I am so sad to be writing this. I don’t like to call businesses out but this was just so bad. First, the gel polish wouldn’t stay on (before using the light), so they made me change my color. The next color still had what they said was “oil” so they rushed to put polish on it and straight to the light before the polish came off. Because of the rush, the nail polish by the cuticles was awfullll— I mentioned how messy it looked and that it would probably start peeling off. She told me that my nails were too short and we should do dipping next time. I’ve never had an issue before. She tried to fix it but she made it worse and cut my skin. You should now see it 3 days later. It’s soooooo bad. I can’t believe they even charged!!

Recently Came Out. First time getting nails in 43yrs so made my niece go with me. They were so nice cause I literally had no idea what I wanted. Took us as walk in with no wait. Our nails and toes were super cute. Ample parking. Will be my spot when I come back and forth from DFW #slayed

Tbh i am very upset i had to go to 4 diffrent locations because im starting not to trust getting my nails done due to the fact that this happens every time! what they do idk but its not right an for the price i pay... the nail polish always peels off an i juzt got them done an it happen in 2 days.thats not professional.they shouldnt charge for messiness.

Went on Sunday, was told the wait would be 30 min. Went with friend & our teens. We were there over an hour, time flew since we caught up. Finally get up and ask why the wait. No one communicated with us. Other lady was there before us, waited longer; saw her get up and ask before we did, they kind of dismissed her and told her to sit down. She got up clearly frustrated and left. Bit after, we told them we were going to leave as we had stuff to do. Repeated myself 3-4 times re-iterating what we wanted for our appointments the next day; 2 full sets, 1 fill & a gel mani. Received a confirmation text later with 2 fills, 1 full and 1 gel. Eh whatevs as long as they see us. I got there next day 30 min early asking if I could be seen early, fortunately saw me 20 min there after. Friend and teens got there at 6, were seen 30 min after. We all got our stuff done. Whilst there we noticed they treated other customers the same, (lady go there, waited a loooong time, looked irritated, no one spoke to her whole time). Will NEVER go there again.

First time my daughter and I visited this place for Mani/pedis and lashes. Awesome service, nice ladies and gentlemen. They are all very nice. Will definitely have to remember this place. Also, very clean place.

I recently went in to get my nails done and i asked for a nude color and i got pink -.- ? I even showed the man a picture... i even paid $47 for a full set (short nails) nd my sister paid $37 ..SAME SIZE NAILS ! Its nice and clean but he clearly didn’t pay any attention to what i asked for ? Then to pay practically $50 it’s honestly ridiculous... NOT RECOMMENDED.

Extremely proficient. They were down some staff due to the Vietnam holiday, however they did not rush. My daughter was all over the place (1 year old), they did everything to make her feel comfortable! Tons and tons of different nail styles, polished, powders, dip, gel, SNS, and shellac. Many options to pick from!

No set prices! After going to the shop on two different occasions and requesting the exact same services the nail tech wanted to charge me two different prices each time. Owner LISA talks to her workers very rudely. Youll notice shes the only one standing around looking miserable.

They took great care to get my nails just like I wanted them. Very gentle too. I love that their pedicure tools are sealed in plastic and opened in front of you.

My second Time going there and the last one, the first one was refill so was ok. But yesterday I ask for coffin shape and the lady did like almond shape, and to short looks horrible. never coming again.

Over priced nails. They wanted to charge me $70 for a full set when I was always charged 50 and I always left a $5 tip.

First time pedicure, and it was great, had my nails done also.

So I decided to do my nails it’s a bit expensive but Lisa didn’t even make sure of my nails and I have one nail that is shorter then the other and one nail that is crooked sooo yea don’t recommend this place a bit much

I came in today and I understand a nail salon can get busy but the owner I believe her name was Lisa just looked miserable and frustrated the way she talks to her workers like as if they are slaves I didn’t like that at all . I felt a lot of tension .. I waited for about a hour to be seen and I think it was her husband that took care of me and he was very rough and kept pulling my hand and twisting it I will never be coming here again and not to mention my Nails were HORRIBLE AND UGLY he needs to go back to school and get more practice ima look for another salon and see if they can fix these nails or if I should just get a new set .don’t waste your time ladies

Me and my mom came here ones then the second time I got coffin shape and my mom ask for coffin to they gave her almond and the look terrible, the other day me and my mom went again and she was waits for some one to do her nails and we wait like 15 min and this ladies was just walking around not doing nothing instead of doing other customer nail like what I don’t recommend coming back to this place

Very dirty to do pedicures, they do it in less than 20 minutes very fast, they do not ask how you want them, I paid for my leg massage and when they were massaging me, my legs hurt a lot, I had to go to the doctor, it was not a Adequate massage since she gave me a venous thrombosis, be very careful about that, because they do not do it professionally, they fit my fingers on my legs, horrible sperincia, I do not cut my nails, I just remove some part of the sides and thats it., I do not recommend, where you put your feet for the very dirty water, they stop one and sit the other does not disinfect, 👎👎👎
