EXCELLENT service! Great location, plenty of convenient parking. Facility is attractive and always very clean, neat and organized. Vast array of nail polishes. Impressive list of available services. Entire staff is always professional and friendly. Upon reflection, I realize that I’ve never ever seen an unhappy or dissatisfied customer there in the entire six years since I became a Deluxe Nails client, which is a pretty terrific record! I always leave feeling relaxed, happy, and well-groomed….. looking better on the outside AND feeling better on the inside. Thank you, Deluxe Nails!!

Very disappointing experience!They advertise hot towel and hand massage as part of manicure which is pretty standard as well but all they did was a polish change.The manicure lasted for about 15 mins. The nail paint started chipping off the very next day.Also, there is discrepancy in the rates shown on website ($15) vs what they charge ($18).

My experience here was great! I am very particular about my nails and I don’t have any complaints. Their prices are pretty standard, but it’s worth it! I would definitely recommend. Any was very professional and knowledgeable!

My 3 year old could have done better. Its a clean place, but other than that, my house is clean and my child could do better.

Quality of nails are terrible! I had dip and gel done for design and the gel just peeled right off the following day. Nail chipped easily. I would not recommend. If I could upload the videos of my nails on her I would. I’m disappointed because the nails weren’t cheap but the quality was . Never again.

My experience is always perfect! I have been a client for years and have never been disappointed. Ann is amazing! Best pedicures, SNS manicures, and perfect waxing and tinting of my eyebrows. Quality products and excellent service. They always offer a beverage. I personally love the hot tea. If I have a special event, Ann is excellent at helping to ensure I have the perfect color or extra sparkle. If I mess up a nail, Ann will always fix it between visits. Since, COVID by all appearances the salon is following the CDC guidelines. I am very selective about my nail salons. In my opinion Deluxe Nails & Spa has been consistent in giving excellent service and there very blessed to have Ann. She is wonderful!!!

Usually this place is pretty great- but here’s the experience during Covid-19. (Don’t Go!) You’re made to sign a waiver or paper to come into the salon which is fine. I came in to get my eyebrows waxed- on my way to the back I noticed -well we all could hear a customer getting a pedicure coughing. Non stop coughing. The issue with this? She just would lift her mask up and cough. What’s the point of wearing the mask if you’re going to raise the mask and continually cough? Also she didn’t visibly look well.You could tell the workers were uncomfortable and the lady even doing my eyebrows in the back said she had no say when it came to speaking up to the manager. When I attempted to say something about it to him? Attitude was given and he had nothing to say. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! Why are you ok with a customer who clearly doesn’t look well coughing on one of your employees- coughing in the air non stop- lifting her mask up and coughing in the air?!? Why are your employees afraid to say something to you? Stay away from here unless you want to take the risk of getting sick- and no this is not coming from a 1 time customer that decided to stop by. I was a customer here for about a year and a half and you NEVER have to worry about me returning. The bottom line dollar is not more important than the safety of your employees and customers. Horrible!

I very much enjoy getting my nails done here.Ann is wonderful in doing just what I want!More color selection then any place I have found.They Also have a big screen t.v. to enjoy movies while you get your nails done.I wouldnt go any place else!

The picture is of their AWESOME Gel Manicure. This is the only one I get now. I LOVE this OPI polish system!! It lasts for a good month, if not longer!! My nails are so much stronger and healthier now! John did a wonderful job!! I wont go anywhere else!

Great! My Gel Manicure typically lasts longer than some of the other salons I’ve been to here in town. They also they have a ton of colors to choose from.

Ive been going to this place since they first opened around 2005 and I have remained a loyal customer from the first day I got my nails done here. I have never had a bad experience here... The pedicures are thorough and relaxing, full sets look natural and they last a long time, the eyebrow/lip waxing service is painless and quick. Refreshments are offered when you are seated such as bottled water, sodas, and even a little wine selection. Theyre even wonderful with children. I take my daughter to get their nails/toes painted and they do such a good job and always add little designs without charging a fortune for each detail. I will continue to come here over and over again.

Awsome job in from out of town for my husbands birthday we both had pedicures

I have been to this place several times in the past. The last time I went I had a really bad experience and felt like I was being hustled by a bunch of hookers. They tried to upsell everything to me. I declined at least 10 times, to the point where it got uncomfortable. DROP IT, I SAID NO THANK YOU!!!! I could tell they were talking crap about me in front of me... you could clearly tell she was upset that I wasnt doing the DELUXE peticure. I got clear, plain set of acrylic, and a regular pedicure with a flower and it was $74 without the tip. Doesnt that seem like I was charged for solar and deluxe?

Worst place ever! The employees had the worst attitude. They had even worst service. The nails that were done or my fingers did not even last a week and then they wanted my and i to pay more for my nails and her nails to get fixed when all her nails popped off n just 3 days!!!!
