Jenny and Nancy were amazing! The cutest Halloween nails EVER!! La Bella is one of the friendliest salons I’ve ever been to, I absolutely recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing nail treatment.

Had an appointment with them earlier today. Walked in and got seated right the way. Enjoyed a glass of white wine in pedicure chair with the massage on for only 15 minutes before sweet Hannah started working on my feet. Her skills were above and beyond fantastic! Nancy checked me out shortly after Hannah finished with my pedicure. Nancy was so nice, she kept asking questions and went out of her way to make sure me as well as other customers were satisfied with the provided services. Loved all the faces I met today who were extremely friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Tran and Mimi are wonderful!!! Very good, friendly, professional, great great great experience!!! The new chairs are very nice and the salon is exceptionally clean. Good TV shows and music too!

Had another appointment for my pedicure today. fantastic work! loved the music and the nail technician who did my pedicure. relaxing! got seated at soon as i walked in. definitely recommend! will come back soon!

I’ll never come back to this place, I went with my friend, they aren’t friendly with us, I was 3 hours in that place, from when we arrived until we left they were not nice to us, the man who started doing my nails he cut my fingers, I went 2 days ago and my nails are losing color, I paid $60 for something that I can do myself and it didnt turn out to be what I wanted either, what my friend wanted them to do they could not do, my friend spent almost $100 for something that was 2% of what she wanted, they didn’t finish their work either. I don’t recommend this place at all, we wasted our money and time.

I had an amazing experience with la Bella nails and spa. Lan and Nancy gave me an outstanding service for both manicure and pedicure. The owner was very nice too. I highly recommend this place y’all!

It’s usually no wait here and the people are super nice. I don’t personally get colors but they have walls of them. They also offer tea, water, soda and wine while you wait. Masks requires.

New owners of La Bella Nails very helpful. I am allergic to acrylic nails and Nancy helped me figure out the best method of doing my nails ! Great service !

New management is horrible. I have been there twice since new management has taken over because I wanted to give my Old favorite salon a second chance. The first experience was horrifying. The gentleman doing my pedicure seemed to still be learning from the manager on proper procedure. (She did my SNS nails while he worked and did them in the wrong color. Instead of fixing it, she said I would get used to the brown shade.)In addition to the pedicure, he was very big on massage. Unfortunately he was massaging way up my thighs. I was too horrified to say anything and did not want to make scene in a very busy salon. I thought Mr. Creepy was done, and then he insisted on massaging my shoulders. Fine, it was just my shoulders, what harm could that do? Next thing I know, his hands were under my dress and bra straps and moving towards areas that were completely inappropriate. I pretty much jumped out of the chair and got out of there as fast as I could.The second time I went back, Mr Creepy was nowhere in sight. The Mani/Pedi was fine, but when I opened my wallet to get out my card, the manager saw that I had cash and was then insistent that I pay the entire bill in cash. That made me extremely uncomfortable.I loved LaBella and have been going there since it first opened. Everyone that worked there was extremely nice. Its too bad they changed management and ran off the original staff. I cannot imagine ever going back.

Hannah is the GOAT!!! Been going to her for 6yrs when she was at another salon & followed her here. I always try to do something different, bringing various pinterest pics for examples & Hannah is always up for the challenge!!! Salon is always clean, friendly staff and the owner is friendly as well. Although the girls need to stay on schedule they dont make you feel rushed. 💅⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nancy did a great job on my acrylics the last few times I’ve gone in and each time before that I’ve been more than satisfied with the results of the other staff.

I went their with my friend and the people their were so very disrespectful. First they made fun of my friends finger size eight in front-of her and they all laughed at her. Then she continued to compliment my nails on front of her which is degrading. Second we got charged 55 for a basic pedi and mani without tip. The nail polish chipped in a day. AWFUL application and we felt so judge and uncomfortable the whole time. I have been to multiple Steiner ranch nail salons and this is by far the worst one. Also to add on they offered us white wine while we where clearly under age and they didn’t Id either. They rushed through everything and mocked my friend and I would recommend any nail salon but this one. It’s awful rage your money.

Pretty disappointed. Called in advance and ask for a really good nail tech since I was shopping around for a new place but that didnt happen unfortunately. Between my finger cut where the file sawed into my skin and the lumps all over my nails, I think this is the worst experience ever. 1 star because I couldnt post without it.

I had scheduled my SNS appointment a week ago, for 5:30pm. I got there at 5:15 as I checked in the lady said she will be with me in 15mins, but she never came by to get me. The other guy came up to me after 20mins and told me to have a sit in one of the chairs he said he will be right with me. I waited another 10mins or so nobody came by so I decided to just leave I was too tired from long day at work couldn’t be anymore patient. I ended up leaving around 6:10pm and during this whole time I noticed they were taking walk in & I didn’t see them following any COVID protocols.

I had a deluxe pedicure and powder dip. Online it says they will fill the powder dip nails. I went in two weeks later to touch up my nails and they said they won’t fill their own dip manicure. Also my toe nail polish chipped a couple days after the pedicure. The lady who did my nails cut into my cuticles and they took a very long time to service us. We sat over 20 minutes waiting for our original appointment time. Some of the staff are very difficult to understand, one lady almost started to place acrylic on my nails instead of dip. I overtipped but I find their service to be a little disappointing. Their massage chairs are very outdated and were very rough on my back when I was sitting for my pedicure.

We love this place. Enjoy visiting a local nail spa every couple of weeks. The staff does excellent work on pedicures as well as nails. We have been frequenting the spa since arriving at Steiner four years ago.

I felt very safe with the masks, distancing, plexiglass and cleaning. Same great pedicure!

Got up sold for gel on my toenails and hilariously they don’t match. The left foot is clearly darker than the right. I don’t know how he did that.

My nails are so lumpy! Not at all what I wanted. The nail lady told me if I wanted what I showed her (showed her a picture) then I have to go to east Austin because in lakeway every one is plain and simple! As someone who just moved here I would take offense to that if I was a local. I will never go back to this place such a waste of money.

My daughter gets her nails done here. Friendly staff, they take walk-ins as well as appointments, several nail techs on shift, so there typically isnt a long wait time if you dont make an appointment. The nail techs are all very knowledgeable, and helpful, the quality of their craftsmanship is phenomenal, and considering that, their prices are pretty decent.

I came in for a polish change on my toes and the dip for my nails. Linda did them. She was amazing. She got my nail shape just right. And did a wonderful job.

The service was quick and perfect. The staff was very friendly and professionals. The atmosphere is awesome.

I go here mainly because it’s close and easy, however I’d rather go further up the road to receive better service! Every time I have gone, I think “oh it’s just this time”, but there is a new problem every time!! Body lice, bleeding cuticles, and thin nails the list is never ending!! Let’s hope my sns doesn’t pop off because then my nail will be gone!! I’m quite disappointed with the manicure service and won’t be coming back anytime soon!!

I have been left wounded and worried about infection more than once at this salon getting SNS. They use their nails to separate the polish that’s stuck to the skin, which is unsanitary and on such a sentive area. Tools look consistently unclean. I was left bleeding from two of my fingers today from my manicurist’s nails and file, but they said it was “fine” because “the cuts are small”. Will not be back.

Awful!!! Had an acrylic set of nails put on that she cut all different sizes and the nails didnt even fit my nails they were too small. When i went back i had to go in 3 times in one day before they tried to fix them and when she was finished along with her awful attitude the nails looked exactly the same. Needless to say i will not be repeating business that was $43 down the drain!!!!

Wonderful salon and spa beautiful surroundings and the staff is always so nice and accommodating to everyone it is such a lovely place to get my nails and pedicure done and I get a waxing done to and its all reasonable price I recommend this place highly it has one of the best nail salons and spas in the whole area
