Excellent service from the first call to final pickup and all the friendly daily updates went exactly as explained. Randal, who kept me updated on a daily basis were all top notch. from the receptionist that snuggled me in, when their was a two week backlog to the cashier they all made paying my bill feel so good and effortlessly. thanks all... great job-
Honestly I don’t know who to believe anymore. Went in for an oil change and came out with a $500 bill for something I don’t believe anymore because they were trying to tell me my battery was bad and I told them it’s still under warranty. I take it to Autozone and they say the battery is fine just the terminal was lose. It just seemed they were trying to take advantage of me. The staff in the office was friendly and that is why I gave this place two stars but I WILL NOT BE BACK
I went to Henna today, after making an appointment on their website. Their site was super easy to use. I was greeted promptly when I pulled up, and was very impressed with the speed, professionalism and kindness by all employees. They had me in and out in less than an hour! They honored my first free Chevy service with zero questions asked! Will now be my go to dealer for service! Great job, Henna!
Stopped for a quick oil change in Austin, while the service was quick they never washed my truck despite asking for a wash and giving me a receipt for it and didn’t adjust tire pressure. If their techs pay a little more attention, that’d be great.

$100 for an oil change? I’ll never be back. I felt like I should call the cops, like I got robbed. I’ve been to Chevrolet dealerships all over Texas. I normally drive to Seguin or San Antonio for service. It’s never more than $60 for an oil change!Also, online instructions for appointments say to pull up in the right hand lanes and wait for a service advisor. I waited and finally went inside. Spoke to three different people before a “service advisor” was even ready. What’s the point of appointments when these people are unprepared? Typical Austin service. Sad.

Their service staff is the best. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They really dont cost much more than other places, and its worth it for their expertise and service. Ive been going elsewhere for my cars needs, but today they won me over, and i will be back for most of my car repairs from now on. When its time for a new vehicle, this is where i will go.

Excellent service. Called yesterday to get some maintenance work done on it and I was able to bring it in today. Mark stayed in contact and kept me updated through the day.
Customer service was lacking and communication was almost non-existent. Had to call multiple times for update. Was never told a part needed to be ordered and replaced. Two items were not fixed because they could not duplicate the problem. Backup camera glitched the minute I put it in reverse.

We experienced extremely poor customer service. Our service rep displayed poor communication, unprofessional handling of our vehicles service and arrogant attitude. He told us time and time again our car was in the que to have major engine work. Weeks and weeks went by. We finally gave up and took our car elsewhere. Save your sanity and get your service elsewhere. Its not worth the headache, stress or hit to the wallet!

The customer interaction was good enough. I was told that a recall fix would take 1 hour to fix and I did not get my truck back until the next day. Then when I went to pick up my truck I found my keys just hanging in the door where any random person couldve just walked up and taken my truck. There should be a little bit more responsibility taken with something like that.

Shortly after buying my first truck for my trucking business, a local dealership in Hutto that I bought my truck from told me to go to Henna to get it serviced. Turns out the owner used to work for Henna, and had nothing but nice things to say about the company. I have since to used them and Ive tried some of the competitors but do not feel like Im being treated fairly at other places.If you have light-medium duty trucks then you want to get in contact with Dale. He will shoot you straight.
Got in and got it done. Was kinda disappointed when I arrived to pick up and it wasnt ready so had to stay a little extra. I was compensate for the delay.

So slow. On time for appt but it still took them an hour before they even put my car in a bay. Another half hour before lifting it to get started. This was just for an oil change.
