Lisa and all of the folks at Noonan Grand Rental were a pleasure and a blessing to work with on my first large-scale event. I seriously could not have done it without her patience, guidance, and expertise. I rented a couple hundred chairs, numerous canopies, and a podium from Noonan, but still needed a 40 x 40 tented buffet area. Noonans didnt have it, but Lisa offered to find one from another company, which worked out wonderfully, as well. The set-up crew was fun and friendly, and setup went unexpectedly fast. Since the venue was the new Bicentennial Plaza, we had to work around some special considerations, but Lisa was so accommodating and patient with everything. Pricing was very reasonable, too. I HIGHLY recommend Noonan Grand Rental and plan to use them on all future events.

Noonans is a great business to work with! They are very helpful if you need advice on linens or the look of something. We had them install bistro lighting in our reception venue, which was a wonderful touch and received a lot of compliments. The two workers that installed the lights were professional, fast, and respectful of our vision. I also had to cancel a candelabra order the day before my wedding, and they were very kind and quick in doing so. I would not go anywhere else for linens, pipe and drape, or lighting for weddings in Springfield.

We rented a concrete saw in March and the arbor was incorrect. We returned it and they said they would give us a credit. When I asked about using the credit last week when we rented a 16 inch circular saw I was told I could only use the credit for a concrete saw. I told them I didn’t think I would ever have the need to use a concrete saw again. Seems to me a credit is a credit. Noonans has always been our go to place for rentals, but I’m now looking for a new rental company.Noonans called me within a few hours to rectify the issue I had with a rental that I had posted about earlier this morning. I appreciate their prompt response and the credit I have to use for any rental in the future. Thank you Matt. I will be back.

After three years of renting items from them I will not rent any thing again from them. Very rude customer service.

I rented the game theater. Lisa worked with me over email to set everything up. When i showed up unexpectedly to pay the whole crew at the shop were easy to work with and extremely helpful. JJ was our coach and was Amazing. The setup went smoothly and quickly. They came early and set up and were ready right on time. We got maximum time with the theater. The kids had the beat time ever. I can not say enough great things about Noonan. The game theater was the best noney I have ever spent for a birthday party. This is the second time I rented it and will not be the last. Thank you so much!

We put on one of the biggest festivals in town and Noonan’s takes care of business. Worked with Joel and Lisa on what we needed and when it came time to set it up Noonan’s was all business. Joel and his crew showed up on time and had everything set before the gates opened. I’ve used them twice this summer and cannot recommend them enough.

We rented chairs from here for our wedding. They were lovely and easy to transport. The price was good. Recommend!

I called Noonan Rental to inquire prices on sharpening my lawn mower blade. I was informed that it would cost me $7. I proceeded to deliver my mower to the shop. Upon arrival I was informed that the price was now $12 at this point I was weary about their trust worthiness but I still proceeded to give them a chance. I was told that my mower blade would be sharpened and ready for pick up the next day. My comfort level was now a bit restored. The next day I called at noon to check if my mower was ready. Matt the assistant manager informed me that they were three weeks behind, Matt then preceded by asking my name for the receipt to see if it was completed. Matt then told me that it was completed. Later that evening, I went to pick my mower and paid in full. I got home to refill my mower and looked under the mower. To my surprise THEY DID NOT SHARPEN MY BLADE they had lied once again. The following morning I spoke to Matt to report the situation. He asked me to bring the blade back to them for sharpening and that there was probably a miscommunication between the mechanic and himself. Two hours later I received a call from Noonan informing me that the blade was sharpened and that they weren’t going to refund my money.Be aware of this business. I would not take my business to Noonan Rental 3031 S Koke Mill Rd. they are not to be trusted and quite very unprofessional

We rented a bouncy house for my daughters birthday and she loved it! The service was top notch. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Noonans set up a great tent for our wedding. It was perfect for the site, which was in the middle of a cow pasture. Thank you for being flexible with us and making our wedding site everything we wanted it to be.

I rented their toe kick saw and was unable to use it due to the blade being dull. It is partially my fault that I had a bad experience as I should have checked it before signing the rental agreement. At the same time a business such as this should reasonably be expected to have their equipment in good condition if they want to have a satisfied customer base. Dont know if Ill be renting tools from Noonans again.

Used the game trailer for my sons 16th birthday party. We had a blast. Adults and kids alike. Good value for the money.

Extremely rude customer service. Everyone was very obviously annoyed that they had to help us. The people that actually loaded our stuff were very nice which is why I give 2 stars.

Everything was quick and easy. Prices were reasonable for a tiller (dont really know about anything else lol) anyway they were friendly and professional.
