I’ve been going here for a year & i love it. They always make sure I like what I’m getting or that I’m not hurting while doing a pedicure or mani. I love the quiet & relaxing atmosphere & I literally can’t go anywhere else to get my nails done. I recommend this place to all my friends & family! If you request certain sticker/ design, she will learn it or order the stickers for you 🥺❤️ They are all so amazing and offer complimentary drinks & wine. I will forever go to Galleria 🥰

I got a dip style manicure with tip. I also got a hot stone pedicure. Very relaxing ☺️ My nail tech did a great job!

The customer service here is top tier!!! We went early for mani pedis it really was great.Very through and customize.My sister had a guy he was great along with Nguyen and Cindy. If you are in Austin this is your spot I highly recommend them.

The gentleman that did my pedicure did a pretty good job. But when I asked him to clean under my nails he said he could not. Paint job was average.

One of the most professional and thorough nail salons youll ever find. During these crazy times, they make you feel safe with nice large dividers between chairs as well as hand sanitizer everywhere. I was once accidentally overcharged $5 and didnt say anything. On my next visit, management informed me that I had been overcharged and took the amount off of my amount due for that day. Highly recommend!

Best Nail salon in Texas! Super friendly, clean and great staff. Ive had acrylic nails, manicures, pedicures, and waxing services. All with wonderful service and great results. Ive been going here four at least five years.

Very nice people! My mother and I came for pedicures, and they turned out great. Very clean and reasonably priced. They use stones to massage legs. That was awesome. I will be coming back here!

This place is nice. They take their own time to finish it perfectly. I got my regular manicure done for $12 which is reasonable and totally worth it!

One of the best places that Ive been. I like the fact that they took their time to make my nails look good.

They have no idea how to properly do SNS nails. They apply a shellac gel coat at the end and make you sit under UV light at the end..... we all know this is NOT how you do SNS. The polish chipped 4 days later & I have never had SNS chip. Please dont waste time or money on this nail salon.

Only downside was their selection of gel options. I prefer the color changing gels and they really offer no variety.

I could probably count the number of times on one hand that Ive gotten a manicure and pedicure. This place takes the cake!I was prepping my hands/feet for engagement photos coming up and I was in for a treat :o). The weather happened to be a bit muddy outside so I suspect that had something to do with the low number of people inside. From other reviews it seems like it gets packed, so I was banking on the fact that it was raining no one wanted to get their nails done :o). I walked in and asked for a manicure (full set) and a pedicure and they sat me right down.They offer you something to drink while they are working on you. I must have been doing my pedicure for what seemed like an hour. It was nice because not only did she give my feet a massage, but then she topped it off with a hot stone massage! That was quite pleasant. I asked for a french pedicure and she was so meticulous about making sure that white line was perfect on each toe. I did appreciate this as most other high end salons do a very poor job or use some sort of template to cheat! Not this lady! She hand painted and curved perfectly with her paint brush. My feet have never been softer or prettier!After the pedicure, it was on to giving me some solar nails (i guess thats the terminology). This was a very tedious process (for her not me) and I was yet again impressed by the precision and meticulousness she gave every finger. After about another hour she was done with my nails and I absolutely loved them! They look a lot more natural than other nails Ive seen and she curved them and cut them just the way I asked.Folks here are very nice and it seems they have been in this spot for over a decade. I just moved to Austin a few years ago, so I had no idea. They also seemed to have regulars that came in while I was there.Im not sure what pricing is too high/too low for what I got. But I got a french mani and pedi and got a full set of nails (solar) for 65. I feel for the service and the amount of things I got, it was perfect.

They stayed late and took their time doing a mani-pedi! Thats what I call customer service! !
