I asked for gel sparkly white. i had an older lady doing mine at first. she cut my finger twice and did very poor application, got it all over the sides of my nails and the white turned yellow fast. after i told her i wasn’t satisfied, another lady came and tried to re do them and just kept adding more paint and i finally told her i didn’t want to the sparkles anymore because i was already there for an hour. so i had 2 different lady’s doing my nails and they still weren’t correct. i was bleeding and the polish was burning my fingers. after a while i just said it’s fine i had to leave and they still made me pay $45 for just white gel polish

Paula was fantastic with my SNS nails for my wedding. As soon as I walked out, I scraped four of the pretty badly and she did not hesitate to fix them for me! Highly recommend!! Kit was also so great with my aunt!! Great place.

This place Smelled funny, also I paid 60 dollars on a pedi I didn’t even have a choice to decide which one I wanted, If you need acrylic on your toe don’t waste your time. Literally paid for nothing.

Brought my wife here to get a pedicure and manicure. We were greeted entering the building and asked to sanitize our hands. Took no offense to it just shows this place cares for its customers safety and health. By all means my coming was for my wife but i got convinced to get a pedi and mani (just the basics). I noticed the difference immediately. Great environment and quality service. My wife left happy too, highly recommended place.

I came here for a quick fill and that’s how I discovered Kit. He did my fills for me once, and I’ve came back ever since. He’s always kind and courteous and does my nails exactly the way I want them, WITHOUT me having to tell him how to do them. I just say work your magic. I highly recommend here.

Great and quick service, my nails look and feel great. Got a dip and deluxe pedicure, my toes and fingers feel bejeweled and fresh. The dip is smooth and well shaped and no cuticle ridges which is hard to find especially with new nail techs. I’m from out of town and just walked in on my way to the grocery. Highly recommend this place.

WONDERFUL!!!!So I walked in and the young man greeted me. He was very good at listening to what I wanted. The design is beautiful and he was so gentle with me. He asking for my picture so he could copy them onto my nails. (Which not most do, which I think most should do ☺️). We had a small conversation here and there, he was nice. Everyone in the shop was nice. I’m not sure of his name but he had sunflower tattoos on his arm ( very attractive guy). I appreciate him because my hands were soo shaky (cuz I was nervous, he was so handsome and I was sore from working out a day earlier). I could tell he was getting frustrated but he kept his cool. In the end, I got what I wanted and he was still nice. Definitely would come back again. For the nails that is ...... lol

I never write any bad reviews but I had just started going to this salon for about 2 months and everything was fine. Loved my nails and everything but today I went to get my nails shortened because they were too long. They quickly sat me down which was nice until the technician started to cut my acrylics that had gel, with regular nail clippers. The male technician was in a rush and didn’t seem to care that my nails were crooked and uneven. When he asked me if I liked them, I asked if he could shape them like they were before. It was like he didn’t hear me and just barely ran the file on the sides of my nails and said that was the coffin shape. He didn’t offer to retouch my gel polish because he had basically cut and filed the edges of it away! The way he cut my nails was very unprofessional. I loved coming to this location because I work in the same shopping center. It was so convenient but I’m never coming back.

Probably the worst color change Ive ever had done. I called to see how much a color change was as I forgot my card at home and only had $20 cash on me. I wanted to get this done before class so I didnt want to go home and grab it. I was unaware of the fee to remove the nail polish, so I said I would return a different day since I wasnt going to have time to go to the bank. But she said 20 was ok and I stayed even after asking plenty of times if they were sure it was ok. I wish they wouldve said just to come back because I think she wouldve done a better job than the one done below. The sad part is that I didnt even really look at them until I drove away.

I had one nail to fix and all other nail shops were closed! This one was open! Went in and had my thumb nail fixed and it looked better then the other nine that were already done. (I had just gotten my nails done like 3 days before that so they were fairly new!) She must have noticed this because she took it upon herself to go over the other nine nails!Needless to say, Im very pleased with the work from her, and Ive been going every since.

I has been wearing artificial nails for a long time now. Last week i came to this salon for the first time and got my nails done by this man. This is the first time that i really felt satisfied. I didnt think i can find anyone who can shape the nails the way i wanted. His name is Sonny and if you like long nails, you got to go see him.

This place is so so. It’s not great, but it’s not bad. They do not use single use nail files or scrubbers. So if you’re grossed out by that, I’d suggest not going here.

Love Ivy ! She is the best! I have followed her from her old shop to this shop! Ivy has done my nails for 7 years and I dont let anyone else touch my hands! Jay has been doing my daughters nails for the last year and we absolutely love this team! They always go up and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with our nails and brows. Ivy is gentle and her products never lift! My nails can be on for weeks and they still look fresh as the first day! You will not be disappointed!

Ive gotten gel acrylics a couple of times here. There’s never any wait. They pay amazing attention to detail and i love my nails. I even broke one in a rowing competition and came back a week later and they fixed it with no charge. You should defiantly come here!

TL;DR:WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD- nail techs were rude, slow, INAPPROPRIATE, unsanitary and DID NOT provide a quality service (3 nails chipped in less than 24 hours)- male manager was also very rude, does not know how to conduct business or make sure customers are satisfied and does and does care about his reputation or know how to deal with customersIf I could give this no stars, I would. Im not the type of person to complain but this was quite literally the WORST experience Ive ever had, and speaking with the manager put the icing on the cake.Lets start with the in salon experience:-my nail technician called me fat-my nail technician called my friend too tall-my nail tech made offensive comments about transgendered people-massage had no pressure and felt like an irritating skin rub-my pedicure took significantly longer than my friends (and started before hers) because my nail tech kept PHYSICALLY HITTING the male tech next to her, flirting and carrying on with him. She slapped him, pushed him and pinched his earlobes. SO uncomfortable.-the place was not clean. They charge extra for disposable liners and even then the tub felt greasy-the paint job is substandard. There is paint all over the cuticle on most nailsNot even 24 hours later, 3 toes are severely chipped. So I decide to call the salon to speak with a manager. I was seeking a refund because WHY would I want to go back to the salon to be insulted again? When they answered the phone I asked if I could speak with a manager and the voice on the other end responded .... Uh... This is she. ?!?!?! Like are you sure or not? So I explain my experience and she says refunding money isnt something they usually do. I was adamant and she said shed talk with her other manager. I said Id be happy to explain to him what happened. She told me to hold on a second and I could hear HER telling him my experience in a foreign language, which is rude because she spoke perfect English. The male manager was the biggest problem.Experience with the male manager:-wouldnt let me explain my situation and talked over me-I had to ask him to stop talking over me so I could explain, which I did-he said since its a service they dont do refunds-he was insinuating I was a liar because I did not know the name of my technician-insinuated I was a liar again because I did not complain yesterday... HELLO I wanted to GET OUT OF THERE ASAP-when I told him I was going to review the business and share my extremely negative experience he responded you know, what can I say? Go ahead. Someone who CLEARLY doesnt care about his customers, customer retention, customer satisfaction or reputation. DO YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT BUSINESS?

Not very happy with my service. Kevin asked me to pay for my manicure before he even started I thought that was ok then he motions at the tip part of the receipt really Kevin you expect me to know how much I will tip you before you even begin. He was rushed and his work showed that. The receptionist was amazing. She apologized and actually fixed the errors herself. She really tried her best to make sure I was happy before I left. She let me know that they were extremely busy and continued to ask me if there was anything she could do. So make sure they are not busy when you show up. If you want stellar performance tip big before they start.

I had wanted an artificial nail on my toes. I had reviewed the process of how to apply gel to toe nails so Id be aware of the steps. I looked down and she was just paint my nails. I told her thats not what I asked for. One of her coworkers processed to tell me shes doing gel. I had picked out a regular polish so she wasnt apply gel. She was apply regular finger nail polish. I tried describing what I wanted they acted as if they didnt understand what I was requesting. Then I showed her a video of the steps and she continued to tell me thats what she was doing. Which she wasnt doing the same process as the video she was just painting my nails. The standard pedicure was $26. She supposedly apply gel to my toes which made it $41. Why would I pay $41 just for you to apply polish to my nails. Whatever scrub that she used burned my skin. Then she made the water extremely hot. I moved my feet away when I saw the stream from the water. But shes still grabbed my feet and placed them in the water. She also tore my skins off and left me nails noticeably uneven.

I’m obsessed with Ta (I believe that’s his name). He did such an amazing job and he was so respectful and polite. He was talkative and added to the experience. They offered my friend and I wine as well as the roku remote which included netflix, youtube, etc. A really great salon for a great price. I 100% recommend this place.

When I got in they immediately showed me to a pedicure chair and told me to start soaking my feet. I sat there for almost 40 minutes with 0 service. Finally asked someone if they knew how much longer the wait would be and he said I don’t know and walked away. I sat for five more minutes and then got up and left. At no time was a significant wait mentioned and my night was completely wasted. They didn’t even acknowledge me when I left

I got a mani/pedi. The people were nice and it wasnt to expensive.

The technicians CONSISTENTLY ruin my nail beds by buffing the shellac too long/hard. Very few techs speak english, so when you ask for something they just say ok and then do what they want anyway. Very frustrating. I was a frequent customer for a year, but I will not be going back any more after this last visit when the tech dug deep grooves into my nail bed, but couldnt understand what I was saying/asking so she just ignored me. Awful.

New nail tech there by the name of Tammy I love her work I followed her to this nail salon from her move from another salon..this place has more space and is clean. Im happy with this move...Tammy is the best.

I am not one to post negative reviews, but I think it’s important for me to post this one. I went to this nail salon to have my SNS nails removed and a clear polish put on. WITHOUT FILING MY NAILS AT ALL OR USING ANY ACETONE, the nail tech proceeded to insert a nail file between the hard SNS attaches to my nail and my actual nail and began to try and pry the hard SNS off my nail (i.e. he used no acetone to soften the SNS first). My thumb nail broke and spilt down the middle to the nail bed. I told him to stop as I was not going to pay for the service, but he told me he would file my nails and use acetone, which I presumed he would do for free. After soaking off my nails (didn’t wrap them or use tin foil at all, which isn’t something I’ve ever seen after SNS) in acetone, he filed them and then charged me $5 for the removal fee. WORST nail service I have ever received and I would NOT trust them with my nails ever again. Oh, and none of the staff apologized.

This is the nail shop I would always go to but the one time they did my brows I was unsatisfied. I asked if my brows could be fixed before I paid and the woman began yelling and screaming. Some other employees were willing to help us but the woman kept screaming and making the situation uncomfortable. The woman pushed her employee twice and would not allow them to speak. I feel like this type of incident has occurred before by her statements and the employees reactions. The woman had no regard to customer service. I will not be returning.

Great Experience

A lot of miscommunications and rushed services resulted in poorly done nails and waxing job. I barely had time to dry my nails properly, let alone register what they did, before they were trying to push me out the door. My nails got messed up from just walking and I couldnt go back because they closed. My waxing recommendations were not listened and now my eyebrows are uneven. I would personally not go to this place at all

I wouldnt bother going here . I cannot speak for their actual services because I never got to experience those . I had a Groupon voucher given to me as a gift but they refused to honor it unless the original purchaser came with me and showed them it on their phone . They would accept neither the hard copy nor a phone call direct from the purchaser.This means you cannot buy a gift for someone through Groupon . It specifically states though that you can redeem online or with the number . This is untrue.I wasted my time walking there half an hour each way in the heat and half an hour trying to redeem it .The staff were extremely rude from the beginning before I even had a problem which starts off on a sour note .They dont like customers !
