Thank you Theresa for doing a beautiful job on my nails two weeks ago, they have stayed strong throughout the two weeks with no breakage. I will definitely be back in the next few days!!

It’s a nice and clean place. But the service wasn’t that great and wasn’t quite satisfied with it. It was my first time getting my nails done and went for the gel option. The nail technician I️ had didn’t seem to take me that seriously and seemed like she was rushing to get it done. Messed up a few times and tried to have her to fix it, even then there’s air bubbles, cotton strands and other debris that got trapped under the nail polish. On top of that, the color wasn’t what I picked out. Not sure if I️ just came at the wrong time since there was only one person working there.

This place does a great job with SNS nails. They also have a lot of solar powders to choose from and know a lot of different design techniques. I had them do SNS with faded glitter on the tips and it looked great.

I love this place! I am really picky about my nails and the people who are doing them. If I am going to pay good money, I want them to do a good job. The people at Alpha do a great job AND their prices are very reasonable, some of the best Ive found. And unlike other salons who were always encouraging me to try brighter colors like pinks or reds, these people admire the dark shades and combinations I ask for. I often bring my own polish and ask them to layer certain ways or do many coats. They do EXACTLY what I ask perfectly and Ive never been charged extra. And the atmosphere is clean and inviting. I would suggest this place to anyone!

Now that this salon is under new management it is GREAT! I am very picky about where I get my nails done especially in regards to cleanliness and quality of work. Ive been to many, many nail salons and this is definitely the best by far. Tom did a great job on my pedicure and gel fill on my nails. He was very detailed and gentle with my nails. The rest of staff were laughing and joking around with all of the customers. They throughly cleaned the pedicure tubs after each pedicure and used sterilized tools for each pedicure.This will definitely be my place to go from now on.

I am so disappointed this was THE WORST manicure and pedicure I have EVER gotten. She didnt fully take of my polish on my toes before painting over them and showing bumps through from the old polish on my toes. On my nails again she didnt fully get my previous gel off before painting them a French tip. She didnt fully cover my nail, and was super sloppy fast. I am angry I paid that kind of money for something my ten year old niece could have done better. I wish I could leave no stars. She was in such a rush to get done so she could do someone elses nails, I am paying just like anyone else, they can wait and if she doesnt want to then fine. But thats ridiculous. I am never coming back here again. I am surprised of this places good reviews.

This place felt very dirty and uncared for. There were bugs and trash on the ground and I felt so uncomfortable with how dirty the womans rolling cart of supplies looked that I asked her to stop and walked out. I have had my toes done numerous times and never had an experience where sanitation was such a concern. I asked her if they sterilize or even put the metal tools in a solution because she had been rummaging through different trays on her cart and grabbing random things that did not look clean. Only after asking she opened a pouch with what I would hope were clean instruments. Still, at this point it was too much and i couldnt continue.

Its a great place for the price. I got a full set of french nails and a pedicure for $54. The place looks clean and the staffs friendly.

I would not recommend this nail salon. When asked if I wanted my nails cut down I answered, just a little. The nail technician then cut my nails down all the way to the finger. They were so short, the filing was hurting the skin on my fingers afterwards. I was sat down for my nails to dry but there were no fans working. After 5 minutes, she rushed me out telling me that my nails were dry after touching one. Before I even got into my car, three of my nails were already messed up because they were nowhere near dry. On top of that, I handed her a twenty dollar bill for a $15 manicure. Rather than give me 5 ones back she handed me only a 5 dollar bill, likely trying to manipulate a higher tip. Its just a $15 manicure so it is not a big deal, but I will definitely never go back to this salon.

I have been going to Alpha nails at 6301 W Parmer Ln in Austin for many years. My nails alwasy look beautifu. The staff is super friendly and treat me like family. This is the only place I wil go for manicure and pedicures.

They do a very good job, at this point they know me by now and know what I want! Im never bored cause whatever they have on the tv is fasinating! When they are done they make SURE that my nails are perfect when I leave, even if it means they have to redo a few =/ my bad! hah

All the colors on the samples dont match the actual color. Nails are uneven and very thick.
