I just did my nails with the girl called Cindy, she left me wide thick nails and she did not paint them well. They seriously charge for a bad job! what a disappointment

Was in need of a nail salon and decided to visit Vogue Nails Lee did my nails with ombre powder he was so kind and really took his time on my nails cindy did my lashes she didnt even make my eyes water they last up to a week or so. I had few falling loose..by 2nd week BUT Definitely worth the price they charge which was very reasonable price && she got my eyebrows together on the house!! Overall my experience was pleasant I think they all are very professional even when ppl were being rude to them. They still service with great customer service. 😊 Thanks

I went in for eyelash extensions, and the lady was doing them she seems pleasant but when she finished she handed me a mirror to see. were very thinned and spa ed out so I asked her to fill in those spots and she became very hostile with me, she started talking about me in her native language to her other coworkers and they all started staring at me. I became so upset about this because you handed me the mirror to see if I liked your work and I noticed the spaces and how thin you did them so I asked to fill them in and make a little thicker is how you treat your paying customers...no not again. Work on satisfying your customers then maybe youd have a larger customer base. DO NOT GO THESE PEOPLE HORRIBLE SERVICES.

I have been going to this establishment for over 5 years and every time I go I free welcomed. Lee is always polite and professional as well as the other staff when I arrive. I will continue to go there for as long as I can. Thank you Vogue Nail Salon and keep up the good work.

The ladies here are very nice. My mother n law and I were walk-ins and taken care of immediately even though they were busy. Will be visiting again!

Open on Sundays! Staff was rude, didnt follow my requests with shaping (oval not square)! Or not to use the drill. Grabbing, bossing one clear communicator although she didnt! Never again!

Decided to try vogue after a long time due to my regular shop closure. I asked for long and full. It’s not what I received about 8 minutes later. I had a hard time even noticing them on my face. I told her they were barely natural and I’d like what I asked for. She asked where i usually go & why didn’t I go to them instead I was shocked she acted like that. I told her if she could just removing the few lashes that were on she refused and demanded I pay. I was not happy about paying for lashes I really wanted but did not receive. She started to communicate with other ladies in her native language which at that point she was talking about me. She refused to add more she refused to remove them. Not wanting the police called I paid and left here I am four days later with NO eyelashes because THEY ALREADY FELL OUT ! Pisssed I am!

Ive been going here for 20+ years

They had terrible service, there were many people waiting and they were so unorganized. I was translating for a person who needed help and spoke to us like idiots. After I responded to them in English they mimicked me and spoke to me as if I couldn’t understand them. My set was supposed to cost me $25 but they kept insisting that it was $30. I saw a customer next to me ordering the same thing I did, when I asked what they were paying they told me $25. I confronted the nail tech and they refused to charge me $25, they only lowered the price when I put them on the spot. I won’t be coming back, I definitely sensed discrimination for anyone who spoke a language other than English. The work was sloppy, rough, and unsanitary. Be aware that they overcharge and understand what you are paying for it’s a shame that they take advantage of others money especially those who don’t understand what is going on.

Half done services. I havent been to a nail salon where the person did not care how their work looks. Careless. I will never come back!!!1st and last time!

Told me they opened at 9am. I got there at 850 and they were already opened and had 4 people waiting and 2 in the chair with only one person doing pedicures!!

I went in to have a refill done and they put regular powder over my ombre powder. I had to go back because the fill was very thick, the gel polish peeled off and she redid it only for it to come off again not even a day later. Now I have a nail fungus after taking them off.

I had read the prior reviews but decided to give them a try anyway because they were within walking distance of my hotel. I am very glad that I did, the ladies were very kind, they did great work, and the prices were reasonable. I got a fill with gel polish, an awesome pedicure, and my lashes fixed. If I was in the area again I would definitely pay them a visit.

I got my nails done last wednesday, a day later one nail fell off, then another then another. The final straw was one of my nails broke and my whole original nail came off with the acrylic nail. I am very upset and will never go here again.

Do NOT get your lashes done here. They will only last a few days before they start coming off. If you need your lashes done in that area, I recommend Rainbow nails, they’ll last longer and cost the same price Vogues charges!

Ive been quite a few times. The place isnt all that clean. The lady that does lashes and waxes eyebrows double dips in the wax and doesnt clean instruments between customers. Last time I went was a month ago and this time didnt feel right. I didnt see my instruments being pulled out a fresh sterilization bag but I thought nothing of it since I was the first in and thought maybe they clean and change instruments the night before when closing. Well....I now have a toenail infection and my entire toenail has lifting from the bed. Never have had this problem and I am utterly shocked. Now Ill have very ugly feet until it grows back and the fungus/bacteria is gone. This place is old school and charges $20 for a pedicure like it use to be but I think Ill just pay the extra $5 for a much cleaner place from now on. The lady that did my toes is very good and detailed but they just arent clean people.

I went to this place and asked for black the lady refused to give me black “because it doesn’t complement your skin” she said. So she put white on my nails. The polish was milky and had tons of hair in it. And she only did one layer. My nails were crooked and different shapes. 2 were round and 3 were square. The other 5 were this weird coffin shape idk man. She over charged me 60 dollars. Then ran after me when I didn’t give her a tip. I don’t recommend this salon and will never be going back

I haven’t been to this place since I was a child. I went to get old nails removed and was told that it takes too long to soak off (do it at home or when your not doing anything). If I am paying just do the job. I won’t ever go back. Thanks Anna

I dislike writing bad reviews, but people should know beforehand to request a better service. The shop is not presentable. It does not provide the “relaxing” environment that some people want. Every single thing is rushed in the shop. Some people do not come to be rushed and come for the experience.The prices were low. Immediately I thought this place was new because I haven’t seen a price that low in a decade. Now I know, you will get what you pay for.I wanted a full set, pedicure, and my eyebrows waxed. I have never been to a place that I had to lay on a place covered by a bedsheet (it’s unappealing and doesn’t look clean.) My eye brows were uneven and she did them too damn fast!I got a full set of nails on a Friday. On Tuesday the nails were fighting off while I was at work! I don’t usually get my nails done but I had a graduation that Saturday. I’ve had a full set before and the nails last for about 2 weeks! Not the ones they did for me.The pedicure was okay. It was rushed through too.I gave them a tip. The lady comes and asks who gets what? Like how should the tip be divided between the nail techs. It was an embarrassing experience for me because I do not like attention. Other places just take the tips and say thank you.Next time, I will take the extra time to go to the nail shop that I usually visit. Sorry to provide a negative review but I think this is a big deal.

Been a place my mom and I have gone to for years. Sad to say the place has rapidly declined over the years. Such a dirty salon with bad service, the only good thing are the prices (if your nails even come out how you intended). They will try to upcharge you if you dont know exactly what you want. Coming from a family that understands the importance of salon cleanliness, this is a huge health hazard. I have taken my business elsewhere.

Been seeing Jennifer since she started working here. Over 13 years. Wont go anywhere else. Cindy is the bomb at doing eyebrows and lashes. Here til the day they close.

Got my eyelashes done and eyebrows waxed. Cindy does an amazing job. Check her out Tuesday through Saturday.

I went to have my lashes done (individual lashes), nails polished and toes done (white tips), First, the lady who done my lashes,when I got home they immediately started falling out one by one, the edges pulled away, she had big clunks of black, I guess it was glue on them. they were horrible. Then the same lady, she also done my nails, or should I say she called herself doing my nail. She didnt let them dry enough between coats. After getting home, I noticed they started bubbling up and peeling, the thumb finger just lifted right up. Now to my toes, I got the white tips. One of the toes, the white tip in all cricked to one side and all uneven. I took photos and plan to return to demand a refund. I spent a total of $75. If they refuse to give my money back or redo all my services, Im going to take them to small claims court. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS SHOP, AT LEAST THE LADY WHO MESS ME UP...

Don’t ever go to this place unless you want you nails messed up. My wife went in there just now and came out crying. She told them not to mess with the shape of her nails because they were her nails and it took her forever to grow them out. Then the guys goes to town on changing the shape. I call them after we get to the normal nail salon( Bliss Nail Bar go there instead) they told me they tried making it even to make the customer happy. How does that make the customer happy when she didn’t want the shape changed at all and now they have to be cut down. They then hung up on me. Worse place ever you will waste your money.

THE BEST PLACE EVER! Vogue is the best place to go for your nails, brows & lashes. Listen...there is no place here in Austin that can do individual lashes like Vogue! Im serious! I get the small sized lashes and they get them so natural, my boyfriend loves them and thinks theyre mine...Lol! I have been going to them for years and theyve never disappointed me. My lashes last forever and I only get them off cause I need fresh ones. Whenever they talk in their language, I simply talk to my friend in Kiswahili too and we laugh loud...that way, it balances. I recommend anyone to go to Vogue, their service is real!

They were very rude! Tries snatching money from my mother hand and kept speaking in their language looking and laughing at us. And when we addressed the situation they acted very unprofessional. And this was my first time going to this location but never again. Poor customer services

All I can say is if you want better and lasting lashes, eyebrows wax or threading go to Siris eyebrow threading, she is the best in town, very nice to her customers and very clean. At vogue nails the lashes dont last longer than two days, I did my lashes there once and before I got to my car two were already falling off, my eyebrows were not even, I had to keep them tinted to cover the mess. When I started I going to Siris everything changed my lashes are always beautiful and looking natural and my eyebrows are so pretty and thick, I dont even need makeup anymore. Everywhere I go I get compliments. Go to Siris yall I promise yall wont be disappointed shes just the best hands down and the prices are the same but better results.

Worst damn nail place in Austin! I went in to get a mani pedi. The lady only took off two nails & said she wasnt gonna do my nails cause they were too hard to take off? any other place will dip my fingertips in nail polish remover to get them off easily. So another lady had already ran the water for my feet & called me over I literally just dipped my feet in & back out & said no thats fine!.. I thought why would I get my toes & not my nails!! then the lady said I owed her half price. When I refused she threatened to call the cops & blocked me inside the salon another customer offered to pay so I can leave. The lady took someone elses money & let me go smh!! NEVER WILL I RETURN!

For the life of you, do not go to this salon. I MISTAKENLY took a friend here since we had an event and were in a time crunch, and 3 of her toenails fell off, DR said it was caused by bacteria in the footbaths. When we went to talk to the salon, they denied ever attending her - which we had a receipt and bank transaction screenshots- and told us they were calling the police and quite litterally pushed us out the door. Dont ever step foot into this place, for your well-being.

Poor service!!!Manicurist agreed saying yes, yes, okay to using same color for both nails and toes.She commented on color I picked said she wants going to paint her toes later same color BUT the bottle was almost out of polish.The price increased $15 dollars when it came time to add my same nail color to my toes.She broke and would not honor her word to me. She even argued yelled and lied about it.Pathetic customer service skills.

This place is horrible stay very far away. I use to go here when i needed a quick fix. They treat anyone who speaks Spanish like filth and take advantage of them by pointing at signs and then making them pay more then what is actually listed. i even watched them make a lady cry because they tricked her into spending so much when they quoted her a different price and scammed her into something else because she couldnt even understand. Also they will try to haggle you with their prices what kind of low life company does that to innocent people when its clearly listed on their walls. when I tried to give this place one last chance i ended up having to call my bank and make fraudulent charge and i filed a police report on them for stealing from me. i would not even take my worst enemy here. good luck. go to the good place in round rock where they serve whine and actually clean.

Horrible experience! I went there & they were so rude & careless with everything they did! I went and I got my nails and toes done and I asked her how much would gel be and she said $10 extra and asked me if I wanted gel I said no and she asked several times while she was helping another customer while she wasnt even done painting my nails but asked me to pain now and I was like excuse me ? She said you pay now Im not going forward intill you pay so I told her no in till she was finish so she went back and painted my nails so careless she messed up a lot and she set the nail polish down and got another one I saw that the color was faded red and I asked her if the red on my finger nails is going to be the same as this one and she was like yes and then when she was done with my toes she told me to pay and I wasnt even done drying my feet I felt rush. So the price was pretty high and I asked her why she said because you got GEL AT THAT POINT I WAS SO ANGRY I PAYED AND I LEFT I WAS SO ANGRY because I told her about 3 good times I did no want gel. Anyways dont go there horrible service!

I am so very upset at Vogue. I have been going to Vogue for over 3 years to do my nails and today I go in to get my eyebrows waxed and the lady who did it ruined my eyebrows. I wear glasses and one eyebrow is at least 1/4 inch higher then the other brow over my glasses rim.UPDATE: I was told to come back in to fix the issue with my eyebrows, the lady who was supposed to fix them was the same lady that messed them up. While she was trying to get me to explain to her what I think is wrong she told me I dont know my own eyebrows and need to just deal with it, and that there is nothing wrong with them! I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AND IF YOU LIKE YOUR EYEBROWS DONT GO HERE!!!!!!

Bad customer service, the lady that did my pedicure rushed the whole process, was sloppy and the whole store looked dirty, she tried to use a scrubber on my feet after she had dropped it right in front of me, I had to tell her not to and even then she gave me an attitude. I’m never coming back here again.

I asked the lady if she could do my nails she said yes and she asked what color i wanted i said white she did a whole different thing and i told her and she was like no you said to do this and i was like no i did not and she was like go ask youre mom and i went to ask her and my mom got mad and said that is not what i asked for and then the lady got mad and she said she was gonna fix them and then she did a horrible job because she was mad and the lady next to me saw and she was like thats not what you asked for there so ugly and the lady next to me had good nails so i showed my mom and my mom got mad because there were all crocked and were not painted right my mom said she wasnt gonna pay them because they did a horrible job the lady keept screaming at my mom saying no you need to pay and then the lady that did my nails grabbed my hand and started to break my nails and then they started telling my mom stuff and we walked away with out paying that place is horrible i recommend not to go there
