Nina and Ricky are awesome! They love what they do. We have the best time when we go. They have become like family. Love them so much. We laugh and able to relax. Will never go anywhere else.

It’s a two-person, husband and wife owned shop and they are very personable, funny, and do a great job! They took their time on my mani and pedi and they came out great!

Nina and Ricky are very nice people. Funny and personable. Their work and product however is meh at best. Their nails break often and they give a gentle excuse for why they didnt hold up. The last excuse I was told was I was wearing my nails too long. They werent. I stopped going. Recently their new tech was offering a promo since she needed models. I decided to give them a try again. However, I found out as she started my nails that she had never done a set of acrylics before, she needed practice not models! (I sent the pic of what I wanted when I set appt so they all knew beforehand). It took three hours and three people to get a lumpy, uneven beginner set of nails almost done. I had to help her through the steps. No 2 nails were alike. I had to come back the next day to finish with Nina. 2 days later one of the nails broke. They would not fix it for free. If you are looking for quality work that will last, look elsewhere.

This salon is under new management as of March 2018 - so glad I gave this place another chance! The shop is clean and brighter. The new owners are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and committed to the most sanitary nail experience. My new nail salon in the Wells Branch area.

I have been followin Nina & Ricky for years. I wont let anyone else do my nails. Their work is the best in town. They really take care of their customers! They are friendly and always keep up with whats going on in my life. They treat their customers like family. Once you go youll be hooked!

I had my first pedicure..back in Sept..and it was great..I would recommend them..very professional..

Clearly I should have been more aware of my surroundings, considering I was in the salon for almost 2 hours to have SNS powder redone on my nails and not one other person was in the salon the whole 2 hours I was there. The lady that did my nails filed my nails so hard she cut 4 of my fingers. My completed nails look two weeks old. HORRIBLE job. Please don’t waste your money here. Find another nail salon. You will leave disappointed if you decide to waste your money here. FYI they had a sign over their store saying under new management.

Signed in and waited for 45min for an eyebrow wax. Was even skipped in line by someone who came in 10min after me. They finally acknowledged me after stood directly in front of the register for 10min. and said it would be another 15min. I decided to go somewhere else. Simply awful customer service.

I have been going to City Hair and Nails for the past 3+ years. Michelle was the best hair cutter ever.... 5 stars.Sadly, she recently sold the business to another lady and today I tried the new owner/hair cutter. Bad experience is an understatement! When she was finished, I looked at my hair and it was all gapped up. Total mess. Sadly, the lady did not even acknowledge or seem to understand the situation. I repeatedly ask if she was the hair dresser on the license, Xuan Nguyen and she said yes. I am not so sure she was honest and the picture was of a much younger woman.I went just down the street and stopped by another shop and hair cutter. The lady at the next establishment said since the new owner took over at City, there has been a flock of customers coming in to fix her mistakes.She said the only option to fix the deep gaps was to take the hair much shorter than usual. I am now almost bald but its hair and it will grow back.Beware if you dare..... I will never return!

Very Bad, I went a few times an had to explain how I wanted them done An the lady would catch an attitude when I was telling her, I recently just came from there cause she was doing them wrong an asked her to start over An she started speaking and yelling in her language, so I just got up an left !! Never Going back
