles bleeding. $33 I’ll never get back

I asked for my nails to be trimmed and Sarah cut most of them off, I asked for them to be rounded and she decided to make them square... so far disappointed, then came the polish which she did okay with except some of it is not smooth so it dried with a lump in the middle. Still disappointed, I wont go back

Best pedicure I’ve had in a while.

Best experience ever! Their basic pedi is $30 and well worth it...I got the $48 mani pedi and they did it quickly because I was in a hurry. So gentle, did amazingly exfoliating my heels (which nail places have gotten so lazy about!) and I will definitely be coming back!

What happened?! They changed owners without warning.This had been a great salon, and this past week I walked in and didnt recognize anyone. They were friendly enough, but the warmth of the former employees is gone. As is the quality. I did not get a good manicure this time, and it was an SNS manicure, so not cheap! I think they even charge more than the previous owners. I will not go back and will no longer recommend it.

Never again going back. Was over charged for a simple tombstone full set with base color and their not even long, Ill post pictures. Not only did she DRILL my cuticle off and made me bleed (Im def not a bleeder) but she also snatched the price listing out of my hands when I asked why it was so expensive then claimed she was giving me a discount. Never ever and I repeat EVER again going back.

OMG, this place is soooo much better than my old nail salon(Arboretum Nails and Spa)! First off, no wait times and they dont lie and say it will only be a few mins wait when its really an hour like my old place did. Clean and actually follow sterilization standards etc. Customer service is so great that I decided to write this review from my phone while enjoying the massage part of the firewalker deluxe pedicure-totally unprompted by them by the way.The massage chairs and pedi tubs are clearly brand new and work amazingly well. They squeezed raw grapefruit slices into the exfoliating scrub and it felt awesome. The firewalker pedicure has a thermal element and also includes hot stones...all of this for ony $55!!!RE: the customer service- not once was I subjected to listening to loud, chattering gossip in a foreign language I dont understand! My nail tech was awesome and focused on asking me questions related to my pedi service rather than forced fake chit chat about my personal life.Im super impressed and will definitely be back! The only possible negative is that this salon works only with natural nails so they dont offer solar uv gel nails or acrylics. This will def be my new pedicure spot though!

Worst experience with these guys, They ruined my nails and nail roots and they did two hand nails in two different shapes and they applied the wrong shades and shapes.
