This is by far the best nails experience I had. I always go to other places and feel I wasted my money for something I couldve done at home but this time I was really happy with the results . Totally recommend them

I just wanna start off by saying that my nail technician was extremely sweet and the owner we’re very nice. My rating is due to the fact that the actual experience there and the finished product or not what I expected. My appointment was at 10:30 and the service didn’t start until 11 as the owner came in a little late which is understandable. What I didn’t like was the fact that my service was basically all over the place. There was a lady that came in maybe five minutes after me who also had an appointment at 10:30 she had it with the owner and was taken care of immediately (she was an existing client) I was taking care of a little bit after the nail technician who is taking care of me got settled. I noticed a rather different experience from the lady next to me than mine as she was taking extremely good care of. her service look like it was not rushed or being pushed because other clients were coming in unlike myself. The nail technician that was doing my nails basically rush to do my acrylics in order to take care of the clients that came in after me and then she just sent me on to the pedicure table in order for her to keep doing other clients that kept coming in and coming in even though I had an appointment made.The pedicure was basically meh as the lady who is doing it didn’t really seem to want to do it but it’s OK I really just came in for a full set. After the pedicure I went back to the lady was doing my nails and she basically rush filed my nails they were all lumpy. Even after she put the topcoat of gel they were still lumpy and I have pictures to show. I also told the owner when I came in that I wanted gems on my nails and I told the nail tech as well what I wanted and where but she didn’t want to waste time adding gems to more fingers except for the two middle fingers she did. She kept telling me oh simpler is better just because she didn’t want to add more. I just didn’t want to push it and let her finish.All in all I just wished that they would of actually taken their time doing my nails (correctly filing and buffing) not rushing from station to station and actually listened to what I wanted. I would love to give them another chance in the future because I have seen what they can actually do when the client isn’t being rushed and payed attention to.

I visited this business for the first time today. Daniel did my pedicure. He was so focused and detailed and did a wonderful job. Honestly, this may have been the best pedicure Ive ever gotten. He has a calm demeanor so please dont get turned off by his quiet nature. The customer service overall was fantastic.

I decided to come here because of the owners savage responses to the negative reviews. I was cracking up reading them, and I knew I needed to come try them out. I decided I’m going to stay because of the AMAZING job he did. I’ve never had nails like this in the whole 10 years I’ve been getting my nails done regularly. They’re so cool!!! I loved it. I absolutely LOVE susan and hoan!! I’ve been to many different salons over the years trying to find a place that I knew I could count on to do an amazing job each time. I came across Premier Nails and never went anywhere else. They are so consistent, quick, and very kind. Not only does the color and nail art always look amazing, the SHAPE 🤩🤩 they never disappoint. Also they care so much about their returning customers, they are so generous with their time and they will do their best to work with your schedule. Everyone is so incredibly welcoming and make you feel like you’ve known them for years.

It’s unfortunate that the customer service has become so bad because I truly enjoyed being a customer. I was a loyal customer of Hoan’s for years and even referred others, but it seems like he cares more about attracting new customers than retaining the ones he had. I texted several times trying to get an appointment and heard nothing back. Great way to feel valued. Bad experiences spread fast and I am happy to spend my money and take my referrals elsewhere!

This salon does amazing work for a great value. They take so much pride and are so meticulous with your nails. Also super organized and there were a few people there and they helped everyone in a timely manner. Ill be back!

The person who manages the text appointments is super unprofessional. They text me at 11:39pm asking about a possible appointment. After setting realistic boundaries for business texts, they lold me and told me I was blocked. Such a disappointment considering I have refered many new clients there as the work is solid and beautiful. However, the young man who runs the shop needs to manage who is representing him in public. These things are detrimental to the success of the business. Bad business behavior doesnt last long.Update: if you have anything to say about yhis business, watch out! You will be literally abused and ridiculed for setting healthy boundaries. I understand that running a business is hard but if i told all my cleints to f off, id be left with an empty shop eventually. You can call me whatever justifies your actions like karen but word of mouth worksboth ways. Im.sure you wouldnt like it if someone treated your daughter this way. Especially a man.

I’ve been going here since the first month they opened AND LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING.... Every chance I get to promote this business I shout it from the roof tops ! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Not only is the vibe amazing but the work truly speaks for itself. Hoan and Susan are just amazing at what they do and I always know that I’m in GREAT hands. Before him I was going to a place in my high school town and once I found Hoan I knew I was in the right place. He always goes over the top without hesitation. Daniel brings a smile to face every time I see him, always joking around and being himself which is refreshing at places with such different personalities around. Rain or snow premier nails is where to go ! Thank you for all your hard work & dedication. I have recommended this place to all of my friends and family who now go here and love it just as much !

This was my first ever pedicure and they treated me amazingly. I highly recommend this awesome spa. I will go back again and again.

The owner was nice and professional, as well at the older gentleman that also worked on my nails, however the younger guy that did my pedicure was rude and very unprofessional. He acted like he didn’t even want to do it. He stopped in the middle of doing my pedicure, and walked out without explaining or informing me of what was going on. This is the second bad encounter I had with him, he did my daughter manicure and pedicure, and she/we felt the same way a few months prior.

Called this place to ask about nail service and pricing, when I showed up 20 minutes later, their lights were off, door was locked and they didn’t answer the phone.

Employees dont wear masks. Owner did not wear one at all and a female employee was wearing one beneath her nose. He worked on someone elses nails twice and did not wash his hands before coming back to me. Gross! I should have left immediately so it is my fault if I get sick. I just dont want anyone else to get sick if they go there so I feel this post is vital. Never again!

Do not waste your time or money here. Their work looks good online but don’t be catfished, I went and they couldn’t even take my old acrylic nails off just took the color off and put new powder over them. The powder color was faded and they didn’t even clean up the bottoms and they booked me right before closing so they rushed the whole time. When I asked them to fix them they said they were booked sooo just go go diamond nails.

Huge Lack of respect towards costumers1- always late for appointments even when confirmed2- charged me the same amount of someone who did full set with tips when i just did maintenance on my natural nail3- lack of hygiene, dont clean up the working area or tools ever after costumers4- I was willing to still keep coming here simply because I felt like the owner was humble and welcoming, it all changed when he made me wait 20 min for the second time, and on top of that was extremely rude and disrespectful. check pictures attached as prove. Response: that is not true, I affirmed I could reschedule the appointment and didnt have to have it that early, you were the one who insisted and still came late as always. The only reason I came back even tho plenty of times I wasnt happy with my nails, as I shared, was because I felt like You ( the owner) was hard working. All that changed by the way you treated me that day. You should be embarrassed of yourself .

A little disappointed.. I was referred to premier by one of my homegirls.. initially i was super excited because her nails always look flawless... so i set an appointment with the nail tech who does her nails specifically.. I had a lot in mind for design so i wanted to make sure he would be the one doing them.. but was let down by being passed to a different nail tech... ouch.. i came in at 10 am and live far away. so i wasnt thrilled with that but still remained optimistic.. until we’re about half way through and getting to the design.. i explained how i wanted each nail, as did the nail tech that handed me off lol.. but no matter how many different ways i explained how i wanted them.. she did a completely different design.. and the guy who was supposed to do my nails didnt have another appointment.. so i was confused as to why he wasnt able to do them. especially after he took a walk in over my set appointment.. now, that being said.. i dont hate my nails. and the lady who did them was really sweet but theyre just not what i came in for. he even saw that the design was wrong, told her what it was supposed to look like.. instead of taking over to make sure i got the design i originally came in for... but i ended up with something completely different.. and still paid $65 plus tip.. sad to say i probably wont be back.. i just didnt feel prioritized even though i took the initiative to make the appointment, and be there by 10 am.

I love this salon! My boyfriend and I came in on a Saturday morning for some pedicures and we were not disappointed. The massage chairs are excellent, and they have a few different options for pedicures (we got the classic and deluxe treatments). The entire salon is extremely clean, relaxing, and very welcoming. We will definitely be coming back!

The workers their are amazing! Ill never stop going there. Although, the only con is the Scheduling. Its like they dont know who is who they just know the times. One time they got my appointment mixed up with another girls and then I ended up staying there for over 2 hours. They should get a little book, and write the time of the appointment for who with who and phone number. Idk how often it happens but they dont ever really remember me lol. But they do a great job and treat me well every time so I wont make a big deal about it. Just constructive criticism
