Visited VIP nails a few days ago. I love my nails. I rated them 4 stars because the lady filed my skin and not my nail. This happens sometimes but I feel like they should be more careful.

Found another nail salon closer to home! Pictures speaks for itself. Had super fun with glow in the dark nails😋

Great service and affordable pricing! I broke one of my nail polishes there and they helped “save” my polish and helped me clean it. Loved how helpful and friendly they were. Will definitely start using them as my regular manicure place.

Vickie is awesome. She has done the best ombre SNS manicures that I have ever had. Im always happy to pay a little more for that here, because she is so good.

I was referred here by a friend about a year ago. Absolutely love this place! Tracey the owner does my nails, she is so friendly & takes her time to do a great job! Trang & Tan have both done my pedicures. I have nothing but good things to say about VIP nails.

I’ve been to this salon 4 times, I wanted to try out SNS for the first time and decided on this one based off of the reviews. The first time I went in a older man did my nails and they were GREAT. No issues at all with breaking or chipping and I came back 2 weeks later and got them redone again. I haven’t seen that man in the salon since, but the last time he did my names I noticed the woman working next to him was having an issue with her client not liking her nails or the shape. Each time I call to make an appointment to come in (not requesting a specific person) I am always sat with the older lady at the very end, I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt, she is very nice but her work is not up to par. By the time I came for the 3rd time my real nails were grown out so much that I didn’t need tips with the SNS and I wanted to try ombré pink and white, I was nervous because I didn’t know how they did ombré with SNS but figured she would know what she was doing since she said she could do it. She was just sprinkling random pink and white powder all over 2 of my fingers and it looked really bad. I apologized and asked her if she could just do regular SNS with 1 color but she tried to reassure me that it will look get at the end but I just didn’t believe it. It was getting late like 6pm so I think she just rushed my nails by then. She did them really quickly, they looked bette than the ombré and I left. 2 days later one of the tips broke off while I was SHOWERING. I went into the salon and asked if they can fix it, the same lady did my nails again and laughed and said “where you trying to open a can?!” like it was my fault, then when I told her I was just taking a shower she stopped talking. It’s now been 1 week since I got it fixed and another nail snapped off with my real nail while I was putting on jeans. I’m sure they do good work and I feel like it’s just this one particular lady there that is not doing something right but overall it’s been a bad experience. I would think that if she’s done by nails and one broke 2 days later someone else would fix it and see the issue but apparently not. I’ll be going someone else.

Perfect! I got exactly what I wanted and it was very affordable. Great atmosphere and price! I’ll be back for sure!

I had the pleasure of receiving the deluxe pedicure at VIP Nail & Spa the sugar scrub foot soak and the entire treatment is a Must experience you truly get more than your moneys worth highly recommended

Going inside a nail salon is not in my comfort zone, but the people at VIP made me feel welcome and comfortable. They did a great job on the pedicure as well. Will definitely be back. Thank you VIP.

I have been going to here for at least 4 plus years. The nail techs have always been super friendly and always greet me by my name. They even ask how my kids are doing. I have tried other places in the past, but my nails have always broken right away. I love that they really last here, I would never go anywhere else.

This place is honestly the best. I have gone to Vickie for over a year and she is the best they come. She takes so much time when she does your hands and feet. Ive never seemed rushed or that I was one of many appointments of hers. Also, their nail color selection is HUGE and they have wine. :) I will always go here. Best place in North Austin.

Very bad nails job, I don’t recommend this place. Don’t waist your money. I got holographic and it came off the second day. I got holographic for one finger and the rest blue, she got me navy and she said it will turn blue when I apply the clear polish, but it stayed navy and it was glittery. And for the holographic it was nice at first but she didn’t do the sides very good. So the next day it started coming off. Save your money on another nail place. Not worth the 60$ for some one holographic nail and navy. ZERO STAR!

So happy I went here. Its a lil shop tucked in right beside HEB in Cedar Park. The salon is small, but not much room is needed and it was very clean. They take reservations and walk ins and offer a variety of services. The staff is so friendly and professional. They had regular customers come in and the staff greeted them as family. I dont do this very often but I am glad I did - and more than likely will get more manicures now I know of a place with fair prices, great customer service and an all around terrific experience. I’ve been going to Tracey for a little over a year and every time I go the quality is amazing, I ask for very specific looks and she checks every box every time. The people are very nice there, the wait is very short 2-3 minutes with an appointment. I appreciate Tracey so much and will continue to go here

Dont go here. I paid $120 and my nail broke in two days. Dont book with Tracy she overlaps her appointments and will take 2 people while you wait. It took 4 hours to get a full set and a pedicure. They also talk about you in their language. Very bad experience never going back.

Great nails done here! Prices depend on service you are looking for. But the the staff is incredibly talented in what they do!

I really enjoy the atmosphere at VIP Nails. Jen is the best and most customer service technician on staff! It took my wife 16 years to get me in for a pedicure, and Jen keeps me coming time after time.

I tried another nail place cause I was crunched for time and they were too busy for me and all my friends at once. I regret it, here they take care of all your needs and are sanitary, kind, and overall very sweet people. I will never go to another nail salon again.

I love coming here. Everybody is welcoming and they have a variety of sns and regular nail polish colors. They usually are ok with walk ins for pedis, but I would recommend making appointments for sns and shellac. Nail equipment is always properly sterilized and the place is clean.

Mindy was super sweet and did a great job. The salon was clean and confortable. All implements and equipment were properly sterilized.

Ive been here twice for their deluxe pedicures; The last time was a couple of weeks ago. Ms. Mai/May (so sorry if I misspelled) did a WONDERFUL job and she was the SWEETEST thing. Gosh she had such a sweet spirit. I was so well put at ease that I was relaxed enough to work on some knitting (Im very nervous about getting my feet done lol). The glass of wine was a nice touch too. I pay VERY close attention to detail and my bare toenails were IMMACULATE and so was my polish. Feet were soft amd smooth. Perfection and no fungus either time. No one else in Cedar Park will do these toes. Thanks ladies!

All the people here talk in a language you dont understand. Make you feel extremely bad about your nails they way they look. I am here for them to look better guys not for your comments. Rude people! not worth a star. If you have no idea about nails theyll fool with one of their most expensive nails. Would not suggest this place.

Just left VIP nail salon and am extremely disappointed. The greeting was poor, and it wasnt even busy; I was the only one there. Asked for a gel manicure with oval shape and ended with round square. The polish is running over my cuticle and its not like I can fix it because its dry. Couldnt stay to fix them because Im leaving town but definitely will not come back and DO NOT and WILL NOT Recommend this shop to anyone.

This is one of the best places Ive been to. Vickie is now working there and Ive been seeing her for over 7 years (3 years at VIP) and the staff is absolutely wonderful. The owner is a sweetie! If you want a mani and/or pedi that will last.....this is the place to go!

Ive been going to VIP nails every 2-3 weeks for over 6 months, mainly for SNS nails, but I do get the occasionally pedicure there too. I absolutely adore everyone who works there! They are friendly and do a fabulous job. I used to get gel nails but since August I have been getting SNS nails (fingernails dipped in powder). My nails are stronger, longer and have never looked better. Everyone is wonderful at VIP, but I usually see Tracy.

Hands down one of the WORST manicures I’ve ever received. I went in for an SNS color change (which was $35 might I add)and not only was I waiting for close to 30 minutes (they could have said come back, it’s a long wait, etc. instead I was just told to “hold on”)But when I was finally called back it was a mess. The man doing my nails was pretty rough with the drill (it hurt pretty bad a few times) and he glued his fingers together on accident while doing my nails. So, he had to stop and spend another 20 minutes trying to get that fixed. (Accidents happen - totally understand, but being well versed enough to avoid that would have been better during a busy time of day)Then, one of my nails was misshapen, and nothing was done to correct it. My color is more of an unintentional ombré than anything, since it’s dark near the top but excessively over buffed and light near the base. And to top that, there’s little pieces of fuzz, etc stuck in them.Overall, spending an hour plus for an SNS color change shouldn’t happen, but then again neither should half the other things that went wrong here.I’d recommend finding somewhere else, don’t waste your time.

I was cut to bleeding on 3 different fingers. Glue was left on 2 fingers. My pedicure polish is super sloppy.

I have been here about 3-4 times, currently here right now and every time I have had an appointment, and they don’t get started until 20-30 minutes after the appointment time. It’s super inconvenient as appointments are made to keep a schedule, and now other plans have to be delayed. This is the last time I’m coming here. super disappointed.
