Came right on time. Explained what had happened to my car and how much I could expect to see restored. I was still amazed by the results. He got rid of some really bad/foggy burn marks on my car. Everything was quick but not rushed and a great price. Gave me suggestions on some cleaners I can use in the future, just a great experience.

Had a issue with a wash previously but Melissa and the ProReflection Austin Auto Detail and Clearbra install staff fixed it. Not only did they fix the issue they also were able to buff out a little scratch that happen a couple days ago on my new 2016 maxima. Now thats customer service!!! I loved the job they did on my car. I had my car done by another business but these guys are superior. When they were done they had me walk around and take a close look at the work they performed to see if I was satisfied with what they did. I was impressed on the quality of work they did and the attention to detail. It was like a showroom car when they were done. I highly recommend their service and will be having all my cars done by them.

I called on Sunday and was able to get an appt. on Monday afternoon. Arrived when they said... worked with me and my schedule (at one point I had to leave my house), payment was fair and a job well done. I would recommend these folks to others - esp. those looking for mobile detailing in a heart beat.

Time and time again I come back to Cosmin to make my car look like new. He has such an attention to detail and Ive always been extremely happy with his service and his attitude of making his customers happy. He installed the clear bra on my cars bumper and he corrected for free after I managed to put a few blemishes in it when I ran into a basket in the garage. Better the plastic bra then the cars paint. Highly recommend him for clear film install too. I watched him do it - hes a professional.

The family SUV was in bad shape-- they performed a miracle with the total interior detail. They even got PAINT out of the flooring!Very impressed and will use them again after a few more spilled Diet Pepsis.

Cosmin is legit. He is meticulous when it comes to detailing, having stringent rules about how to wash and properly maintain the car after hes detailed it. I love how anal he is when it comes to certain things like waxing and dryer the car. Highly recommended!

My month old Tesla P85D had a terrible scratch from where it grazed the garage. But Cosmin from ProReflection came over to my home and cleaned and buffed the scratch. Honestly, you cannot see the scratch anymore! It was amazing! If I could post a before and after picture, you would see that my car looks new again. I would highly recommend ProReflection for any detailing and scratch repair.

Black cars are one of those things that are amazing to look at, but require a LOT of time keeping it looking great. After several thousand miles and a handful of rock chips, I decided to take the plunge and get the PPF film installed on the front of my car. Cosmin spent a day installing the film and he did an AMAZING job. His eye for detail is superhuman - Ill definitely be using him to keep my car looking fresh

When my Tesla Model S was delivered in 2013 Cosmin made it look better than new and applied C-Quartz to keep it looking that way. He has detailed the car twice since then and Ive been very happy both times. Many Tesla owners in Austin wouldnt let anyone else touch their car-- if you see a beautiful shiny Tesla around town chances are that Cosmin has detailed it.

Cosmin and his team have been detailing my cars for 5 years. I was first introduced to him when I needed a complete paint correction done on a 2008 Porsche 997 Turbo - black is so difficult to manage but he worked miracles on this car - the work may still be featured in his web page gallery.Subsequently he has done work on a BMW M3 with a matte finish (Frozen Silver) and this finish also requires special attention - again outstanding results.He is now detailing my 2012 Porsche 997 GTS in GT Silver Metallic.His work on my cars has been outstanding...hes dependable, hard working and treats my cars the way I personally would. Cosmin has detailed and C-Quartzed both of my new Teslas, and I have been delighted every time he finishes his magic. These cars looked great right from the factory, but Cosmins C-Quartz treatment made them absolutely sparkle. For at least a year afterwards the cars are still beading up raindrops as if theyd just been waxed. I couldnt be more pleased.Cosmin is polite, informative, helpful, and prompt. I have been delighted by the standard of work I have seen from Cosmin at ProReflection. I have had paint correction, Opti-coating, Xpel film installation and washing & waxing. All have been excellent. The Opti-coat continues to make my car shine and protect from stains. The Xpel film was custom cut for difficult areas of my car and fits perfectly.Cosmin takes his time to explain the different options that are available and the benefits and prices of each. His estimates are accurate and the results are exactly what he promised.I have recommended ProReflection to my friends (just as it was a friend who recommended Cosmin to me) and slowly they are moving over to his service - they all have great things to say about how good their cars look afterwards.
