I just had my nails done by Julie and the experience was wonderful!I had a full solar set done with gel polish. I was seated immediately as a walk-in, and the whole process took less than an hour. The price was great as well.Julie asked me about length, shape, and polish type, and all other conversation regarded work on my nails. This was a huge relief for me as I wasnt up for small talk.Definitely recommend!!!

Friendly staff, they were able to turn a bad experience at another salon by accepting me at ten minutes notice for a gel manicure and hot stone pedicure.

I went for a full mani pedi and took my gender fluid finance to get their first manicure. They were really nervous but this place was said to be LGBTQ friendly so we wanted to try. The staff here were very polite and accommodating. We didnt wait at all and were seen to right away. I was convinced to upgrade to a gel and it has been great. Their prices are reasonable and if you pay a bit extra, you are definitely getting quality. Julie was simply amazing and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. My other half was also nervous but relaxed after a bit and felt completely valid here. I am definitely coming back and bringing everyone else with me.

This place has the best rates with manicures. Julie did my sisters acrylic nails and so far, she is the best nail tech that we’ve dealt with. She listens to what you want does gives you just that!

This was my first time here and I had a great experience. There was no wait and I was seated with Kevin for my SNS nails. He did a great job! No nicks or cuts on my cuticles. I will definitely be back.

Cindi is my girl she rocks my nails out the park by far. In tge 8 years ive been in Austin shes the first to get my nails the way i like.

I was very pleased with how nice everyone was Lily did my nails and did a good job. She took her time and was very helpful to make sure I was happy. Also Lily did my eyebrows, best Ive ever seen them look. Lets see how long my nails last before I decide to go back. I usually can go 1 month. Thank you for a great experience.

Great nail salon! This is my first visit so I called ahead to ask if I needed an appointment for a pedicure. They fit me in since I was close by and no wait.Very clean, masks required, and plastic shields are in place for protection.

I have been going to Friendly Nails for years. Absolutely the best technicians I could ask for. They never rush or make me feel hurried. Their menu of services is diverse and their prices fantastic.

Great service! We showed up a little before they close and felt bad and had messed up the paint to one of my toes and i asked to get it fixed with just covering it up, it wasn’t noticeable to me but they ended up redoing the whole toe so they were perfect. Excellent service, amazing friendly ladies. Definitely recommend coming here. The salon was also super clean!

I have been coming here for quite some time by my friends recommendation and I can say that it has become one of my favorite stores to go to! I always feel like a new person with fresh painted toes and feet when I leave the store. I also love how employees, as well as customers that dont know one another, act like one big happy family. Its rare to see that now and days.Sad to see the rating of this store be so low because unfortunately when people are satisfied with their experience here, they dont think to leave good reviews. I wish people would try out the place instead of judging them by their ratings/reviews.

Its Friendly Nails & Spa, but theyre not Friendly at all! No greeting when I entered, the owner looked like unhappy to have another customer even though I made an appointment. Even the lady who did my pedicure cut my toe and she just pushed my bleeding foot into the water without any treatment even though I told her about the bleeding. Both that lady and the owner didnt say a word about apologizing, instead they were talking each other in their language. Even later she just put the color to bleeding toenail to cover the blood! Since she cant speak English, I asked the owner to remove the color before it dry, she said that I need to wait 15 minutes. So rude and they have unacceptable attitude to the customer. Also the owner asked me wash my hands after she applied the lotion on me and she put the lotion without cleaning or wiping after trimming my fingernails. I dont want to recommend this place at all.

Im sorry to say that the staffs there are so unprofessional.. They just dont know how to have glitters on the top of nails while looking at the pictures.. i myself designed and did my nails about the glitter job. They just gave me 30% off from the price. The giltter used to be free of charge though. And moat importantly u must have a hard time communicating with them..

The reason I gave two stars is Bc some of the girls there are so sweet, they work so hard and hardly ever get family time. BUT the lady who looks like the owner or the lead is very rude. Gives back looks, has an attitude and and acts like shes annoyed to see you. Ive never been treated like that at a business its quite odd. I feel bad for the sweet ones that have to work there with her!

Me and my friend went to get our nails done before our trip and were told to sit for 15 minutes while they get ready and we pick out our color. The wait ended up being more than 45 minutes and the workers were very rude about it. When I finally got my nails done, they were sloppy and very short! The acrylic was also all over my cuticles. After a week of having the sloppy nails and being on vacation, 4 of the nails broke clean off! The nails are suppose to last for 3 weeks! I am livid!!! Thats what I get for going to a different nail salon.

We have been going to Friendly nails for two years now because they do such a good job!! Highly recommend Kim, Jasmine, or Annie.

My favorite place for a mani/pedi! Been going here for over a year & hate going anywhere else (I live in Austin but work in Cedar Park so sometimes my schedule forces me to find somewhere else close to me on the weekends). Plus the fish in the tank (Shiny) is super entertaining if you ever have to wait for a seat. I make a point to say hello & goodbye to him on my visits.Staff is friendly, skilled, patient and helpful for those who come in undecided.

Not really feeling this place. My eyebrows and nails were rushed the whole process and it shows. My nails are crooked, the paint is terribly done and my nails look like they already need a fill and Ive had them for two days. Very dissatisfied with the results.

Hanna made one of my nails crooked, and cut two of my fingers with the fingernail file. Never going here again.
