Absolutely amazing! Was looking for a place in Georgetown, they are immaculate when it comes to cleanliness and COVID-19 prevention. The whole team is incredibly friendly and detail-oriented. Ive been to a lot of places in Austin and Cedar Park, but this place beats them all. Gorgeous nail salon too! Definitely recommend a visit.Tip: get the hot stone pedicure, you wont regret it!The GPS on Google is a little off, but its right next door to HotWorx. Its in the shopping area near olive garden.

Had a bad experience the first time I went, but thought id give this salon another chance since my friend rave about this place. I went back to get acrylic nails done for an out of town wedding. Had them done on a Wednesday, flew out Thursday, wedding was Saturday, one of my nails already fell off Saturday before the wedding. I had a reference photo on how I wanted them done and the lady did not execute, I asked politely several times to adjust the shape and to think them out and it still was not done how I asked. In addition to that, the acrylic was not applied close enough to my cuticle and I left the salon looking like my nails were already growing out. They were also not shaped to my nail bed and looks extremely chunky and unnatural. I could be wrong on this, but I dont even recall the nail tech even buffing my nails prior to applying the acrylic possible being the reason why they began to fall off so soon. Not happy with the results, will not be going back.

NOT FOLLOWING COVID RESTRICTIONS. I used to love coming here but they are NOT enforcing mask wearing and NOT cleaning between customers. Three nasty women just left the pedicure area 15 minutes ago. They didnt even have masks with them. The staff never asked them to put on a mask or leave. The area where they were sitting has not been wiped, sprayed or cleaned in ANY way. An employee is currently sitting there on their cell phone. Great. They just seated a new customer where the employee was sitting. And 2 more customers seated where the maskless women were. NO CLEANING AT ALL. They just put a baggie in the bowl for your feet. No disinfecting where the customer places their feet for filing. There is no wiping of the nail stations between customers. No cleaning or disinfecting at the nail-dry station where clients put their hands on the counter to dry. This is DISGUSTING.

Im new to the area and am looking for a good place to get my nails done. I just happened to drive by this place and decided to give it a try. This is a nice, clean salon but thats about all it has going for it. The people werent friendly or talkative, and its one of the worst shellac manicures Ive ever gotten. My nails are sharp and bumpy/uneven, a few of them are crooked, and I have a huge cut on my nailbed that was bleeding as I left. I definitely wont be back.

I thought I liked this place. Thats the reason I went back after a a long break. My daughter and I went for a pedicure. We had an appointment set for a certain time. Normally I Dont mind 5-10 minute wait, but we waited over 30 minutes. The guy that came to greet me to do my pedicure spoke with the lady doing my daughters pedicure in their language and said, something that bothered me. I really think they should think before speaking in their tongue, because some people do understand the language. What he said, made me NEVER to want to return. It was rude.

I have been going here since the week they opened doors. The staff is always friendly, they do a great job and always exactly what I want. They’re not pushy on trying to up sell. The salon is always clean and they have a ton of color choices.Not as cheap as some salons but I think it’s worth the extra couple bucks because they do a great job and it always lasts a long time.It can get busy but that isn’t their fault, they could use some work on how they handle reservations

Ive gone here several time for SNS nails and have been disappointed just about every time. They are good about trying to fix the problem which is why I continued to go back but they always turn out thick and not the shape I requested. Its sad because I enjoyed the atmosphere.

I was a first time guest today and received a Deluxe Pedicure. I just have to say WOW!!😍 I have never had a Pedicure this amazing ever! Lynn was outstanding and I will be coming back every 4 weeks. I am a Cosmetology Educator and expect great service and attention to detail. The place is clean and gorgeous. Lynn gave the best massage with pressure and all. Staff was wonderful and accommodating. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would give a 10!!!⭐️ Thank you Lynn and staff for making me feel welcome and not rushing the service!🙂😁

So my wife used to go to this salon..I say used to, because after today she’s no longer giving them her business. They usually did a decent enough job for her to frequent there. Whoever the person is that will be doing her nails, should treat her with respect, dignity, and care.. but that is not the experience she had today. Every time she shows up, the same ladies doing her nails, act like they don’t know who she is. They always ask if it’s her first time.. what a way to build a customer rapport.. not professional or personable what so ever. Well today, she goes in early to avoid the rush around 9, like usual, and the ladies decide they want to rush her nails and not take their time.... they tried to make her do her own nails at one point. I can’t believe it.. what kind of customer service.. How embarrassing for her.. save yourself the headache and embarrassment, and go ANYWHERE else but here!!!!

Spent a relaxing hour getting my toes done. With Covid precautions, they asked that you call and book the appointment first. There was no wait. I got the spa pedicure. It was blissful.

If I could give a negative star I would. This place used to be awesome and it still has some employees that are great. Its too bad because I used to give $30 tips or more! Theres a large group of younger people (Im not even that old)that are rude, appear to be talking about you, are on their phones and talking to their coworkers instead of doing their job . Pausing to have conversations for long periods. They yank your hands around, boss you around when the same thing could be accomplished by politeness. Pick a good tech that treats you right.

This place is amazing!!! Ive gotten pedicures at a few different places before and this is by far the best one! I got the Deluxe Pedicure, and Ive never been more satisfied before. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and incredible pedicure experience!

Great service, and usually can get in with a normal 10-15 minute wait max and the prices are very reasonable. Love that they serve wine and its very clean. A little bit of a strong acetone smell though if youre sensitive, so be prepared for that.

Worlds worst manicure! I’ll get straight to the points: My friend made us an appointment to get our nails done together. They started her first and I waited 40 minutes before they got to me.We could not communicate with the nail artists at all... no one I talked to could speak English.My nails turned out terrible.I gave 2 stars rather than 1 only because I have been to this salon twice before and don’t remember having a problem. I suppose it’s all about which nail artist you get.

I bet you guys would have higher ratings if you stopped letting Mike do manicures, or gave him a class in customer services. I would have GLADLY waited for someone who actually wanted to do my manicure. He did an overall GOOD job on my manicure but I was uncomfortable the entire time, hes rough and said probably 10 words to me the entire hour and I sat in silence until a super sweet woman came over. I might come back on appointment obviously with someone different.

Well, there is no much to say about this nail salon because it was perfect. This nail salon had a great collection of gel and polish color with many brands to choose from. They have great chairs and high technology equipments. The salon was super clean and well organized. I had researched local high rated nail salons and this one I picked for the overall rating. I initially called to make an appointment for a pedicure and SNS nail set. She said just come on in we have technicians. I go in and its a weekday in the afternoon and its packed. The girl that did my pedicure was polite and did a wonderful job. I wish I knew his name but the man that did my nails was horrible. I couldnt even communicate with him. His body language was like he was irritated with me. He burnt the nail bed of one of my fingers with the drill. Filing on the side of one nail was burning right into the side of my nail bed. He was chatting with and flirting with a coworker and they were laughing. Obviously seemed like this man was talking bad about myself or whomever. There are so many nail salons around this area, I will never be going back here. Id rather pay extra for some decent service or at least find a good tech. He wouldnt even make eye contact or instruct me what I am to do once hed get up and walk away. Communication barrier is horrible.

Ive come to place a few times now. The overall look is very spa feeling. I usually let Brittany do my nails when I go (Shes AMAZING)! A couple of times Ive had to go in when she was off. We each time I have gone in I was treated like I was invisible! A couple of weeks ago I waited for an hour (having made an appointment) just to get ONE nail fixed. On a different location, I made an appointment with Brittany and the receptionist didnt even tell her she had an appointment! I had to go with another person This last time, today, the lady was rude when I tried to tell her that I didnt want my nails a certain way. I wanted her to do them how I asked. If she couldnt do that, please dont sit me in your chair.

One of the best salons Ive been to. They are so nice and I love that everything gets done together when I go in. I can sit relax and not have to wait to get done with my nails before my toes get done. I live 2 hrs away and I will travel every time to get them to fix me up.

They got too busy to ensure they do a good job. They rush you, they cut you and its super expensive. I have given them 3 chances in the last 5 months, they have cut my toes during a pedicure and once on my last manicure. My gel chipped with in 12 hours of my manicure.

Went in this salon to get a Sns done. First time here and it was a pretty great experience. The salon is very clean. The nail techs working here are very friendly and sociable. I also didnt had to wait long either, even though it was really pack. A nail tech, Katie, came and walked me to her station after she was done with a customer. She was really gentle with me throughout the process. A real professional, she did everything perfectly after she was done. I was very pleased with the services here. Definitely making this salon my number one go to salon! Definitely bring my friends here to!

They pulled skin! The lady seemed like she was in such a hurry and was very careless. I ended up going to Austin nail pro salon down the street to get my nails and eyebrows fixed. Never again!!!

I give this place two stars because the first time I went it was great we were seated quickly with no appointment and the pedicures we got we very great, but....This last time we came definitely blew it for me. I called ahead about an hour to make an appointment for four people. The lady who answered the phone said no problem they had room for us. When I showed up all the pedicure chairs were full. I chatted with the front desk people for a while, and was told to find a color. I took my time picking a color since I noticed all the chairs were still full with little signs of a turn over in the future. There is no where to sit and wait which is poor design and planning. You just had to stand around and linger but no matter where you stood you were in someones way.After about 30 minutes after our appointment we were seated, It took a while for all the pedicurist to get to the four of us. We selected the same heavenly pedicure treatment, but the menus werent all the same because my menu had a tropical option and all the others didnt and the technicians didnt know there was tropical or not. There was a cluster of confusion on that one.My pedicure was great until I got cut on twice, then I was highly over it. It was a very painful cut on the side of your toe nail, and it left a sting for at least 3 days. Then I was cut past the cuticle on another foot. Not very happy about this situation.The toe nails were cut crooked and then now the paint job looks all messed up. One of my toenails was messed up when they put my shoes on but they didnt seem to care to fix it.I was rushed to get my manicure and was cut countless amount of times that it would bleed for hours! I got dipped nails and some of them are rough on the edges and I was rushed on them because I didnt get my cuticles taken care of and there is still spots of my last traditional nail polish underneath the dipped nails. One of my nails has a spot or bubble in it. It was just a rushed botched job. The amount of times I got cut is almost unbelievable.The employees are nice but they just arent trained very well. I just hope I dont get an infection from this situation. I wont be returning here nor will I be recommending anyone to come here for the sake of your hands and feet as well as time.

I am giving a very poor review to your business. The management was very rude, and 3 different people told me they would call, and replace my friends birthday gift.. She lost her gift card, and did not get to use it for her birthday! I would fire your manager.. Calls people hey! He hung up on me.. Said he would not give it back.. Never called, and never looked up my payment! Very poorly managed!!! Reporting to the Better Business Bureau! Also, caught them talking in their language ugly about people! One of their employees didnt deny it.

I booked an appointment at Beverly nail salon as a trial run for my wedding manicure. In which I am so glad I did. I would of been very disappointed on my wedding day .One of the worst full sets Ive had in my entire life I left there wanting to cut them all off I have cuts on every single 1 of my fingers from the over filing and the sloppy acrylic job.As a license cosmetologist my license covers nail Tech and sanitation as well, and I can tell you that They are not practicing state law sanitary regulations

Overall they did a very bad job. The quality of my nails is terrible and the people were not very nice. It doesnt take very long for them to finish. If they had taken longer it may have been better. This was not a good experience.

Will never go back to this Nail Salon.Not sure of the name of the lady doing my nails but she continuously left me numerous times while doing my nails. She would get up and walk away to take care of something else every 8 minuets or so.I simply went in to get a new gel on my set I already had and got charged $35. She was very rude and at one point put her hand in my face when I was asking how many coats I would receive. The front desk lady was also rude to other customers as you could over hear her loudly talking to customers.Really thought this place was unprofessional and rude. And felt very uncomfortable as she rushed through my nails.

I alway get my nails done (SNS) and they do an amazing job! But I went with my sister and my mom to get pedicures and the lady who was doing my pedicure keep telling me I had ingrown when I know I didn’t! I went about 4 1/2 weeks ago and one of my toes are still hurting! It’s swollen and hurts to the touch. I could tell she was distracted and wasn’t paying full attention.. Now I’m having to go to the doctors to get it looked at.. I always have good service but that time was awful I keep telling her “ow” and pulling my foot away and she would grab it and continue to hurt me. I’m NOT getting a pedicure from there again.

I should have asked for a didnt person after my second finger started bleeding. 2.5 hrs for acrylics, almost all my cuticles bled, nails dont look that great. Guy seemed irritated and completely took it out on my nails. Im not even mad that they couldnt do the ombre nail polish, they could have just said they couldnt but at least the 2nd girl tried. Will not being going back, $45 wasted.

I will never be returning to this establishment.I’ve been here a couple of times and I’ve never been very impressed with their work but I’d go because it’s close to my house and this time I had a gift card so I decided to pop in for a quick mani pedi.I walked out of there $73 dollars later (regular pedi, dip mani on natural nails) with more blood on my nails than nail polish!!! I got my toes painted white and now they look white with a dark red rim around each nail that’s all blood. I knew she hurt me multiple times but I didn’t know it was enough to make me bleed. The man who did my fingers (rude and yanked my arms a lot) also caused quite a few fingers to bleed.I find this unacceptable and you have now been warned.

They are the cleanest nail salon I have gone to. They also have a wide variety of regular nail polish and gel nail polish colors to choose from (That is so great for me, because I love colors) I will be going to Beverly for all my nail needs.

I like going here but the last time I really noticed how things need work. My pedi massage chair was broke and so was the lady’s next to me, the drying light was also broke. There was a leak under the sink that a guy (i think the owner) was messing with. The wall under the polish needs painted- bad because of nail polish splattered all over. The tiles are coming off the half walls by the mani chairs. It just really looks trashy now. It used to be so nice. I hope they take some time to do some needed maintenance.**Update: I returned last week and noticed new mani chairs, new tile walls around the mani stations, and new sink/countertops. I didn’t get a pedi this time so can’t comment on those chairs but it seems that they are making some much needed repairs and updates.

I had a mani pedi. Tammy I think was the name of my person. She clipped my cuticle so deep it began to bleed. One 9 days later it is now inflamed....I wonder if they autoclave their instruments as advertised??

I have been a fan of this facility since it opened and have referred many friends and family. However, recently I have been extremely frustrated by one issue. The employees talk out loud to each other the ENTIRE time you are getting your nails done. On Saturday I went in for a mani/pedi. I was hoping to sit back, relax and read my kindle. I had done a lot of work in the house that morning and really needed a break. However, I did not enjoy my time there at all. I had one woman doing my feet and one my hands and they continued to carry on a conversation the ENTIRE time I was there. The person doing my hands kept stopping to talk and because of this she really did a poor quality job. At one point the manager walked by and instead of saying something to them she joined in the conversation! I tried to call and get contact information for the owner but they basically did not provide anything to me. If things do not change, I will be finding another nail salon soon.

A lady named Jennifer was the rudest nail tech I had ever met.This Lady drilled my nail bed soo hard I have permanent nail damage, and she will argue with you with any attempt to give criticism on your nails(uneven). I left the shop on the verge of tears by the way she treated me.Being the only African American woman there didnt want to be the center if attention. But I believe based on my race, I was treated unfairly by her. The nail shop was beautiful I wish I would have been welcome. Beware if you are a person of color or if your tech is Jennifer.

The guy that did my nails wad rude. Put way too much powder and my nails were thick and uneven . He was literally playing a game on his phone while doing ny naild and seemed annoyed with me . And they over charge like crazy for crapy work!

I will never come back here.. I got a mani pedi done here. They had to redo the pedi completely because she couldnt even wait for one coat to dry to add another and smudged all my nail Polish.. My gel mani was decent, but came off completely within 12 hours. The only reason Im giving them two stars is because their Polish selection is awesome.

Had SNS yesterday. Place was really nice, however i was not happy with final results. Tech was really friendly but her nail workmanship needs alot of improvement. Powder kept clumping up on nail bed when she deeped nail into powder and rather than she redoing she would just pat it down with her fingers..... Final resault was very uneven around cuticles, didnt trim cuticles and her filling was very uneven that i had to repeatedly ask her to even nails out. A kudo, she was able to get my nails thin and narrow without difficulty, i was very pleased with that. May go back but to different tech or just continue make long drive into Austin from Leander to my current nail place.

I called .. Made an appoinment... Got there 5-7 mins ahead and waited a little bit .. There were no chairs for me to sit and wait... They swapped me to nail drying area ... Every one but my self was offred a drink .. Hmm i think it was because i had a baseball cap on with sun glasses.. Smh .. Then my bails started out good by the time he was done my nails were not finished .. I had to tell him to fill area that had no powder on it .. My nails look flat wide and i have bubbles .. Then thankful i looked under my nails .. My nails were not sealed under the pink and white .. He tried to file it .. I said no its not sealed and water will get in there .. I had asked for my ring finger and put a design they didnt have any of the colors ... Now mind you when I was getting my nails done .. He had left me four or 5 times to take care of other thingsNot a good experiance
